I am known for my smile, the sparkle in my eyes and a genuineness. I enjoy meeting people and sharing the rich experiences of our lives and of course sharing in the laughter that can fill our hearts. Our lives are not always easy but many times the challenges we face make us a little stronger. I would like to share experiences with someone who values many of the same ideals for a special friendship and see what develops. Enjoys being spontaneous, I can be a planner... Enjoy my work in healthcare..Enjoy Italian food and wine....Music and the Arts.....Sports....spending an afternoon watching college football....ND and OSU ....college and professional golf....Like to try new restaurants but usually favor Italian.....like to take drives and explore....First generation Italian....nieces and nephews....Spending time in southern California with family.....
52, North Royalton, OHI am very outgoing person. Spending time with family is important to me. My family is all close by so we get together often. Time spent with nieces & nephews (when there schedule allows). I enjoy getting out and doing things with friends which can be anything from game night, movies visiting or attending various events. I like to keep to active which can be walking, biking, hiking camping. Along with going to the gym. Along with watching various sports from time to time. I am active in my parish volunteering when there is an opportunity. One of most favorite activities is spending time outdoors anytime of the year. My area has a great metro parks & national park nearby. On the weekend is nice to check out local events, farm markets.
45, Sidney, OHI grew up in a Catholic family, the youngest of seven children. I went off to school to study Engineering and worked as an Engineer and then entered Seminary. I did not stay in Seminary very long for it wasn't working out for me. I am now working again as an Engineer. I am involved with some Catholic organizations and some pro-life organizations.
32, Columbus, OHWelcome to my profile! By day, I am an actuary for the state government. Number crunching and spreadsheet jockeying. Squee! It's not always the most enthralling work in the world, but it does leave me in a very good position to possible provide for a family in the future, if that is God's for my life. It's also a particularly low-stress environment; for this I am grateful. I less-than-three numbers, as well. I have been a runner since I went out for cross country in high school. I did winter track and spring track. These days I either train for marathons, or, if I want a less intense training schedule, 5k and 10k races. I sing in the bass section of the St. Pats choir. That should give you a clue about what my soul longs for, and my particular spirituality. I have been a swing dancer since the summer of 2015. My dance pics are all from a blues event, which is quite different from swing, but a lot of fun! I am kind of a sports nerd...enough so that I don't follow any one sport or team obsessively. Can't talk about Villanova basketball in July, there's other kinds of sportsball happening!
59, Spencerville, OHI have been alone for a long time. I thought I would finish fixing up my home while helping the children succeed before I dated. I have a mother, two grown sons, four granddaughters and some siblings around that I interact with. I am not very complicated by any means. I am quite adaptable and mostly content. I realize the most important improvement I will ever make is within me. I pay attention to news, but politics disappoints me. I watch public television when I do. Problems in the world make me cry inside. Greed and corruption appall me. I have a great amount of compassion. I am a good judge of character. I help others in many ways. Do not like to hurt or kill anything. Mosquitoes and fly's are annoying. Functional furniture, hall trees, hat racks, recliners, old floor lamps and rugs. I am old fashioned in most respects. I do not have a cell phone and resist most technology. I have about 20 hairs left on the top of my head. Did I say I like hats? Black and white photos have superior quality and detail. Kisses and hugs. Lips were made to be kissed. Arms were made to hug. I barber for fun using a cool chair made in the fifties. Need to get a pole hanging in the corner. World internet dependency troubles me. I write checks and keep neat records. No internet bill paying. Van Morrisons song cleaning windows is one of my favorites. Rock, jazz, funk, and blues all in one incredible song. I like beer in a bottle, boxer shorts, black coffee, old trees and clear night skies with no distracting light. I like older cars and trucks. I like older material things in general. Way cooler and I can still make necessary repairs.
73, Cincinnati, OHI will be leaving this site in a few days i wish the men would put a photo on here also most of them anyway so i have deleted most of my written profile here good luck to everyone. i live in cincinnati , ohio i belong to st,martins church in cheviot.
