51, North Myrtle Beach, SCJust coming off a very long, arduous, and draining project--a United States Senate campaign. While I am tempted to say everyone should run for the USS at least once, such a campaign can extract costs one would not willingly pay. I am glad the campaign is over, and am now on another campaign trail--to find my bride! Professionally I have a broad, eclectic background: I am a dually-disciplined, Licensed Professional Engineer; a certificated (yes, that's the FAA's terminology!) Commercial Pilot; an Instructor Pilot (aka Flight Instructor, but IP sounds so much better than CFI!); and have been a political consultant or candidate full-time during three election cycles in the past decade. When The American Conservative quoted one of my campaign aides as saying I was the smartest guy he knew, I suggested my friend needed a wider circle of friends! That said, I am at least as bright as the average bear, and I have been blessed by Almighty God with the ability to learn and retain knowledge and information. Philosophically, I'm strongly in the Paleo-Con camp, but w/o ANY partisan chauvanism--sometimes the best way to take on a neo-con is as a BlueDog! Governor Wallace was right, as was PJB in his final campaign! I am convert to the Faith, and you'll likely find me casting my shadow on a church at least once a day. I have with an INTENSE interest in gov't and the political process--and can cook a mean cari lumbu. To relax, I'd rather sit down at my piano for half an hour than sit on a couch, ... or maybe I'll take a five-minute walk to the Atlantic, which is a good way to say one's rosary late at night. I am passionate and intense about anything I see to be important.Sans political campaigns, I don't play games, and have a low threshold for games and bovine scatology. I am intensely loyal, and expect the same. I am a realist (what would you expect from an engineer/pilot?), yet very much of an idealist and optomist. I am an eternal romantic, and AM on the campaign trail to find my bride!
54, North Charleston, SCThere is so much to tell of myself. I have lived for 48 years and find it quite difficult to inform others about me in such a short amount of space. I would love to open my soul to the right woman over a bottle of red wine and some good music. I have so much to offer the right one....
35, Edinburgh, GBHello everyone.. I'm just looking for a woman strong in her faith who wants to fall in love get married, have a family and live happily ever after. I am as happy outdoors being active as I am indoors reading a book. Im a design consultant and enjoy my job which brings me into contact with people from all walks of life. When I'm not working I like to spend my time with family and friends.
24, Moore, SCGood day, miss. Well, you must wish to know who and what I am and so I shall attempt to describe myself. I am a Southern Catholic. By that I mean I have family roots here going back centuries, and so am immersed in what it is to be a cultured Southerner, while being in a family that only became Catholic in the past thirty years. And so I am highly old fashioned in my approach to relationships. But do not let that scare you, because my observation has been that it is really the Esposita who is in charge of the home and family. If the man has the final say, it is only because he is allowed it. The truth is, the men of my family are warriors, and always have been. Our mindset is highly militaristic, and we love order, discipline, strength, and honor - though living up to those ideals is a challenge we all too often fail to overcome. So that's just a glimpse into my values and mindset, which tied together with my Faith, make me more zealous than most. As for actually being a soldier, I have every intention of getting back (long story) in the military - once the U.S. Military has a change in management - and becoming an instrument of justice. For that matter, it would be a huge plus if you come from a military family. In my hobbies and other interests, I certainly do qualify as a nerd, though I probably do not give the impression initially. Really, the main reason I love science fiction and fantasy as much as I do is because there are ever so many very Christian elements to it, and I have a great fondness for symbolism and allegory. Oh, but there is so much to talk about there... Politically, I would certainly fit in the category of entrenched conservatism, but with the caveat that it is built around and tempered by Church teaching, that is to say, I am conservative because I am Catholic. As an update, I am now attending the Franciscan University of Steubenville to finish my history degree, so I will not be home for some time. So, for the time being, this is all I can say. If it is Our Lord's will, you may be the one to walk with me down the long road to where our purpose reaches its ultimate fulfillment in the Kingdom of Heaven. May He protect and keep you, always. Amen. Do drop me a line if you'd like to see what else is under this layer of militarism and politeness. I promise I'm not a flat character, in the literary sense. ;)
35, Anderson, SCI am a chiropractic physician, although my true passion is to be a wife and mother. I am eager to have a family and raise my future children in the Catholic faith. I enjoy cooking, gardening, camping, cleaning (yes, really), reading, and quiet evenings at home. I like board games, farmer's markets, museums, historical tours, and the public library. I am quiet, simple, and frugal, but still like to have fun. I love learning new things!
