  • Sarah Michelle, 32 from Grove City, OH
    32, Grove City, OH
*I will likely send a smile first instead of a message- it's my way to show interest while letting the guy take the first move :) My first name is Sarah, but I don't go by it (the Sarah is silent :)). I have a kind of geeky/goofy sense of humor- goes along with the Psych degree :) I love my friends and my family, and spend time with them when I can. One of my favorite things to do is go on road trips... just hop in the car and drive. I work in Labor & Delivery Triage and Maternal Special Care in a large hospital, and I really love my job. Random facts: I used to be (very!) liberal, I wasn't Confirmed until I was 19, I'm a Godmother (x6- Cason, Carlee, Luke, Curtis, Hannah, and Anne Michelle- Anne Michelle is already in heaven), I've recently decided to wear a veil to Mass, I enjoy watching soccer, and my eyes change colors depending on my mood. Fun quotes: "I'm saving myself until marriage, and I'll use force if necessary"- Hilary-Faye, "Saved"; "Its knees are all jacked up and backwards like an alien!"- Mike Rowe, Dirty Jobs (talking about an Ostrich); "The love between a husband and a wife is so strong that in 9 months you might just have to name it!"- Dr. Cahall "We think sometimes that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless. The poverty of being unwanted, unloved and uncared for is the greatest poverty. We must start in our own homes to remedy this kind of poverty." - Blessed Mother Teresa I want to be captivated and captivating :)

I'm 38 years old. I love to read. I have a cat. I tend to quote the Simpsons pretty often (there are perfect quotes for most every situation). I love to go hiking, especially in the Hocking Hills but I really don't go often enough. I attend Mass every Sunday and often on weekdays. And I have recently taken a greater interest in exercising - including martial arts - in order to get into better shape.

I love Our Lord and my Catholic faith,I would like to meet others who have this as the center of their lives. There is hope and healing through the Sacraments after the pain of divorce.I want to share this hope with others.I fought hard to save my marriage of 18 years but in the end I did what I needed to do to protect my children.God has been so good to me through many supportive priests and friends.I devoted the last 22 years to my children and family life. Now I'm excited to see what Our Lord has planned.I have an associates degree in Theology from Franciscan University and hope to add to it. I believe in living out the mysteries of the rosary in daily life.I strive to have compassion and mercy when dealing with others.I can be quite philosophical at times but also goofy and love to laugh.I'm sensitive but not a drama queen.I have learned to choose joy no matter what life brings.

  • Patty, 47 from Grove City, OH
    47, Grove City, OH
I'm here because I feel my vocation is to marriage and I still haven't found The One. I strive to live each day as a faithful daughter of the Lord, but I also have plenty of secular interests. My friends tell me I have a great sense of humor thou I am really bad at telling jokes. I can laugh at myself for that inability! I'm moderately introverted, the type who can be quite talkative when I'm in a comfortable setting. If you'd like to know more, please read the rest of my profile.
  • Traci, 45 from Grove City, OH
    45, Grove City, OH
My first passion is, of course, my faith since it is the foundation upon which all else rests for me. I am a Catholic convert as of Easter of 2015, so I am new to the faith but have fallen in love with it completely. I look forward to Mass every week and seek out additional opportunities to participate in church activities when possible. I am also passionate about my family. I have two lovely children who are my pride and joy. I am also very close to my parents, figuratively and geographically. We are a close family and spend lots of time together. I have been a teacher for over 20 years and see it as a calling for me more than a job. I am passionate about my classroom and the scholars that fill it each year. I currently teach Gifted learners and feel I have the best job in the world. I know I am blessed to be able to do something I love and get paid for it, to boot! Given my role as parent and teacher, both of which I adore, I spend looooots of time with children. While I wouldn't change this for the world, it leaves me longing for adult conversation and interaction. I love going out for coffee or for dinner and drinks with friends - enjoying intelligent conversation and humor. I love to see live music. Dancing is a passion of mine but, unfortunately, not so much a skill! I absolutely love games of all kinds, particularly chess, Scrabble, and my newly acquired love: Risk! I have been accused (falsely, of course) of being somewhat competitive...I think of it more as just a love of the game and a strong work ethic. (Although my heart does race just a tiny bit at the prospect of a win...) I greatly enjoy the outdoors. I love the peacefulness and beauty of nature and appreciate being outside. I like talking walks, coffee on the porch on a pretty morning, a glass of wine on the patio to end the day, or finding a quiet spot for enjoying a good book. I like time spent on the water. I love the sun and the nighttime sky. I always feel refreshed and relaxed after time spent outdoors. I am also very much a reader. Books make me happy and I especially love sharing them with others. Reading a well-written book and then discussing it among friends is heavenly. Lastly, I really like new experiences. I am curious by nature and find people very interesting. I welcome new opportunities to expand my horizons and am always up for a new challenge. Not in a competitive way...of course. :)
