  • Ryan, 30 from Bethlehem, PA
    30, Bethlehem, PA
I just recently finished my MA in Theology at Villanova, and I work in a management position at a data imaging company in Bethlehem, PA. I'm involved part-time in youth and young adult ministry as a musician / worship leader and speaker, mostly at local/regional conferences in PA / NJ -- I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to share those gifts and draw people into worship! Outside of that, I'm a huge sports fan, particularly football -- Jesus might be my first love, but the New York Jets are pretty strong contenders for the #2 slot. I've been a musician since middle school, so I do have a love for music, whether it's listening to it or playing it. I have my nerd moments, too -- video games are a lovely part of my free evenings and no, I'm not ashamed to admit that World of Warcraft has been a long-time hobby of mine :P So in a nutshell, I'm passionate in prayer, devoted in ministry, and pretty easy to entertain and blessed to enjoy all the world has to offer, from sports to a good glass of beer to reading & writing.

I am committed to being a good Catholic, making it to Heaven, and helping others in my life to do the same. Catholicism is very important to me, I and find a lot of fulfillment through going to mass (whether daily or weekly), praying, adoring the Eucharist, going to confession, or even just having meaningful conversations. I'm blessed with Catholics in almost every aspect of my life (outside of work, anyway) and I have large number of friends, family members, and role models who are solid in their the faith. I spend plenty of time in a very un-Catholic world as a night-shift police officer, so I take joy in spending quality time with people who share the true faith. I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking/camping/backpacking. For regular exercise routines I run, lift weights, and sometimes work the land at one of my professors' farms near Scranton. Some day I would like to try a half marathon, and then decide whether a whole one is up my alley! I enjoy sharing cigars, bourbon, and scotch with my Catholic brothers, and I also try to remain in good practice at the shooting range with both rifles and pistols. I also enjoy conversation, game nights, movies and sporting events in mixed groups. I'm pretty extroverted, but I can appreciate the value of a quiet night in! Education is very important to me, and I'm currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in Finance. I would love to get a Ph.D. someday if the opportunity presents itself. I'm currently a police officer but I only plan on doing this for a few more years. I want to start my business career soon so that I'll have climbed the ladder a bit before I'm out of my thirties. At the end of the day, however, it's up to God where I go and what I do.

    25, Hellertown, PA
Anti-terrorism engineer by day and volunteer firefighter by night. I like British accents, meerkats, and M&Ms. I recently bought a house in Hellertown, where I live with my particularly evil cat and my sister. In my free time, I'm an avid gardener and photographer, and I love exploring abandoned, relatively unknown, or lost destinations. I've been a practicing Catholic all my life, and try my best to bear quiet but brave witness to my faith at my job, with my fellow volunteer firefighters, and with everyone I meet. I trust others easily, and I try to seek out goodness, truth, and beauty in the world however I can. I find joy in simple things and strive to always be genuinely kind to friends and strangers alike.
  • Jennifer, 30 from Beaver Falls, PA
    30, Beaver Falls, PA
Hi, I'm Jennifer! A few things to know about me... Well for starters I recently made a big move across the state from Allentown to the Pittsburgh area! I have lived her for almost a year and so far find this side of the state a great place to live! I am currently enrolled in school and majoring in radiation therapy. Since I am currently in the health field, I am looking forward to furthering my career in a field I am so passionate about. During my leisure time, I really enjoy trying new things. Whether it be a new restaurant, doing something touristy in Pittsburgh I haven't done yet, catching a movie, or occasionally, going on a vacation where I find myself on a beach in the warm sun! I love to travel, especially to warm sunny places and enjoy going to different islands and seeing all of the different cultures. The most influential people in my life I would have to say would be my grandmother, and my best friend. My grandmother shaped me to be the human being I am today and I am so thankful for the memories I have with her. As for my best friend, well, I moved across the state with her and her husband. It was the biggest decision I ever made in my life and I am so thankful that I did. Kirsten, and also my faith, continue to be my rock and my support throughout these new ventures in my life. Some other few odds and ends about me are: I have a rabbit, her name is Elsa and she is very entertaining. Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love EVERYTHING about it. I also enjoy a good adult coloring book every once in a while. If you would like to find out more about me, take some time and message me! I look forward to hearing from you!
