67, Medford, ORCatholic Revert after 46 years of searching and struggling to find what was available to me the entire time. Currently in my 10th year of recovery from alcoholism. My greatest signature strength is Spirituality and St. Francis is my model. Currently retired from Registered Nursing after 40 years and now coaching clergy and laity in spiritual transformational change. I have been divorced for 20 years and kept myself too busy with career and family for a relationship. It has alarmed me how many people do not accept the BIG 7 questions. If spiritual growth, maturity and grace are important in your life, we should talk. God bless you...James
47, Hood River, ORA little about me... I'm fast on my way to becoming a sedevacantist. I reached this conclusion after reading the encyclicals of Popes Gregory XVI, Leo XII, Leo XIII, Benedict XIV, Pius VII, Blessed Pius IX, Pius XI, Pius XII, and Saint Pius X. The Magisterium has many times condemned the false ideas of ecumenism, "freedom of conscience", and religious liberty, all of which triumphed at Vatican II. Modernists, like Josef Ratzinger (Benedict XVI), openly agree that this happened. Because I've read a lot of material from all sides of the argument, I will no longer attend a Novus Ordo service since it was designed to be not Catholic. It sounds unbelievable, I know, but it's sadly true. Anyway, I'm stopping here since these are some main reasons and this is not a dissertation!

36, Portland, ORHello, my name is David and I am blessed with three beautiful children who are my world. I come from a family of ten with seven of us boys and three girls, and I am the youngest. I work in an ambulance here in Portland. I'm hoping to finish school this coming year in hopes of becoming a career firefighter. Furthermore, I am a member of the knights of Columbus, a Sunday school teacher, and a Volunteer Firefighter. I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, swimming, canoeing, the zoo, beach, lakes, waterfalls, parks, or even just a stroll around the block.
43, Portland, ORI love to think and feel deeply. I am a natural Meyers-Briggs INFP personality type... a very Intuitive, iNtroverted, Feeling, Perceiving individual. I have volunteered nearly 600 hours over the course of 3 years on a suicide hotline, and worked at a drug and alcohol treatment facility, in the hope of making a difference in the lives of others. I dream of becoming a counselor someday (among other ideas), and I deeply love classical music... opera, symphonies, and things of great beauty and expression of the human spirit.
32, Portland, ORI'm a psychologist, and I work with kids and adolescents. I moved to Portland recently from Seattle. I'm originally from New York. Hoping to meet some like-minded people.
29, Salem, ORI love the Catholic Church and feel so blessed to be part of a growing Traditional Latin Mass community!! I was not a practicing Catholic for 5 years, but after I had my son, I have been back in the church for over 5 1/2 years, praise God! I enjoy learning more and more about the faith. The more I learn, the more I am filled with wonder at the church Christ gave us! St. Francis of Assisi is an awesome model of literally giving up everything he owned to live for Christ. I really like that. It seems like it would be so freeing! I like the idea of living simply. I think it would be awesome to live off the land as much as possible, although, I know that might not be as realistic as I wish. I've heard that the home should be the first "monastery" for a child. I think this is such a beautiful way of thinking of the home. Pray, work, study, and play all for the glory of God! I enjoy music, walks, fishing, and reading.
79, Grants Pass, ORI live in Grants Pass with one small Maltese dog. I have two grown children and grandchildren living in other states. I go to mass at St. Anne's every Sunday. I enjoy a quiet, busy life and love to travel, garden, exercise and walk, volunteer at The Republican Headquarters, and belong to two computer clubs, and several other clubs. I am an NRA member. I enjoy reading and watching the news and good presentations on t v . I am in excellent health, don't take any meds, only go to the doctor once a year for checkup, and only have allergies. I feel 30 and have been told I am pretty, and look much younger. I guard my good health with organic and live food, and have good health habits. I am a widow. I am passionate about Grants Pass, the river running through it, the hills, trees, country, good weather,, and all the blessings here. I have many friends in our small town, but there are some women that need a close loving relationship with a man in their life, I'm one, and I look forward to that. .
27, Salem, ORVeritas! This motto of the Dominican Order succinctly expresses the ideal of my life: to live in conformity with God's Truth and to be His instrument in passing it on to others. I have broad interests in the humanities, particularly in Latin and literature, but also in theology, history, writing, logic, drama, music, etc. For me, Latin is the language of love because it is the language of divine worship in the Liturgy. What I most appreciate about literature and the arts is how they can powerfully communicate Truth, Goodness and Beauty through the imitation of life -- often in a more convincing way than a technical theological tract. I have particular interest in an integrated educational curriculum which unites history, literature, music, drama, language, science and culture in a thoroughly Catholic theological framework with an emphasis on practical application and hands-on, experiential learning. After five years in a Dominican monastery, I discerned that the cloistered life was not my calling and have providentially been led to teaching, where I believe God now wants me to serve Him and Holy Mother Church.
