60, Fairless Hills, PAAllow me to introduce myself. I'm a single Dad who has been raising 3 kids for over 12 years now. Two are now in college and one is a senior in high school. I also have another daughter in her mid thirties and two grandchildren. As for me, well, I like me. I have many hobies and if I hit the lottery I would have no problem keeping myself busy. I had a lot of fun doing stuff with my kids and of course spend a little time with my oldest and her kids but those times are now few and far in between. Yep, it's time I start looking for someone to share what time I have left. Not that I plan on going anywhere anytime soon. Anyway, I can be a lot of fun to be with and I too sometimes just like doing nothing. If you enjoy doing stuff or maybe just watching the grass grow, waves crash on the beach or leaves blow in the wind perhaps we could become a pair.
70, Narberth, PAA new catholic who is there every week, and I am in the choir. I am very conservative, calm, and have a dry sense of humor. I retired from Verizon, but still worked for myself. I recently, have returned to work for Verizon. I have two grown daughters, and grandchildren. I enjoy riding motorcycles, and swimming. I was married for ten years, and I have been divorced for close to forty years. Having had several very close relationships, but did not remarry. I have found that one can be alone, but it goes against the natural order of things. Had been on/off of CM for some time. I am now back on, in good standing.
41, Philadelphia, PAPeople describe me as a more quiet and kind person with a strong heart. With my gentile personality I am not afraid thought to speak up for our Lord. I have a love of nature, walking, pets, travel, and lots of affection. A wonderful partner would be loving the Lord, prayer, and family.
40, Philadelphia, PAHi there! Welcome to the Cliff's Notes version of me! If you're tired of dating: boys, creeps, sissies, liars, atheists, ne'er-do-wells and/or other types of riff raff...well then, you've come to the right profile! :-D To begin, I know *exactly* who I am and what I can do. And I give All thanks to GOD for these blessings and everything that He has given to me! I'm a Tall fella, known as an Honest, Kind, Smart (book and street), Fun!, Fiercely Loyal, Affectionate, Romantic and Very Funny Guy--very quick-witted and a bit sarcastic. *I Love to Laugh & Make People Laugh!* I feel and look younger than my age (B-day is in February), am very Thoughtful & Sincere, I tend to easily make friends wherever I go and am always there for those who are close to me. I try to be a devout Catholic, am a work in progress (as are we all) and I actively seek to be a better Servant everyday, wherever I am, always asking Him to help me to do His Will. I like to help people who are in need & happily go out of my way to do so! I'm the guy that will stop for you when you're broken down on the road, as it makes me glad to know that someone is safe, one way or the other. Moreover, I will buy food for the homeless whenever I can. (Hey, we're all in this together.) :-) Yeah...all of this sounds great so far, right? Oh, it gets better. :-D I'm a very good cook! Yep, I can hold my own and like to fix various foods. I took Culinary Arts courses in school; I've mastered certain dishes and like to experiment as well. It's been said that, "Cooking done with care, is an act of love." I agree! I'm pretty handy with various tools & fixing things and can quickly improvise in many different scenarios. Moreover, if necessary, I can more than handle myself in a fight, and I'm skilled with a few firearms. I like to stay active and recently bought an olympic weight bench set (Jan '17) and got back to riding my bike. I have *very strong* thirst for Knowledge in a myriad of subjects! When at home, I'm usually online, and am reading, watching or listening to learn something new. (geopolitics, history, music, faith-related, pop culture) I really like Movies, as they are my Favorite form of escapism! There's something about sitting in a darkened theater and watching a great film that continues to *thrill* me. In summary, I'll state that I'm a Very Good Man searching for a Very Good Woman. :-) Blessings to you in your search! -Matt
34, Media, PAHi! My name is Tom I'm just a simple guy, who wants to get married and have a family. My faith and family mean everything to me. I enjoy going to the traditional Latin Mass and all the reverence it contains. I love my family very much and would do anything for them. I try to be a realist and follow logic. I really believe the saying a picture says a thousand words. Sometimes there aren't enough words to do a picture justice. I say this because I can write the most beautiful elegant "introduction" that has even been written, but if there's not something in my pictures you like...it probably won't make much of a difference :) Of course it's the deeper things that matter most, but there has to be an initial "something" (not even sure what the right word would be!) before those deeper things can be discovered. But anything you would like to know, just ask ;)
54, Ardmore, PAI like nature, long drives ,walking in the park, movies, fishing, old cars, car shows, happy people, hiking, bike riding, lifting weights, board walks.