54, Dayton, OHLooking forward to the next chapter in my life. I have been divorced for several years, and my youngest just went off to college and left the nest. I would love to find that special someone to spend the rest of my life with...my best friend, soulmate. I took up road biking a few years ago, and love exploring the trails around here. Whether riding for exercise or pleasure, we are lucky to have such a great resource in the bike trails! I am also active in the divorce ministry at church and continually explore the spiritual side of life...I am very drawn to Franciscan spirituality and the simple truths within it. I also love lake or ocean living...being from the east coast I miss both! My dream is to retire on a lake or gulf coast of Florida...or both :-)
27, Cincinnati, OHFor a person who likes to meet people face to face, this is slightly awkward. :) As a special education teacher who loves her profession, meeting new people has become a bit challenging. On top of that, my moral compass seems to somehow work against me, eliminating many potential possibilities. So I find myself reaching out through catholic match. Some have told me I have a big heart and just want to help others. When not teaching, I spend a lot of my time volunteering with youth groups and high school mission trips. If I could say there is one thing I am passionate about, I'd have to say I have a soft spot for people. I take a lot of interest in getting to know them as a person, their struggles, their interests...their story. If you are familiar with the 5 love languages, mine is off the charts quality time. People can see me as outgoing and outspoken, but I like to call it how I see it. :) In fact, I believe I have a shy side to me that people don't pick up on in their first impression. I pride myself on being different, on speaking my mind, on being genuine with people, especially those I value and respect. Part of my way of nurturing is being able to see the potential that each person has and seeking to draw it out of them. I consider myself fun loving, and a lover of life. I am always open for new adventures, new ways to have a good time (anything that doesnt involve heights...scared to death actually...). However, when I think of the question, what am I most looking forward to, I have to admit that in my heart of hearts my greatest desire is to find someone I can share my life with, to be a wife and a mother. I am a caring person and very good with children of all ages and abilities. Perhaps this is true to all women but I find myself being able to "speak children". In a relationship I lean more toward the slow, traditional side, meaning I like a guy who is honest and takes the lead.
60, Cleveland, OHFamily is the heartbeat of my life. I am a proud mom to 3 grown children, and grandma to 4 active boys. Life is good especially since I hear 60 is the new 40 ! As a song from one of my favorite movies goes, these are a few of my favorite things...in no particular order... Kids, even teenagers( I can say that now that mine are grown ) ,love stories, cutting the grass, eating out, hugs ( giving and receiving ), Disney, walking my dog, wine, youth hockey, the beach, my friends, craft beer, summer, getting dressed up...or not, quiet time, Cedar Point, dancing( like a toddler ), ice rinks, ice cream, baby feet, family gatherings, a good laugh ( usually prompted by dancing like a toddler ), water parks, dogs, theater, scary movies, OBX, my parish, vacation, HOME...there's no place like it. Looking forward to meeting someone. Excited about the possibilities!
66, Kent, OHI have three adult children and two grandchildren with the third one on the way. I look forward to watching and helping them grow. I enjoy my job, yardwork, music, fishing and many other things I've been blessed with. Since there are many things in life we cannot control, I've learned to take life as it comes and apply a Biblical approach, experience and common sense to it. I spend a lot of time at Kelleys Island in the summer boating, fishing, jet skiing or just cruising on the golf cart. I don't go there for the night life or the bar scene. I'm more interested in relaxing and enjoying these recreational hobbies. It's a great way to take my mind off business and come back with a fresh outlook, sometimes.haha I'm pretty busy during the week maintaining my home and business as well as my family activities. During the winter I catch up with indoor projects at home and am able to exercise more regularly.
21, Norwood, OHI'm very passionate about working and going to school. I'm hoping to became a very successful HVAC technician after I finish my training at school. One of my greatest experiences was when I first viewed the traditional Mass with a good friend of mine. My grandfather has been the biggest influence in my life, I can always count on him to be there when something is troubling me.
57, Poland, OHI definitely am not a game player. I am looking for someone who I would like to meet and see if we have some chemistry. I am 100 percent Catholic and active at St Dominic's Church in Youngstown, Ohio. I love college football, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes. In fact, one time I quit dating a girl because she liked that team up north. Seriously. It wouldn't have worked out. I am retired and dependable. I was able to retire early because I never settled down (didn't find the right girl) and don't have any kids. I have a great sense of humor and a lot of one line jokes. But seriously, I am praying and hoping someone catches my eye and vice versa.
