  • Mary Ellen, 51 from Larchmont, NY
    51, Larchmont, NY
I come from a close-knit Irish Catholic family and enjoy spending time with them, whether it's a day in Central Park w/my nieces & nephews or summer vacations & Shamrockfest with the extended family! Training teachers and working with struggling first graders is what I do. I truly enjoy both aspects of my job. I'm blessed to have many wonderful friends and enjoy dining al fresco in NYC, listening to live music and watching Big East hoops! Looking for that person to share all that life has to offer is why I'm here. I look forward to meeting someone with a kind heart and a sense of humor who is open to meeting "that special someone".
  • Sandra, 40 from Inwood, NY

I am passionate about GOD, my life, my family, my friends, and my job. The most influential people in my life have been my spiritual guidance and my boss. I have learned from both of them to believe in my self and to strength my spirit and character. From my spiritual guidance, to do good in life and to always remain your true self regardless of who you are or what the future holds. To keep my feets in the ground and to always shine in sunny or rainy days. From my boss, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to succeed in my career. On my leisure time, I enjoy cooking, dancing, reading, decorating, taking my nephews out, going out with friends or playing any sports. Currently learning ballroom dance ;)

  • Tom, 47 from New York, NY
    47, New York, NY
Hi, I'm Tom. Having gone to Catholic high school, I consider myself to have good character and am looking for a nice girl who also has similar values. Having lived in NYC for 5 years, and having grown up in the nearby suburbs, I am open to living someplace new, and other than the NY area. I am open to a new adventure. I enjoy traveling, and would like to do more of it. This is where you come in. I went to college to be an engineer, but things took different turns. I tend to be quiet but can also be very entertaining. I have a belief that when with the right person, it doesn't matter what we're both doing, that we'd just that you are happy to be together. I do believe that life is more than about work and money. I'm looking for someone who's looking for a potential long-term relationship. No pressure. If it's right it's going to be right, because we both have the a similar "take it in stride" outlook on life, and we're both willing to give it a go. I'm passionate about the people in my life, trying to live a healthy lifestyle. I have hobbies from phototgraphy to traveling, and they're all the better with the right person. I was just told I resemble 007's Klaus Brandauer -- I've attached a few of him so you can see what I should be like in a few years! Please ladies, I am only one man! Perhaps you are in the NY area or planning to visit it, as despite all of our plans, not one of us really knows that is really in store. I am open to the possibilities. So don't be shy... feel free to send an email... Please know that I am allergic to some cats. I have a cousin with two persian cats and I am super allergic to them. Sorry!
  • Daniel, 25 from Nyack, NY
    25, Nyack, NY
The most important description which I can offer here is that I've always had - and to a healthy degree still maintain - a general aversion to anything in the realm of "online dating." I believe firmly that the pursuit of a sincere, Catholic relationship -with the possibility of developing into a Catholic marriage- should be undertaken with the utmost honesty, respect, and chivalry; anything less simply isn't my style. God only knows how much I yearn for an organically wholesome encounter, akin to the way Chesterton or Belloc first came upon their wives. Online dating has never been my idea of an earnest or heroic courtship; but even I've come to understand (or rather concede) that as Catholics, we're living in a time with unique and unprecedented challenges to marriage, which do demand beyond ordinary action. If marriage is the vocation we ultimately are called to, we have an obligation to rightly utilize the resources which God lays before us. I place entirely all my trust and confidence in the Holy Spirit, and my hope in the hands of the Blessed Mother, if indeed, against the wildest odds, that through her Son I might here find the woman I was meant to give my life for. Yours In Christ, DLD
  • Karen, 60 from New York, NY
    60, New York, NY
Although I have been a widow for some time, I have not yet tried online dating. This is a leap of faith for me. I had a wonderful husband and a very happy marriage. I am looking for a kind, sweet person who finds the good in people, who has a positive outlook on life, and who believes that the best gifts that can be given cannot be bought. A sense of humor is a must. A Yankee fan is a definite plus.
  • Tony, 26 from Lancaster, NY
    26, Lancaster, NY
Hi everyone, I'm Tony and I'm looking for someone special. A quick cliff note summary about me: I enjoy spending time outdoors, warm tropical weather, traveling to new places, and, of course, the occasional Netflix binge. I also love to run, laugh, and have a good time, and can appreciate country music, hard work, and good science fiction. Family and belief in God in the Catholic tradition are also both important to me, which is why I'm starting my search here.

  • Brandon, 28 from Natural Bridge, NY
    28, Natural Bridge, NY
I grew up Catholic in a small town (population 365). I am currently in the Army Reserves as a first lieutenant but will be probably getting out soon to move down a different career path. I love animals and the outdoors which includes hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, ATV's, farming, landscaping, boating, snowmobiling, and many other things. I also love movies, either going to the theaters or watching them at home. I also love my home area which is the foothills of the Adirondacks. I love to be creative and build things, not necessarily for myself but for others to appreciate. I also love to appreciate other peoples talents. I am currently trying to attempt playing the piano and writing an epic fantasy novel. I want to eventually write biographical fiction about a few of my favorite saints. I am not the greatest writer but I figure if I keep at it I may come up with something that won't bore too many I am also in the local Fire/ Ambulance Department where I am learning to become an EMT. I like to tell people that I will be a nurse on wheels.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies, playing video games and reading a good (preferably fantasy) book.
