28, Saint Marys, PAMy main aspiration is to make the world a better place for those that come behind us. I know it sounds vague but all it means is that I have a tendency to act on my convictions. I enjoy going outside and doing things particularly camping, hiking, exercising, or anything that involves moving. One thing I will not compromise on is a desire to go to museums. Nearly every time I go somewhere I try to stop at all the local museums and aquariums and see what they have. One of my favorite things to visit are museum ships. I love dogs (15 lbs and up) and had a mutt. Eventually, I plan to get another dog. I'd just like to do it once my life is more stable or I can have someone to watch it while I'm away on business. Also, I really like to read books about history, military stuff, comedy, and sci-fi. Another hobby I enjoy is baking.
29, Bedford, PAI am a high school Latin teacher, raised in Pittsburgh and educated in the Midwest, and now live in a small town in rural PA. I'm active in local politics, community theater, Church groups, and a bagpipe band. I also like trying new physical activities and am an avid runner. Recently I started hunting and skiing and would like to learn golf this summer. My faith is very important to me and I was formerly in formation for a Franciscan religious order. Oh and one more thing, my favorite TV shows are Columbo, Seinfeld and Monty Python's Flying Circus.
26, Somerset, PAMy name is Doug. I would describe myself as a very cool and caring person. Everybody that knows me will tell you that I have the most unique laugh that you will ever hear. My faith is very important to me, I have no clue where I would be today without God. My family and friends are the world to me. I love to travel and I am having a hard time deciding where to put down roots. I teach a 3rd & 4th grade CCD class. I absolutely love it!! I never thought I would enjoy teaching as much as I do. I just recently purchased a bowling center, so I'm looking forward to growing the business and hopefully expanding one day. I dream of having a big Catholic family one day. I pray everyday that the Lord will guide me to that special person that I am supposed to spend the rest of my life with. I know she's out there and I can't wait to meet her.
26, Hastings, PAI am passionate about my Catholic Faith, and spreading that Faith and awareness of God's love for all through acts of love. I hope to someday get to a point in my life where my family and I can travel on missions trips and help the least of these. I plan to coach basketball full-time on the college or pro level someday, and although I am aware that that will demand a lot of time, I plan to make time, both in my job and out of it, for my ultimate goal, which is helping others. Taking a pilgrimage with my diocese to see Pope Francis in Philadelphia in September 2015 has by far had the biggest impact on my life. I will allow his words about Jesus' Love and Mercy to penetrate my heart in 2016, through the Year of Mercy, and through the rest of my life, in order that I will draw closer to God than ever before. In my leisure time, I enjoy playing and watching sports, specifically basketball, baseball and football. I also enjoy listening to music, mostly country and rock.
29, State College, PAWhen I'm not working on my doctorate in clinical psychology, you can find me in my kitchen making apple blueberry pie (especially on Pi Day!) or oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I enjoy hosting a good game night with friends, hanging out with my cat Henry, and taking pictures of the amazing places I have been lucky enough to visit. Some of my favorite and most meaningful adventures have included doing service work in Nicaragua and Mexico and walking across northern Spain as part of the Camino de Santiago.
22, Central City, PAI'm currently an aspiring physician and was just recently accepted to medical school! I'm super close to my family, who handed on the faith to me. Catholicism continues to amaze me and I work toward my goal of becoming a better soldier of Christ each day. I also am a total fan of Billy Joel (comeon, who doesnt enjoy Piano Man).
33, State College, PAHow many guys have a background as a pilot, seminarian, dairy farm hand, and substance abuse counselor?! While I can check the box for all these things, I hesitate to open this way since by all counts, I'm just an average guy striving to surround myself with others who share my values and can help me grow closer to God. Those who know me best would describe me as serious yet quite lovable, with a good sense of humor. I enjoy in depth conversations as much as I enjoy playing with my young niece and nephews. There's nothing like the laughter of a child to refresh the soul! Although a bit reserved, I'm a good listener and people seem comfortable opening up to me about the important things that are happening in their lives. I love being outside and active: hiking, boating, or just doing yard work. Like yourself, my Catholic faith is an integral part of my daily life and I couldn't imagine living apart from its beauty, truth, and goodness!

Drawing is something I really love to do in my free time, although I'm not all that good. I'm also a nerd, sci-fi, fantasy, board games, comics; you name it and I probably like it.
26, Everett, PAI am passionate about a lot of things, children, animals and the earth as cheesy as that can sound. I am a social worker so I obviously care a lot about children. I am also a very big animal lover. I look forward most to living the path God has designed for me with the spouse who will help complete me and I him. I love to read, paint, bake, cook, decorate cakes, go book shopping, walking and playing with my pets. I also love going to the movies with friends.
