68, Cary, NCMost of my friends see me as an "out of the box" type of person, meaning that when God created me, He threw away the mold :) I can be very quiet, seen as serious at times, yet can be a bit of a playful clown in order not to take things so seriously. They also see me as a person who, tries hard to stay on the narrow path going to Heaven. Prayer is not only something I do, it's a way of life for me. It's that crucial to who I really am... Like many others I actually enjoy, Nature, genuine affection, sincerity of words, the company of friends, laughter, children's way of perceiving the world - simple, direct, uncomplicated. The older I get the more I prefer simplicity. If nothing else it sure saves alot of time... In the Myers Brigg analysis of personality types - I am an INFJ the rarest of personality types. I've come to believe that in knowing oneself, it not only is freeing but quite practical as well.

63, Durham, NCI am a self-employed psychologist who works with women on women's issues. I was married for 34 years but 4 years ago I went through a friendly divorce. I lived in Raleigh for 20 years prior to the divorce, then moved to the Fort Myers area for 3 years, as I love the water and warmth! I decided to come back to Raleigh so I could be a practicing psychologist again (must have a PhD in FL) and because one of my daughters lives here with my grandson. It's been fun, but something is missing! I'm a spur of the moment, southern gal with a quick wit. I also enjoy deep conversations on many subjects and would like to meet someone who is easy to talk with, easy to be with. I look forward to what the future may hold and am struggling with the Church's teaching on remarriage after divorce. I'm as comfortable in flip flops and capris as I am dressed up. More later....
62, Angier, NCI am passionate regarding my faith. I wish to enjoy and share my life with another. Being independent is fine, yet knowing you can count on the other person is comforting. My family and friends, and especially the Lord have influenced me in a positive way. My leisure time would include Mass (I do not consider it as an obligation, it is more like a privilege to me), yard work, painting (landscapes, not the house), reading, conversing, walking and exercise. Seeing a sunset or sunrise is beyond words. It is just one of those things you need to experience yourself.

57, Greensboro, NCLooking for a partner who is looking to enjoy life with me. Honest and fun to be with. Somebody who loves to love like I do. No games. I love to cook, sit around with the person that I love and feel good being around each other.
25, Cedar Point, NCAs a previous FOCUS Missionary with a deep love for people, I enjoy sharing my faith and life with all those I meet. Right now working with elderly clients, I am constantly entertained by the amusing predicaments and conversations that aspire when one is hard of hearing and set in their ways. If I am not at work, I am somewhere outside soaking up the sun and attempting to play with any number of creatures I meet along the way. St. Francis of Assisi and I are kindred spirits when it comes to our deep love for all those in Kingdom Animalia. Random but fun fact, I love to dance and haven't ceased dancing since my parents taught my four sisters and I how to turn every single house chore into a dance party. Other than all the above, I am currently learning Spanish with two friends of mine and hoping to be bilingual by the end of 2017.
32, Raleigh, NCI enjoy spending time with family and friends when I'm not working. My faith is very important to me as well. I like watching sports, reading, playing cards/games and playing with my dog.
