71, Norristown, PAI am reserved, very spiritually oriented, inquisitive, pensive, observant, sensitive, warm, loyal and trustworthy. I value good companionship and loyal friendship very highly and am seeking a long-term relationship with an always-single, widowed or annulled (or In Process), honest, down-to-earth Catholic gentleman capable of a meaningful relationship based on mutual respect, trust, shared social and moral values and enduring love. My religious faith and spiritual well-being are important priorities in my life. I am an ardent supporter of pro-life causes. In that I believe there is much wisdom in simplicity, I prefer a simpler, uncomplicated lifestyle. My interests are varied and include (but are not limited to) academic research, computers, surfing the net, national news and politics, gardening, my little dog, music, art, theater/shows/movies, reading, trips to the beach, cruises, ferry rides, walking and/or bicycling on the boardwalk/bike trails. I especially like being near the water - be it an ocean, bay, lake, river, creek or stream.
27, Hollidaysburg, PAI am the oldest of six and have grown up in a wonderful and passionately Catholic family. I enjoy martial arts, volleyball, writing, and watching movies. I am a big fan of the arts, provided they are truly art and reflect the transcendentals . Most importantly I believe that becoming a saint is the most important thing in the world. Having said that I certainly have a long way to go and am looking forward to meeting someone to challenge me and help me be the saint that I am meant to be. I try to follow the words of St. Josemaria Escriva and "Act like a burning coal, spreading fire wherever it happens to be; or at least striving to raise the spiritual temperature of the people around you".
24, Milton, PAI am passionate about forgiveness. Forgiveness in yourself and in other people. I think the sacrament of pennance is vital to the virtuous life of a soul. Not only does it require you to be humble, but allows one to become more aware of the things they need to work on. I was never grounded in my faith during high school, but I became what I would consider grounded during my second deployment while I was enlisted in the Marine Corps. Though I am no apologetic, and not by any means a perfect man, I will defend the Word until I'm blue in the face. I am intense and though I have a time and a place for typical praise and worship music, I definitely enjoy the harder Christian rock/metal. I am currently off of active duty and in the hiring process for the PA State Police Department. I am hoping that works out for me, but who knows where I will end up!
41, Mechanicsburg, PAI like playing all sports, especially Basketball. I also like to watch sports; I am a big Steeler, Pitt Panther and Penguins fan. My family is the most influential in my life. I grew up in Mechanicsburg PA but I lived and went to college in MA. Volunteering is something I enjoying doing and I like to meet new people. I am a person who likes going out and doing activities. I moved back to PA, close to a year ago, after being in MA for 20 years. I am still relearning the area and trying to meet new people. I believe a successful relationship starts with becoming friends, getting to know each other and finding things you have in common.
44, Pittsburgh, PAWhere do I start? LOL I have grown into a person who's life revolves around their faith. I try to at least end my day thanking and asking the Father for my temporal and more importantly, spiritual gifts and needs. It really means a lot to me to connect with someone who feels and believes like I do and that has God at the center of their life. I love getting to know new people and to be able to have open discussions. My experiences regarding my faith have meant the most for me (that is to be explained more in detail at a later point!:)) I am very close to my family all of which live in the same area of PA that I do. I have a great family and many fond memories that have been shared and I'm sure even better ones that will be shared in the future with them. My parents did a great job in giving us the faith/morals which were ingrained in us at a very early age. I owe everything to them. I love speaking and thinking about our Creator! Having a relationship with Him helps me to better focus on what He has in store for me which explains why I registered here! I have dedicated to having Him as my Auto Pilot! In addition to my faith, I love to do anything outdoors, watching movies, music, and sports. I watch less and less of the major professional sports and have gotten into Collegiate sports recently. They seem to have the willingness to work harder. The desire to be professionals. As much as I have enjoyed telling you about me, I would love to hear from you! So what are you waiting for?:)
54, Mount Pleasant, PAI enjoy being around people and helping others. I am looking forward to the promise of Easter and the season of spring. I like gardening and crafts. I love all kinds of music.I liked the outdoors. I practice my faith daily.it helps me get thru life's troubles.
76, Merion Station, PAI am in excellent health and plan to stay that way. I exercise daily and eat healthy. "You are what you eat" Being an organic chemist helps me knowing what chemicals food is made of and what should be avoided. i play tennis weekly in the winter and work in my garden during the summer. I ride my bike outside, every other day weather permitting. I am active in the boy scouts with my grandson and am an usher at church. I like to eat out, go to the Philly Pops and sporting events. I like to travel and would like to go back to Australia to see relatives and friends. I go sailing with a colleague on the Chesapeake Bay for week in June and September. I would love to take a cruise. My family gets together for the major holidays and spends a week at the New Jersey shore during the summer.
59, Lancaster, PAI seem to have been designed for many things that require solitude -- reading, writing, creating art, contemplating, praying -- yet the most fruitful, growth-filled times of my life have been when I have been in relationship -- as a student, work team member, creative collaborator, correspondent; as a wife, daughter, sister, caretaker, friend; as a participant in the sacraments, prayers, and seasons of the Church; and especially as a conscious participant in relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and with Our Blessed Mother. I find that neither solitude nor relationship is complete and satisfying without its counterpart. I am passionate about knowledge and beauty, because they draw us into understanding and adoration, and ultimately love.
62, New Brighton, PAI am about to enter a new phase of life....retirement. I look forward to the new journey but also a bit reluctant. I have always had a plan but soon time will be my own. Family and faith is very important to me. I want to volunteer my time and energy and make a new mark in life. I want to travel, little road trips or cross country. I enjoy sporting events, the theater, music, amusement parks, picnics, dining out or cooking up a meal. I prefer warm sunny days. I am not a fan of the cold winter months. I am looking to share what life has in store with a gentleman.
56, Panama City, PAI am passionate about serving the poor in my parrish, at our soup kitchen and other facilities and services. Praying is also very important in my life. I really enjoy to travel and get to know people of different cultures, and visiting Museums as I am an art and history lover. Also, I love walking and working out (low impact); reading; photography; going to the beach and getting sun-tanned; riding on boats; watching football (soccer), the news, movies and history shows on tv; and simple reunions with friends at home. I am very open and friendly, love to talk to everybody and laugh with them. Sense of humor is a must for me. The most influential people in my life have been my father and my mentor at the law firm where I used to work; both very learned, cultured, intellectual, good Christians and highly ethical men. Currently, the major influence in my life is Pope Francis and his teachings on the centrality of Jesus and the Gospel, as well as the service to the poor and disadvantaged. I am currently semi-retired as a lawyer, so I have a lot of time in my hands which I mainly use for helping in my parrish and, ocassionally, guiding tours of my city. I would honestly say I am living the best time of my life right now, due to having a lot of freedom, an ever increasing faith in Our Lord, and almost zero stress. I am a pretty happy, content girl.