36, Charleston, SCI recently moved to Charleston from Seattle and have been working as a campus minister since August. Before then, I was studying to be a biomedical engineer, but felt that my calling was to work in the church. I am a bit of a science nerd, and can pretty much understand everything they speak about on "The Big Bang Theory." I live to laugh, and I could probably best described as a class clown. I work in a military environment, which is really a good fit for me. I've spent some time in the Army, where I was deployed in the original invasion of Iraq in March, 2003. Since then, I've considered the priesthood, but have concluded that its not what I'm called to. As for fun, I love to be outdoors, ride motorcycles, and fine dinning with a glass of red wine. I exercise pretty regularly and eat as healthy as I can......although I slip a pizza in there every once in a while! :-P
73, Aiken, SCGod (Father, Son and Holy Ghost) is the most important thing in my life. I have just moved to Aiken, SC. I enjoy: Thoroughbred horse racing, my dog (Sammi, she is 16 years old); working with my horses and playing with Sammi, reading, dancing, sailing, golf, snow skiing, fishing - all kinds (I just recently took up fly fishing), sky diving (but I have not jumped for a long time), SCUBA diving, the theater, concerts, a good movie, the beach, the woods/mountains, a romantic dinner, visiting other countries and learning their culture. I enjoy all the seasons as they each bring something special from God. When I have to pick one season I choose Spring because it represents the birth of new life.
55, Moncks Corner, SCHello . I try to live simple , within my means , without drama . I work for a living , and I expect honesty in relationships . I enjoy the outdoors and simple things .
23, Cayce, SCHi, my name is Andrew. I am a 22 year old Geology student at USC Columbia. Easter of 2015 I completed RCIA and was baptized into the Catholic Church. It has been a difficult journey, but one that I am glad I undertook.
23, Goose Creek, SCHey! The two biggest parts of my life are the Navy and being a Knight of Columbus. I love volunteering on my free time, reading classic literature, playing the piano/guitar, and studying nuclear physics!
58, Summerville, SCI love being outside and active to enlightening conversations - Sursum Corda. I have a bucket load of things I want to do, ie, hot air ballooning, paragliding, white water rafting, skiing....love to horse back ride, nature walks, and lots of fun. I enjoy chats over cheese, wine and baguettes. I am passionate about my children and their futures as I would be about the man whom I would eventually spend the rest of my time with. Honesty and trust is simply basic for me. One who doesn't think twice going out of their way for others. Mother Teresa and St. Theresa of the Child Jesus are my mentors. Not to mention one of the greatest, St. Teresa of Avila.
33, Spartanburg, SCThe best was to describe myself is not like anyone else. I have a lot of typical "girl characteristics" such as a love for sappy movies and being a hopeless romantic, but I also have lots of other things that make me different. There really is no way to explain it, you'll just have to find out. I enjoy quiet evenings with my kids and I like adventures to new places. I can be spontaneous but really I enjoy things being planned. I adore Jane Austen. Pride and Prejudice is my favorite. I love reading and the beauty of the world. I grew up Catholic and as of recently I have found a new resolve in my faith. I have started veiling this year. I have started attending Latin mass. I have a very strong love of Our Mother and pray daily to her. I am a single mother and as most single moms say, the kids come first. Do not expect to meet them immediately. I will not accept less than what I deserve. I have put myself last for so long and just "settled". I have been in some extremely bad relationships as a result of that. I won't tolerate rudeness or "thug-ness". I believe in chivalry and being raised in the south, I would think that would be easy to find, but I've been surprised. I have started a new chapter in my life and I'm trying to get healthy again. I would love someone to help motivate me. I am finding I actually enjoy working out and I have really started feeling better. I hope to continue that. Just say hi, you never know.
