Hello! I'm definitely a people-person and have a fun-loving sense of humor. At times I can take the definition of outgoing to a whole new level. I love to get people to crack a smile. I like socializing and hanging out with friends, but I also enjoy my quiet time at home to play with my dog, cat, and birds. I'm always finding new things to do to keep me busy; be it painting, card making, piano, gardening, cooking, and antiquing. Great at movie trivia! Paddle boarding is the best! I also must add I love writing. For years, I've been writing stories...just for fun in my spare time! I am dedicated to live a life doing God's will. When I was just starting high school I was called to caring for the sick and disabled, which I have been doing since. I have been a RN for 9 years now and I love it!

Ok, so I never really know the best way to describe myself, but here goes... I'm second generation Italian American, Roman Catholic girl. I moved to South Carolina from the Hudson Valley, NY over two years ago. I bought my house in March 2015, and I have made Upstate SC my home. I'm a parishioner at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Taylors, SC, a member of the Columbiettes 9184 chapter, and I'm also part of Lucis Via Greenville Young Adults group for people in their 20's-30's. I'm very active in my faith, and would like to find a nice guy that I can share that with. You can take the girl out of NY, but you can't take the NY out of the girl. I wear black, like.... a lot. I love cooler weather so I can wear my boots and my leather moto jacket. I'm edgy, artistic, fashion-forward, and I love to joke around and not take life so seriously. If you can't get my humor, chances are it's not going to work. I have a pretty wide range of interests. I love to sew. I make a Halloween costumes each year for myself, and it's my favorite holiday. Creepy stuff is fun for me. I'm a graphic designer and marketing manager for a dental company by trade. I LOVE movies, especially the classics. I can't go a day without listing to music, and you will very often find me rocking out on a random Saturday morning to my favorite pandora channels (Stevie Nicks radio or Sublime Radio) while I'm cleaning around the house. I'm a little bit of a band groupie for one of my dearest friend's, and fellow parishioner's band, Randomonium. I go to their shows often with a huge group of friends. My crew is awesome, just sayin'.

I'm an easy going down to earth type guy,it does'nt take alot to make me happy. I'm happy if I get one more day to enjoy life and my family. My greatest passion was raising a family and taking care of them,if they were happy I was happy.I love to do just about anything outdoors kayaking, canoeing, hiking, walking and working in the yard.I tend to get into physical activity. The most influential people in my life would have been my late wife and parents. The work ethic I learned from that lived through the real great depression and a woman that taught me what life was all about with all the passion inside her.In my leisure time I enjoy cooking on the grill, love them rib's' I used to travel 48 states when I was single so I met a lot of different people, cultures, and ways of life and hearing there stories and a lot of others along the way helped shape me into a decent human being.

Music, Fitness, and Cooking play a big part in my life. Would love to meet someone who would have the same passion/drive to achieve the most during their lifetime. I own a family business that has been around for over 35 years. Very proud of my line of work. I am a social drinker. I keep my circle small. One of my main goals, is to be the best that I can be as a person, and sharing every moment with someone special.

Hello! Passionate about...I'm passionate about truth. I heard someone talking about the pursuit of three things: truth, goodness, and beauty. I like talking about our faith and since I grew up Protestant and just became Catholic last year, I still have a lot of people asking me "Why?!?!" so I get to unload about what drew me to the Catholic Church, and I LOVE getting to explain it. I'm passionate about the news. It might sound boring, but it keeps me focused on things that need prayer. I don't want to sound like I'm a super serious and depressing person, but I try to keep a very broad view of the world and have an idea of what's going on. I just moved to America from Turkey (I'm American, but I was there for 5 years), so I'm pretty interested in that country's issues and relations with the outside world. I think that could become less of a thing for me over time, but it's still on my heart, and I find myself missing it sometimes. In my spare time I like to go to the gym (about 6 days/week) and read books (mostly Catholic history, apologetics, and theology. There's a fantasy series called Malazan by Steven Erikson and Ian C. Esslemont that I read for fun too. I literally searched "fantasy series NOT game of thrones." I wanted to read something where occasionally good things happen to people while not neglecting mature subjects and complex issues). I like movies a lot, but I've been disappointed with most of what I've seen lately. In general, I like stories with twists and complicated plots and characters. I've enjoyed watching the Marvel series on Netflix too. Those series typically have some heart to them or show characters who are struggling which is nicer to see than movies where the plot is something like "superhero fights really strong person, loses, then fights harder, and wins." I used to play video games, and I still do on occasion, but it needs to have either a really good story or friends of mine who play it and want me to play with them. I'm actually pretty bad at games--that's what got me into reading books. I realized that I didn't need to play a game to get a good story; I could just read a book!

Love the outdoors, traveling, and staying active. Prefer the path less traveled and my glass half full. Enjoy mountain biking, snowboarding, kayaking, triathlons/adventure racing, rock climbing, mountain climbing, backpacking/hiking, sailing, fly-fishing, photography, camping, good food and live music. I would have to say my primary passion is long-distance hiking - experiencing the beauty of unspoiled wilderness and the magic of God's creation. I hiked the Pacific Crest Trail a couple years ago...the most amazing adventure ever...and it absolutely changed my life forever (among other things, its where I was reconnected with my faith). Since, have hiked the John Muir Trail, the Art Loeb Trail, the Arizona Trail, the Lost Coast Trail and the Sierra High Route. I'm planning to do it again (long-distance hiking, that is... this time the Continental Divide Trail)... and would like to find a partner to join me for part or all of the journey. Always enjoy meeting new friends; particularly the active, self-motivated, and drop me a line if you're interested.
