So tremendously grateful to be a Catholic, choosing to adhere to the Faith in its fullness. I'd like to see if there's a man who can help me get to Heaven, walk with me through life, even (and maybe especially!) through its bumps & detours. What does this man look like? I don't know...but I'd sure like to find out soon. :) The Eucharist, beautiful architecture/art, quotes, Autumn, good conversation, and true people are a few of the things that make my heart happy. I love the Faith & the USA fiercely. (If you are an international gentleman, I ask you to carefully consider that I don't intend to raise a family outside the USA. :) I vote but fear deeply for the US considering the path she's on. (If you voted for Obama or Hillary please don't contact me.) I support our Armed Forces but could weep for laws concerning them, passed in the name of "tolerance." I love books. Hope you don't mind, because chances are my nose will be buried in one at some point! :) I love meeting kindred spirits (we're few & far between! ;) Is it crazy that a superb 1st date to me could be exploring a downtown, or finding a used bookstore or a colorful street bazaar to browse, going to an amusement park, enjoying a walk and picnic? ;) The way I dress is a way I define my femininity in a world where lack of definition has become the new norm. Being a big sister, I've got a family I love. I know who I am as a woman, an American, and a faithful Catholic. I'd rather listen than talk...most times. I'm a saver; can be trusted around bank accounts. No, really, I can! Promise. ;) The pyramids of Egypt, the marvels of old Christendom, and the beauty here in America have long called me. Conversely, some of my most contented moments are in the kitchen armed with a good recipe & a glass of red wine. I do random things like spend an hour looking for beautiful art, have a smattering of Turkish & Korean I've picked up from some of their media pop into my thoughts, extol the Oxford comma, or the dangers of pesticides & GMOs in our food, turn on music from Armenia, discuss the letter of the law vs. the spirit of the law... Yes: good dramas, gun ownership, & the right to buy as many shoes as I desire ;) Oppose: same-sex 'marriage', abortion, Islam, questionable "apparitions" such as Medjugorje, embryonic stem-cell use, euthanasia, illegal immigration!

A new catholic who is there every week, and I am in the choir. I am very conservative, calm, and have a dry sense of humor. I retired from Verizon, but still worked for myself. I recently, have returned to work for Verizon. I have two grown daughters, and grandchildren. I enjoy riding motorcycles, and swimming. I was married for ten years, and I have been divorced for close to forty years. Having had several very close relationships, but did not remarry. I have found that one can be alone, but it goes against the natural order of things. Had been on/off of CM for some time. I am now back on, in good standing.

I dont really like talking about myself, but I love to meet new people and experience new things. I seriously hope that Im able to do both of those things through I imagine many people have come to this site for the same reasons as I have, seeing as how it has been an overwhelming struggle recently for me to find Catholic fellowship outside of my church circle.

Hello. What I like most is the weather--talking about the weather, watching the seasons change. I think that the weather has been most influential in my life. As you can imagine, I enjoy spending time outdoors. Happy summer!

I have always enjoyed traveling but I do less these days. I have visited 10 foreign countries. I also enjoy genealogy research which I've done occasionally for the past 15 years and have developed a large collection of information. I love all major Pittsburgh sports. I enjoy reading the newspaper with my coffee in the fresh outdoor air. I walk in the early AM for exercise and go to aerobics classes. I frequently attend daily Mass. I love my Church and I do some volunteer work.

I'm currently an aspiring physician and was just recently accepted to medical school! I'm super close to my family, who handed on the faith to me. Catholicism continues to amaze me and I work toward my goal of becoming a better soldier of Christ each day. I also am a total fan of Billy Joel (comeon, who doesnt enjoy Piano Man).

Hi! I love kids, laughter, and poetry! My family is very important to me - I have three brothers and wonderful parents - and I hope to have many children and give them a happy, love-filled childhood like I had. I studied English in college (Christendom College) and taught high school for several years, though I'm not teaching this year. I love the richness and beauty of language. I like to see and create beautiful things, so I like classical music, great art, sonnets, and baking brownies. :) I enjoy the outdoors, too. One of my favorite things to do is take walks because I enjoy the exercise, the fresh air, and the beauty of nature. I like to help other people, too. My mother has always been a role model to me because of the way she selflessly serves our family, and I hope to do the same as a homemaker.

This is just an initial introduction while I figure out what to say here. In general I'm a happy, well adjusted person. I work for myself as a software engineer. God and my Catholicism is central in my life, but I do have a wide range of interests outside of things that are directly religious. I do tend to see things through the lens of my faith. I enjoy cooking, reading, going out in the city for various cultural events, spending time with my friends and family.

God is my first priority in life (Or at least try to make him). I go to daily Mass and do daily prayer. I like to go to different Catholic rites every once in a while (Latin Rite being my favorite and Bizantine being my favorite eastern). I am a graduate student in robotics at Carnegie Mellon (About to graduate in August). The most influential people have been the spiritual directors I've had. The Lord has worked wonderfully through them to bring me out of sin and into a deeper relationship and trust with God. Also, my friends and the Catholic community I am a part of in Pittsburgh have helped me tremendously. I like to play instruments (Guitar, piano, drumset), snowboard a little, have good, deep conversations about music and art with friends, I love philosophy and theology (If you like Dietrich Von Hildebrand I automatically like you a lot), and watch/critique thought provoking movies.

I am a Laborer for the township in which I live. The Lord was kind to me. I have never went a day without food/water (unless I had the flu or something lol) Now that I have the means, I would like to foster a Godly relationship.
