43, Buffalo, NYI decided to give CatholicMatch a try after using a few other dating sites and not having any success meeting other Catholics. I was matched with other Christians on these sites but found that not sharing the same faith would not work in a long-term relationship, with marriage and raising a family as the goal. My faith is important to me, and I hope to get married in the Catholic Church someday and raise my children as Catholics. I thought that being on CatholicMatch would help in meeting other Catholics in the hope of finding someone special and starting a long-term relationship. I moved back to my hometown a few years ago, and started a new job at a company in the Buffalo area. More importantly though, I'm hoping to find someone who shares my faith, and to have a closer relationship with God with that person.
33, Roosevelt, NYHispanic, full Introvert: philosophical, theological, political and idealistic-realistic; pro-life and if you meet me, honesty is my signature. At a reasonable pace, I am open to meeting someone in person if and only if the interest amounts to that and the distance is reasonable. This whole thing of seeking the right person seems impossible for me-unless it is from the Lord. If you really think about it and if God wants it so, it is extremely easy inductively. I only seek one woman, the correct one for me and besides that isn't love makes all things easy!? Truth be told though the process is heart wrenching and soul searching if that right woman is on the same path then we must certainly cross them!
51, Tuckahoe, NYHi there!! . I'll start with basic personality traits. I've been told that I'm warm, kind, animated, enthusiastic, slightly dramatic, devoted, bright. I love to smile and laugh; I love to seriously discuss and analyze things in between said laughing and smiling! I adore my kids; just being with them makes me happy. I know most people say a variation of this but I wholeheartedly believe it: often times it's not what you're doing but who you're with when you're doing it. I believe that the foundation for a joyful and fulfilling life revolves around meaningful connections to other people. One of my life's passions is health/ nutrition; I could literally spend hours meandering around a nutrition store. In particular, I am passionate about the affects of proper nutrition on children. I'm a teacher and see daily the negative impact of poor eating habits on my students. I Bookstores are another favorite place probably because of all the truth and information they hold if one looks closely enough. Endless possibilities for enlightenment!!! I love to dance; really dance and move. I find it freeing and it clears my mind. Slow dancing is of course lovely and wonderful too. Making a meal at home and settling on a comfy couch to watch a movie followed by some ice cream tops my list of favorite things to do. On a more expansive note- driving to an unknown place especially during the fall and staying at a quaint - or lavish- BB is also wonderful. I am very affectionate and very much need the same in a partner and even friend. I think the foundation of any lasing relationship is a deep and abiding friendship with the ability to laugh during the not so great times and draw strength form one another. On the practical side, I'm a third grade teacher and reading tutor. As an avid reader, I have a passion for helping kids who are struggling. Yeats' poem, A Man Young and Old, sums things up for me: We sat under an old thorn tree.....

35, Williamsville, NYI am a cradle Catholic and recently left the seminary. I had studied there for four years but still felt called to marriage and fatherhood. I am passionate about my faith, and love the Lord and my family. My time at the seminary helped me to grow into a deeper relationship with God. I believe my time there was not wasted because it helped me become a better version of myself. I love sports, taking walks, going out for coffee and living life to the fullest. I have a lot of energy and love to give, and am a very outgoing person. Those who know me best would say I would make a greet husband and father.

34, Yonkers, NYHard to do lol I'm not one to talk about myself! I guess the best thing to say is I'm very very loyal, family orientated, would die for my friends and loved ones. As I got into my 30s I place more importance on love and happiness and less on material things, I still love my cars though! I'm on this site to meet a girl based more than on just looks. I want someone to care about me the way I'll care about her. Someone who would care more about making a Halloween costume for her future kids than the color of her shoes!
24, New York, NYI'm a special education teacher in the Bronx and teaching would probably be what I am most passionate about in life.
