I am a young Catholic woman who loves life, people, and the Lord. I am community oriented and I deeply value my culture and my family. My faith is what colours my life and it continuously inspires me to live a life of joy, of love and of service. My faith is not only what I do on Sundays...It is part of my every day life and permeates everything that I do! I love to travel, to experience different cultures and see the world! I am a good listener and a loyal friend. I love spending time with friends and family. I am dependable and seek someone whom I can trust. I believe that a good friendship can be the foundation of a lasting relationship.

Hi! My name is Gabriel. Friends describe me as attentive, affectionate, supportive, talkative and enthusiastic. After a long undergraduate, I took many years to grow personally and spiritually before taking on graduate studies. I journal and write profusely: writing is by far my greatest pastime, if not my favourite (I think that's singing!). I was a longtime youth minister, before I started relocating, and was briefly a schoolteacher. I tend to pick up any sport that comes at me that isn't a team sport. I'm a polyglot: I'm working on my seventh language (German), after French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Haitian Creole. Much of this, perhaps, is because I'm the child of expats (11 years in Africa and Latin America as Canadian nationals), and have learnt to very quickly blend into new cultures, languages and environments: the consequence, however, is that relocation is the only life I know, and I have a unique call to a form of stability through moving every few years, through the Catholic community or otherwise.

  • Aurelien, 34 from Quebec City, CA

    34, Quebec City, CA
Hello, My name is Aurelien, I come from France, I have been living in North America for 7 years, and my goal in life is to become a saint. The Church, its teachings, and the beautiful liturgy play a central role in my daily life. I attend mass 4-5 times a week and would love my significant other to be filled with the same desire for the Eucharist, and be nourished by the life of the Trinity. I am also actively involved in the parish life in various activities. I am attentive to maintaining a balanced life between my work and my other activities. I enjoy the arts, notably painting (impressionists in particular), music and books: I actually have an artistic soul (which I only discovered a few years ago). There is always some classical music or liturgical music playing when I work. I sing in a choir (in terms of repertoire, we interpret the great pieces of choral music, from sacred music to opera. I am in the bass section). I am surrounded by books. My romantic soul loves the beauty and poetry of words. I particularly appreciate philosophy (for example, I am very interested in better understanding how the so-called Enlightenment paved the way for the current age of moral relativism. That highlights the utmost importance for us Christians to express the truth when it comes to the dignity of life, or the defense of the weak. I find the insights of Peter Kreeft or Fabrice Hadjadj particularly delightful, very deep and funny at the same time), theology (Hahn, Guardini, Benedict...), history and personal development books (I am an INFJ). This short account might already give you an idea that I thirst for truth. But that should not come as a surprise since St John Paul II reminded us that the big challenge of today's Christians will be to live a countercultural life in a secularized world. I take a true pleasure at challenging myself and learning new skills (cooking...). I also love all sorts of outdoor activities, like golf, soccer, skiiing, hiking... My job has me travel all over the world several times a year. In other words, I love (meaningful) parties. I appreciate wit, love laughing and I am an easy going person.

Hi, I'm Robert, but most people call me Rob. I'm from Ottawa, Ontario - now living in nearby (Aylmer) Gatineau, Quebec. I am currently in the process of receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies (2016) and am working under the Provincial Government as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in sales and marketing. Flying is a big part of my life, as I am currently working towards obtaining my recreational pilot permit and glider pilot license. I hope to one day conduct missionary work as a volunteer pilot in serving others in need. I also enjoy being outdoors a lot, surrounded by nature, be it on the water - canoeing, white-water rafting, swimming, camping out, walking-hiking, skiing and snowboarding. Travelling is another great passion of mine. Sometimes I just like to stay home, relax, do some reading, or watch some TV. My Faith makes up everything I am as a person, as it informs me in my day-to-day living and being on this Earth. Attending church and bible studies on a weekly basis, praying the Rosary, as well as being active within my ministry, and other Christian / Catholic organizations (i.e. CCO - Catholic Christian Outreach) is a huge honour and privilege that I would never trade for anything in the world. I thank God each and everyday for providing me with the abundance and grace that He has.

I am not an extrovert, but when people get to know me and when I am surrounded by people I know, I can be quite energetic. I like to spend quality time with people I like. I enjoy participating in all sorts of activities, but also like to take time to slow down, relax and appreciate the beauty of life, God's creation.

