60, Kendall Park, NJReader's Divest version: Annulled marriage; free to marry in the Church. Professional, trustworthy, healthy, no addictions, honorable, affectionate, and worth the time to get to know. Various and wide-ranging interests, playful when called for and serious when occasion demands. Fitful exercise, intense curiosity, anglophile, and Whovian. War and Peace: I am an orthodox, traditional, practicing Catholic male, whose marriage was annulled a long time ago. I live in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, but worship and participate in the Diocese of Trenton NJ as an installed Acolyte because of the weirdness and liturgical abuse rampant in your 'normal suburban parish' in the Philly area. I earn my keep as a computer engineer, former commercial pilot, on-air radio announcer, RCIA catechist, serve occasionally at the Extraordinary Form, hold a master's degree in Liturgy and Homiletics from the Catechetical Institute of the Archidiocese of NY, and have zero tolerance for games, either mental or emotional. My yes means yes, my no means no...and neither mean "maybe". I enjoy all kinds of entertainment and am open to new experiences, people, and ideas. I know, everyone says the same thing. Let's skip over the 'long walks on moonlit beach' cliches. I'm not looking to play games nor can I deal with folks who do, and I'm not looking to end up as just another number in someone's little black book, either. BTDT, wash the car with the t-shirt. I'm pretty sanguine about what this site can (or can't) do, but still think that it is possible to make that 'connection' even in today's world. I still believe that honor, loyalty, and integrity count for something and look forward to being someone's trusted friend and affectionate companion. I am emotionally available to the right lady, but not adverse to waiting until she makes her presence known. In other words, I'm comfortable in my own skin, but would like to cherish that complimentary person we all long for, as long as she's the right one. So, is it you? Can you be open to the new experiences we create together and let the better angels of our nature have a go at it as we create our own tapestry of life together?
53, Maple Shade, NJI love my faith and it is what keeps me going. I am easy going and have been through alot in life. Looking forward to turning forty and a new chapter in my life.
61, Avalon, NJI have been retired from my job at the dept.of public works since January 5th 2006.I have never been married or engaged to any woman or girl in my entire life.Mostly I have been working since I was 20 years old, which mean's I began work back in June 25th 1975.I am not into any type of bar scene, or heavy drugs. I may not attend mass any longer, but I believe marriage to be sacred between a man and woman. And I strongly believe it should be treated as such, I have lived by these principle's all my life, .I will never change the person I am, and although I stopped attending mass a long time ago after my father died, i still hold my belief's and principles of what I believe in to be true.I was told to never compromise my moral principles just to meet a woman. I do NOT believe in taking or smoking any drugs, and that includes pot,I don't indulge in any pornographic web sites. I am all in favor for having fun but not with drugs or heavy alcoholic use. Ladies I am trying to find a lady that has the same morals and principles that I believe in, and it is getting harder to find someone like this each and every day, I must make one thing very clear and important,I am in no way a Liberal or Moderate Liberal person, I can't stand people who HATE GOD, or Debase GOD Or do not believe in the real true meaning of the Christmas season, in celebrating the birth of Christ. I also believe in a one to one relationship between a man and a woman Only, I completely refuse to embrace the new liberal values of the meaning of sex. Yes, I believe in having a good time, but not with the help of heavy use of drugs or smoking pot. I am strictly a down to earth person, who still believes strongly and spiritually in GOD and The Bible. And marriage to one man to one woman only Even if people call me names like bible thumper or religious BIGOT hypocrite right wing nut job racist, Does it not quote in the Bible to just turn the other cheek to my enemy!!!......How ever I will never compromise My religious views for anyone,...Sorry this is not negotiable!!....I am sorry if this offends you, I do not believe in any kind of sexual role playing games of any kind, I feel it cheapens love,...I hate all kinds of pornography weather it be gay sex,...or Lesbian Sex,...I would never put up with kind of filth in my home,..My former place of employment I had to work around a lot of younger guys that were into that sort of filth in magazines and DVD porn movies....My former bosses despised it,..
32, Union, NJHello my name is Chris. Some of my interests are watching football on Sundays, going to the movies, beach, politics, and reading. My favorite sport to watch is football. I am a big fan of the Green Bay Packers mostly because of Brett Frave. I also enjoy watching Basketball and Baseball occasionally. My favorite baseball team are the Yankees. It is hard to say what movie is my favorite because I own hundreds of movies. I mostly enjoy watching action movies like Terminator, Independence Day, Blade, etc. As far as political views go I call myself a constitutionalist because I have come to realize that both politically parties are leading America on a Road toward Socialism. Therefore, I am open to voting for anyone that strictly believes in the constitution, political parties do not matter to me. I am 100% pro-life and believe that abortion is murder.
48, Millburn, NJI enjoy reading, going to movies, hiking, listening to music and playing the keyboard with my leisure time. Most of all, I take my relationship with the Most Holy Trinity very seriously and daily ask Our Lady and Saint Joseph's powerful intercession for me. I am a faculty of Chinese and Linguistics and I am passionate about learning languages and the cultures of different peoples. My favorite saint, besides Our Lady and Saint Joseph, is Saint Therese of the Child Jesus and of the Holy face. She is my special friend that she actually chose me to be her friend years ago.
31, Morristown, NJi grew up in new jersey, and, aside from a couple years in college, i've lived here my whole life. i'm a pretty easy-going, laid back guy. i enjoy just about anything that brings people together for a good conversation or a hearty laugh. i'm from a big, close-knit family - i have 4 younger sisters - and the number just climbs when you add in extended family and friends. they all make for a pretty busy life, but isn't that the fun of it? i always find these types of prompts to talk about myself stressful. i think that's a part of the reason i was so sure i'd never do the online dating thing. (god laughs when i make the rules...) but, i'm here now because my daily schedule hasn't brought too many opportunities to meet new people lately.
64, Bloomfield, NJThe most important driving force in my life these days (besides living my faith day-by-day) is the sanctity of life, and one day seeing the end of abortion and contraception. I am pro-life to the core. I'd say the most influential person in my life has been my beloved wife, Lynn, who passed into eternal life in 1992. My parents certainly played a major role in helping me to develop a solid sense of values, ethics, and morals.....and it was through them that I first learned to love. My friends in our Catholic Charismatic prayer group, as well as other pro-lifer friends I've met along the way, have had a wonderful impact on giving me strength and direction as an adult. In my leisure time I love to drive to beautiful parks and interesting sites. But, I can be totally content to sit on a bench and smoking my pipe while doing the rosary. Don't worry.....I don't smoke much -- just once in a while during the summer. I also enjoy playing music (I've played the accordion since I was a child) by myself or with other musicians. I thoroughly enjoy going to a good movie, and a nice restaurant when I can afford it. By the way.....I really don't like having my picture taken. Some folks are photogenic -- and some aren't (me). This picture is one of the few that I have to post. It was taken while we were playing music at a choir party approx. 2 years ago. So, please excuse the fact that I don't have too many more photos to post.
