50, North Canton, OHI recently combined my interests in photography, creativity and friends/family by making personaliazed chirdren's books. It gives me a great deal of fulfillment seeing the joy on the faces of my nieces and nephews when they are reading a story about themselves.I am thankful for having a stable, supportive and loving family; a college education, which had provided me with many opportunities; many close and lasting relationships. The most influential person in my life is my 93-year old grandmother, who has built an active and fulfilling life based on her zest for life, faith, strong relationships with friends/family and desire to help and connect with people. I completed a documentary movie/books which involved her answering questions from her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. My friends would say that I am energetic, creative, loyal and funny. My best life skills are creating romance in a relationship, maintaining a network of close friends and achieving personal goals. I enjoy quality time with friends and family, photography, hiking, writing books, movies (classics, comedies and the occasional "chick flick") and exercising. I am a recovering accountant/CPA, who after 6 years of practicing chose to switch to a more fulfilling career involving helping children and adults reach their fullest potential. I am looking to find someone special with whom can be shared life's big and small moments, including having and raising children. I am looking for a life partner that is intelligent, positive, humorous, compassionate, passionate and who is willing to put up with my cooking.
37, Brunswick, OHMy Name is Tim, yet all my friends call me Timmy. I am 37 and had recently separated from the US Army Reserve after 14 years of Honorable Service. Currently I work for the Federal Government in Cleveland, OH and I'm in a Celtic rock band. Recently returned home from a tour of duty in Afghanistan where I was stationed Kandahar and Bagram. I enjoy going to Indians games and absolutely love going to Cedar Point and concerts. But above all, I love to be with my family and spending time with them as much as I can. Most people would say that I am a caring, warm and a fun person to be around. I like to pride myself on being a good friend and a close confidant to many. I would also feel confident in saying that I am a person that my family and any of my friends could count on, no matter how big or small of the request. At this stage of of my life I feel the time is right for me to meet someone who shares the same faith and the same morals and values as I do. I pride myself on being a Catholic and would love to meet a someone to spend time with and get to know.
49, Stow, OHI am an active member of the Knights of Columbus and have been for ten years. Since my Catholic Faith is very important to me, I look forward to spending time with a woman of similar faith. I really enjoy spending time outdoors, anything from a walk in the park, to a bike ride, or just tossing around a Frisbee. I am a sports fan that loves watching anything from my nephew playing flag football to taking in an Indians game. As for participating, golf is my favorite. Not only is it a way to stay in shape, it's a way to enjoy God's creation in the many beautiful local courses. Finally, my family is extremely important to me. Our extended family has been through some tough times the last few years and it has brought us closer than we had ever been. Specifically, my 22-year old daughter and I have a special bond between us. Like most parents, even though I don't agree with all of her decisions, I couldn't be more proud of the young woman she has become.
67, Bay Village, OHLet's make every precious moment count. One of my favorite quotes is: "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."
27, Cincinnati, OHFor a person who likes to meet people face to face, this is slightly awkward. :) As a special education teacher who loves her profession, meeting new people has become a bit challenging. On top of that, my moral compass seems to somehow work against me, eliminating many potential possibilities. So I find myself reaching out through catholic match. Some have told me I have a big heart and just want to help others. When not teaching, I spend a lot of my time volunteering with youth groups and high school mission trips. If I could say there is one thing I am passionate about, I'd have to say I have a soft spot for people. I take a lot of interest in getting to know them as a person, their struggles, their interests...their story. If you are familiar with the 5 love languages, mine is off the charts quality time. People can see me as outgoing and outspoken, but I like to call it how I see it. :) In fact, I believe I have a shy side to me that people don't pick up on in their first impression. I pride myself on being different, on speaking my mind, on being genuine with people, especially those I value and respect. Part of my way of nurturing is being able to see the potential that each person has and seeking to draw it out of them. I consider myself fun loving, and a lover of life. I am always open for new adventures, new ways to have a good time (anything that doesnt involve heights...scared to death actually...). However, when I think of the question, what am I most looking forward to, I have to admit that in my heart of hearts my greatest desire is to find someone I can share my life with, to be a wife and a mother. I am a caring person and very good with children of all ages and abilities. Perhaps this is true to all women but I find myself being able to "speak children". In a relationship I lean more toward the slow, traditional side, meaning I like a guy who is honest and takes the lead.
46, Eaton, OHI feel lucky to work in healthcare. I look forward to making an impact in people's lives. Keeping humor in my life is also very important. Of course my son is the source of my pride and instrumental in my life.
57, North Royalton, OHThanks for taking the time to read my profile. I hope somwhere in this description, something catches your intrigue. If so, please drop me a message to chat further...after all if we are both here on this site, we must be looking for that special companionship in our lives that is missing. I enjoy spending time with my "furkids", family and friends. I also enjoy nature, bicycle riding, visiting the metroparks, hiking, photography and walking the dog. Love going to festivals, museums, movies, live theater and the arts. To my mom's credit, I am a decent cook and a rather good baker...just ask my friends and neighbors. I also enjoy quilting, sewing, floral arranging and most crafts...all of which I probably get from my grandmothers. My love for gardening comes from my dad, the avid gardener who had a green thumb. The Cleveland Indians are my favorite team (there's something about getting a hot dog and a beer at a ballpark), and I've been know to attend Monsters hockey games, Akron RubberDucks and Lake County Captains minor leagues, and an occasional Cav's basketball game. My dog roots for the Cleveland Browns. I am on the board for a local collie rescue group and previously volunteered in various programs through church, including parish council, youth ministry and PSR. Two of my last three dogs were senior rescues. I'm working with my current dog to pass his canine good citizen test, and we enjoy visiting nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Would love if I could get our therapy dog international certification so that we could do hospital, school or reading program visitation. A few of my favorite sayings... - Stop and smell the roses. - Don't sweat the small stuff. - Keep the main thing the main thing.
24, Mansfield, OHHello, my name is Ryan and I am a devout Catholic, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and a member of a contemporary music group at my local church. I had lost my way in regards to what God had planned for me in college until I met a young man who was committed to the church, and was early on in his journey to enter the priesthood. We met in a summer class at a community college and after talking, I went to confession for the first time in about ten years. It changed my outlook on life and I recommitted myself to being a faithful servant of God. My faith and trust in God has grown since that day and it continues to grow daily. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, and watching Cleveland sports teams, whether in person or on television. I look forward to what God has planned for me in my lifetime and I know that it is beautiful because He has planned it and He will help me get there.