I am a 26 year old singer and also a student of vocal arts. I am passionate about my family, music and my faith. The greatest experience of my life has been as the eldest of a family of ten. My parents have been the two most influential people of my life and I bless God for giving them to me. For my leisure I enjoy spending quality time with my best friends, hiking, going on road trips and volunteer singing at my parish.

I'll start this off by saying that I haven't used a dating site before and I've never been a fan of the concept. I'm also looking for friendship and fellowship now, not a girlfriend. Having immigrated to Canada I find that Catholic girls are hard to come by due to the dilution within the largely atheist or nominally catholic society. In day-to-day life you'd find me starting a conversation with a stranger, whether it be a girl, guy or even jumping in with a joke when a group picks my interest anywhere. I'm hoping therefore to only use this site as a filter to find like-minded pople and jump right in and do the rest in person like it's supposed to be. I'm a spontaneous extrovert who can have a conversation with quite anyone and make friends easily. Now to more personal stuff: In a few words I'd describe myself as a passionate, very cultivated and conservative man who gives lots of importance and time to his family and religion. Back in my country of origin I was a supporter of a party which's motto was God, Nation and Family and I've been looking for these concepts out here for a few years now. I'm a very busy person but also very disciplined and dedicate a lot of time to my family and religion. In my spare time I mostly follow politics. I have been a pro-life activist for many years now and I'm also active on issues such as rooting for parties that want small, fiscally responsible governments, preserving family values and western culture and having policies based on responsibility not emotional and popular appeal. I'm also a big history and military buff and people tell me I have a unique taste in music and movies.

Hi, I am not very familiar with how you can summarize 35 years in 2,500...But let's try. I am from Martinique, a French island (so English is notmy first language) and I have lived in Montreal for the past 12 years (now I am truly French and Canadian!). I love reading (it's now so addictive that putting aside my E-reader was my Lent objective) and travelling (I don't like all-inclusive trips to be honest, I am more a fancy backpacker). Since I love eating as well (and it shows), I also like working out (mainly martial arts, zumba and fitness). I dislike running (and I think running does not like me either) but this relationship is a work in progress. I have been blessed so far with a very wonderful life and great family. Including a wonderful mom and a cousin with Down syndrome (who I think is an Angel in disguise). My cousin was actually my first motivation when I decided to get involved with "l'Arche", an association which helps people with mental deficiencies 6 years ago. But now, volunteering there is part of who I am, like being from the French Caribbean or being Catholic. As regards my faith, it has been in my heart for as long as I could remember but it not as consistent as it should be. God is patient and merciful with me (well, with all of us) so I am not giving up on being a better follower of Christ.

Howdy! My name's Raphael and I'm here to steal your heart (with your permission, of course). Cheesy lines aside, I thought it would be fun to try out this online dating thing, as many of my friends have recommended it. Apparently, you can meet some pretty cool people online (who would've thunk?!). So without further ado, here are a few tidbits about myself... I spend my days working as IT service provider at a nationwide health industry. In a nutshell, this means I get to meet a lot of people from all over the country and I especially find this very exciting. My biggest passion in life is 'the-Internet-of-things'. Making things work through the use of Internet. I LOVE to face the challenge of 'why isn't it working?' Family is very important to me. It has always been a dream of mine to have a large family of my own one day - the more kids the merrier. Few things I can't do without: - Biking - swimming - Travelling and sight-seeing Anyway, if you're not allergic to a clever sense of humor, feel free to send me a message!

Je suis ne sous saint Georges et j'ai grandi avec Saint Pierre. The genesis It was at the beginning of the spring solstice of the year of grace 1997 that the prayers of a great woman become true with my birth. I was born in the Holy Land, in Lebanon, of a Catholic mother and an Orthodox father. It was in an ancient Orthodox church that I was immersed in the Christian life. I was born under Saint George and I grew up with Saint Peter. I love ideas. It is difficult to live in this world, those who don't think are too many. An anchored monastic life seems sometimes very pleasant. The soul must find itself, in order to rise in the world of ideas. You can understand by reading these few lines, that I am a man who loves the company of writers and philosophers. Philosophy and reading are an integral part of my intellectual and spiritual life. St. Thomas Aquinas said: "I fear the man of a single book". Knowledge is a supreme good which helps to deepen our knowledge of the divine.
