I am tired of being alone, I am an intelligent, fun loving, sports fan who would love to travel and is strong in my moral beliefs. This is hard, like high school your composition has to be 250 words - so here goes more - I have tried all those other personal and know what I want and am willing to wait for it.

I'm family oriented and have 2 adult sons and 2 grandchildren. I have 1 sister and I am very close with her and her family. I enjoy socializing with all of them and have a large extended group of friends- some date back to high school and earlier. I am a "keep in touch person" with those I care about. I raised my sons by myself and always worked hard to take care of them. By choice I concentrated on my children and did not date much when they were younger. Both of my parents were of Italian descent and I love to cook and share meals with family and friends. I love to shop (what a surprise)! I think of myself as creative and love arts and crafts. I enjoy reading and I love trivia. I love to laugh and I like to be around people that make me laugh too. I worked in health care and I have been at the same agency for 30 years. I have been told by many collegues that I set the happy tone in the office and others like to work with me. I like to please people and to make them feel welcome, comfortable and treat them like family when at my home. Maybe it comes from working in the health care field.

I worked with Special Ed kids in a classroom for years then preschool kids love children. I love being with my friends and laughing with them. Humor is important to me. My dad was the most influential person in my life my mom died giving birth to a child and died along with my brother. My dad raised me a wonderful catholic man that never remarried a Purple Heart world War11 man that died at 92. My leisure time is visiting with friends and helping the older people in the Nurseing homes.

I am a single woman. Lost my best friend a couple of years ago to cancer. I miss him and the good times we shared. I am involved with church and some senior activities. I like to read. I walk every day with my dog, weather permitting. I like to travel; especially to Canada. Many people have influenced my life within my family and good friends. I have had a few part-time jobs since retirement 13 years ago. Was a substitute teacher, census worker and deputy town clerk. I work summers at our local museum. I think it is important to keep active mentally and physically. I have a good sense of humor and do not get too excited over minor distractions.

I have been a widow since 1999, and my faith and family are most important in my life. Am active in my church, am a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Padre Pio Prayer Group. I enjoy many things including music, needlepoint, cooking, reading and bowling. Used to enjoy walking a lot, but am limited now to about 1/2 jaunts. My children are adults with families of their own and most of the grandchildren are out of school and making a living. I have one beautiful and sassy great granddaughter. I am what they used to call a homebody and love company and being invited to friends' homes. I have seen or been part of 6 miracles during my life and believe that God leads me where he wants me to go. If you are not a practicing Catholic or curse daily or drink daily, we will not mesh. Let me know something about yourself and we will go from there. Friendships are wonderful!

I'm not good at fluffing up myself. Suffice it to say that I love my family, enjoy a great meal out or can make it myself and love my little house, which is plenty big and cozy for two. I don't get to church every Sunday but most. Love love love riding my Harley and if you can't accept the tattoos then I'm not for you. Don't let the gruff exterior put you off. I'm just a big teddy bear who happens to like skin art. Loyal to a fault. All of my pictures were taken summer of '16 so what you see is what you get. And lastly I'm retired and financially comfortable!

I am absolutely a people person. I enjoy doing many different things such as going to the movies, taking in shows, travelling, cooking and good conversation. I feel that I have a good sense of humor and am looking for someone who has one as well. I like to be on-the-go but also enjoy home time, especially if I have someone to share it with. I am the only remaining sibling in my family and I have no children. I am extremely close to all of my cousins and their families - half of them live close by and the others live in Florida. I feel passionate about life and people. I am in good health and I want to continue to live my life to the fullest.
