I like many different activities and open to pretty much anything outside. I like to travel when I can. I have been across the US and Canada and haven't seen it all. There is still much more to see. I like to treat others with the same respect that they treat me. We don't have to be entirely the same but some similar interests help. I feel it is best to start as friends and see what happens from there. You can usually find me at Assumption on Sundays.

OK, OK, maybe I'm finally ready to fill this part in.....I take my faith very seriously, was involved in charismania most of my life, even worked at Steubie U in the 80's...am very hard working, love laughter, read lots, pray lots, go see Our Lord at Adoration as much as I can, attend daily Mass, see that as ultra important if we're going to get our sorry butts back into Heaven in one piece, am involved directly with www.preciousbloodinternational.com as a life commitment, would seriously like to see the same in a man I'd fall in love with and want to marry....am finding I seriously need to be able to respect a guy because of his morals and values, and his ability to put himself out there for the good of others, someone I seriously feel tenderness towards because of who he is, someone that BECAUSE of who he is, I feel safe with, not that I've ever needed to feel protected, I'm fairly self sufficient after all these years, though it sure would feel great to get rid of all those "man" things I've had to do myself ....ugh ! especially the car care part !!! lol....you guys are usually SO much better at that stuff.....I would LOVE it if you weren't a hoarder, loved to cook, kept yourself clean inside and out, were neat and attractive, love to laugh, and not take yourself too seriously...I need you to be conservative in your views in pretty much all areas of life.....especially politically the way this country is going....it would be great if you could keep up with me conversationally....lol....I only mean that you're open and LIKE to talk....it would be awesome if everyone you meet is never a stranger. I'm friendly and outgoing, take care of stray cats and people....love birds, am considering getting a dog to go along with my newly purchased home that I'll be 89 when I pay it off, if I live that long....lol...maybe a rottweiller...lol....I live in a nice normal middle class neighborhood, but am comfortable socially in most other venues. I've volunteered at food kitchens, done my time taking care of the poor, still do on a one to one basis, all ages, especially the elderly. Love my job, first time in my life. I hang with the service guys at our local G&E co....as their helper, going to all kinds of service calls, midnite to 8, wish I'd done it years ago, BEFORE age started catching up with me...lol...I'm ScotchIrishGermanHungarian with a smidge of Romanian gypsy. what are you ? FYI, please don't have anger issues, it's not gonna work for me.

Hi, my name is Emily. Music has always played a great role in my life - from listening to learning and performing. I play the flute as well as sing, and I enjoy involvement in the music ministry at church. I have a degree in music education. During college, I had the wonderful opportunity to study and travel in Europe for a semester. I also just spent a few months living in Germany. I have been told that one of my greatest gifts is my compassion. Right now I work in a faith-based community of people with and without developmental disabilities.

"An invisible thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place and circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle. But it will never break" - Ancient Chinese Proverb There have been many such "invisible threads" in my life and I am a better person for those connections. I know that there is one thread that connects me to "the one". My life's journey has taken many twists, turns, 180 degree turnabouts, almost like a "4th" dimensional roller coaster ride. However, I do know that I am always exactly where I am meant to be (St. Therese of Lisieux prayer). As of March 2016 I passed my boards and am a practicing Registered Nurse on a Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at a local hospital. While I can't begin to understand this unbelievable path I am on, I am both in awe and humbled. "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path, and leave a trail." -Ralph Waldo Emerson Life is a wonderful paradox, and when I just let myself go with the flow of life, it is less complicated and the self inflicted wounds are fewer. I am somewhat eclectic and don't always conform to the "norm" and I do try to be open to what life presents me. While I cannot explain how I found myself on this path at this point in my life, I know I am where I am meant to be. Every life has a purpose and it is not up to me to judge . . .whether it is a successful entrepreneur, or the person I encountered one frigid December morning (2014), while he was waist deep in the dumpster next to my nursing school, foraging for something to help him make it through another day. I have been told that I am a caring, compassionate, intelligent (ok, maybe I am stretching it a bit! :) ), spiritual (my faith is my foundation and it would be wonderful to have a strong, shared faith), and loving person and would love to meet and develop a relationship with a woman with uniquely beautiful qualities of her own . . . (I wouldn't want to see myself when I gaze into her eyes- that would be boring and egotistical !!). If you would like to meet over coffee (I single-handedly keep Starbucks in business!!) please don't be shy.

Passionate about my Faith and living a loving, guinine life. Looking for someone who is kind and ambitious; but likes to have a little fun along the way. I believe in putting family first. Weekends at sporting events, concerts or museums are just as ideal as spending time on a quiet lake or by the ocean. I am also passionate about my calling as a nurse practitioner and enjoy educating families on how to take the best possible care of their children. In my free time, I enjoy running, reading and listening to music.

Dear Visitor, Lets be real? I have always found, (maybe you have too) writing about yourself to be completely exasperating. From a guys perspective, how does one honestly write one these without sounding like such a self-conceited tool so much so that you probably need your own aisle at Home Depot? I would premise that you dont want to read how I love to Dance, Run, Hike, Swim, Lift, or #OutDoorActivities. I will tell you that I honestly, love traveling and continue to do so when time permits. However, I find the spice of life and most rewarding way to travel is not to a specific location, but experiencing and connecting with the people. I was fortunate enough as a part of my undergrad studies to sail on board several merchant vessels and travel to the far-side of the world. I've been to a lot places, more than some, definitely less than others. Alas, I did not get to meet CPT Jack Sparrow, tussle with the Kraken or paint any French girls haha. Although, I was blessed to see the sun rise every morning over water so blue my rendition would pale shame in comparison, and navigate the stars whose number are so many, that it looks like white clouds on the night sky. On a less cheesy side, I also met some interesting characters along the way whether it was the guitar playing Irish rock star cook and his alter ego Randy who slept with the Joy of Cooking on his night stand or the family my buddy and I met in a South Korean church who gave us a tour of downtown Busan. If you want more stories I gotem, but my point is that traveling really helped me grow in my faith by seeing all Gods perfect creation, grand and infinitesimal, cool and quirky. He truly is GREAT. I love humor. Ill admit a lot of it can be situational, maybe Wes Anderson eccentric/esoteric, but laughter producing nonetheless. A lot of my humor derives it content from quotes or some of my favorite movies. Generally, like my choices in music, I could Fly You to the Moon (great song) with all the array of genres. My favorites are when you get a good book to movie magic transition like Lord of the Rings (we can talk about the Hobbit), The Last of the Mohicans (DDay Lewis = boss) to name a few. That being said lets have a conversation! So drop a line, be witty. I know you like to travel and be adventurous so lets hear about it :) If not I wish you the best and keep huntin' the good stuff. -B