55, Philadelphia, PAI was greatly affected by my parents and teachers growing up. I had 16 years of Catholic education, and two years in a semi-public graduate school. I was influenced by friends who were writers, and by people i worked with. For many years I was passionate about writing, martial arts, prayer, and family, but life throws you curves and you sometimes are presented with situations and revelations that make you question everything. I fell in love with an atheist and married her in a civil ceremony. It was a disaster, Because of my upbringing, I stayed until my kids were raised. I am now in the process of rebuilding. I have always liked to make people laugh. For fun I do improv, read, write, do taichi, take long walks, travel, museums. I like all kinds of music except hip hop and some pop. I like movies, plays, hikes, going out to dinner, and trying to play guitar (beginner). I have been to Canada, Ireland, France, England, China, and the Bahamas. i have also been to 18 of the 50 state. I would like to travel more.
31, Philadelphia, PAI'm an Officer and a gentleman. I've never really done this before but I consider myself a pretty honest and straight forward guy, so just ask. Always interested in new people and new things.
33, Conshohocken, PAI am passionate about music. I love to introduce and share with others, the beauty of the world, through music, because through beauty we are able to encounter God. I love classical music and I also love learning about authentic traditional music from other cultures. I have been influenced greatly by my teachers in general and especially my music teachers. I have also been greatly influenced by my education at a Catholic school, of which I have many fond memories. I am pretty self-motivated and I like to challenge myself to become better until I can achieve excellence, or as close to it as I am able. My second passion, besides music, is to learn different languages. I speak two African languages, in addition to English and French. I really enjoyed studying Greek and Latin in college and I strive to keep up with it my life. I am currently in the beginning stages of learning German. I am most fascinated by observing the way in which different cultures express what they value, detest, fear etc. through language. For leisure, I enjoy watching foreign films (French, German, Bollywood etc), and classic films from the 30s, 40s and 50s. I also enjoy reading a good book and trying out a new recipe. For a good, active afternoon or evening, I enjoy to spend time with friends, and to go dancing and listening to live folk music (American, Celtic etc). I love the beauty of the Catholic Liturgy as expressed in the Traditional Latin Mass, especially Gregorian Chant. I have also been enjoying learning about various Catholic customs. I am ever reminded of G. K. Chesterton's remark that "Tradition is democracy for the dead..." I suppose I am nothing if not egalitarian in this respect. I think that actively living out the Catholic Faith, has freed me to be able to enjoy this life which I have been given. Pax Christi, Anne
30, Downingtown, PAHi! I love kids, laughter, and poetry! My family is very important to me - I have three brothers and wonderful parents - and I hope to have many children and give them a happy, love-filled childhood like I had. I studied English in college (Christendom College) and taught high school for several years, though I'm not teaching this year. I love the richness and beauty of language. I like to see and create beautiful things, so I like classical music, great art, sonnets, and baking brownies. :) I enjoy the outdoors, too. One of my favorite things to do is take walks because I enjoy the exercise, the fresh air, and the beauty of nature. I like to help other people, too. My mother has always been a role model to me because of the way she selflessly serves our family, and I hope to do the same as a homemaker.
49, Philadelphia, PAThis is just an initial introduction while I figure out what to say here. In general I'm a happy, well adjusted person. I work for myself as a software engineer. God and my Catholicism is central in my life, but I do have a wide range of interests outside of things that are directly religious. I do tend to see things through the lens of my faith. I enjoy cooking, reading, going out in the city for various cultural events, spending time with my friends and family.
