I am the youngest of nine and grew up on a farm. I received my B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at SDSU, and work for an automotive company designing vehicle components. I enjoy gardening; creating helpful gadgets, or improving upon existing ones; auctions (the kind you bid in person...not online auctions); chocolate...Lindor Truffles are my favorite!; and most animals...especially larger dogs (like the sporting, working, or hound groups) that know how to fetch, you can rough-house with, or just chill on a shaded lawn after a long day. I also like to bake, play board and card games, and spend time with my family and friends.

I'm just looking to have fun and meet new good holy catholic men. I love to shop, garden, read and pray. I hope to find someone who doesnt take life too seriously and is willing to just let go and let God and have fun while doing it until we get to know each other and can take things to the next level.

Still work part-time. Find that it keeps me connected. I am not afraid of work. Appreciate the fact that I am a farm girl at heart. I believe in giving and sharing. I do much volunteering....for the Catholic Mass and for Hospice. I am Pro-Life. My mother had a large influence for me. I enjoy reading and I try to walk everyday. It is important to keep moving.....staying active. I have a sense of humor. It is a must to make it in this world.

I am very glad local Detroit Mountain Recreation Area is now open. I look forward to trying to see if I can still X-C ski !!! I still have my skis and boots, but it's been a few years since I last skied. I see I'm writing as I think, and on second thought, there is a park nearby, where I used to X-C ski after work and on weekends, too. And the price is right. :} If I "pass" THAT self-challenge, I'd be more apt to go to DL. I just remember some of the beautiful trails there.........:} If I knew how to make a paragraph, it would go Here: What experiences / people most influenced me? I taught for two years on a MT Indian Reservation, with all-good experiences. Same with being in the Army as a medic. Mostly good experiences. No, I was not in the Army during Viet Nam era.... Last, what do I enjoy doing in my leisure time? In the AM I often listen to Catholic radio. I like facebook, but I recently stopped playing my favorite game - Pet Rescue Saga, on computer. I had never played these games til this last month and I saw how it could be addictive. THis is hard describing myself, cause now I feel I must further describe myself, ie, I don't smoke and I don't drink often. :} I love to read, non-fiction. I love attending Holy Mass, and finally I can say, I just recently started to really enjoy the peace I get in praying the Rosary. It took many years to get to the point where it is enjoyable. I like to pray with friends. My friends say I make them laugh. My family thinks I'm too Catholic, ha ha. It's great being so free to practice my faith values. I love to learn, and I am really trying to remember that God is in charge of changing my family's hearts toward Himself. All glory and honor to You, Lord Jesus Christ, with Mary.

PEACE! I despise any type of fighting, yelling, screaming unless someone is being injured. I also despise what we call clicks, what amounts to rude, cruel, self centered individuals. I prefer peace, laughter, quiet times, well behaved children. I am looking for a loving, caring gentleman.
