53, Vermillion, SDI think I would usually be described as a fun and funny guy who is also someone to depend on. I'm from a large family and grew up in small town midwest and have also lived on both coasts and studied in Germany and England so I appreciate other locations as well. Although I am generally pretty laid back, I do some unusual things at times. For example, a few years ago I quit my job, rented out my house and traveled around the world with a backpack for a year. Another example is running the Chicago marathon after training for just two days. I don't recommend that. I have also been scuba diving and golfing in many locations and would like to do more of that. I enjoy living in my house in the River West neighborhood of Chicago and having people over or going out in the neighborhood. I appreciate the activities available here like beach volleyball, sailboat racing, and the Art Institute. However, sometimes the city feels a little big for me and I like jumping in the car or grabbing a flight and leaving the city to visit my family and friends. I also like going to dive bars to listen to live music or just sitting at home with a friend for a good conversation. I have a jokester side to me and I'm also kind of a trivia geek who can take part in conversations on most subjects. I'm looking for someone who is interested in a quality long term relationship, someone who is intelligent, adventurous and has a good sense of humor. I also want to find someone who would like to accompany me occasionally when I visit my daughter who lives in Spain. I'm in sales but I also own a restaurant which I'm sure you would enjoy. I look forward to meeting you.

33, Highmore, SD"Deep waters cannot quench love, nor floods sweep it away." We all long for the fiery love that Song of Songs images through vivid prose. I desire an intense flaming love with my God that could be lived giving agape to a wife and children! Our God has gifted us all with something to share, and I hope to share my strength, being the spiritual leader of my household. I see incredible beauty in the faces of farming families with several children. They are so joyful! I imagine my future family imitating their deep faith, working side by side, gathering around the table for family meals, and praying. I pray that my future family could be a light to others who struggle with the challenges of this passing age, because we will be focused on the eternal. Are you ready to change the world simply by living God's commandments in one corner of the world? Perhaps we could start a fire that deep waters will never quench!

24, Sioux Falls, SDHi my name is AJ. I'm currently a student at the University of South Dakota seeking a degree in Communication Studies with teaching minors in Speech and English. What I'm most passionate about is my faith and the lifelong journey it takes us on. What I look forward to the most in life is being a husband and father. I've always wanted to have kids of my own and bring them up in the Catholic Church. Having a wife that share those same goals and ambitions is a plus. My influences in my life that have helped me the most are my parents. They were an example of what a husband and wife should be and they have always been there for me. I always look towards my mom for advice whether it be school or life. She has always been there for me In my leisure time I mostly like to hang out and relax with friends. I'm not that hard to entertain so simple things such as watching a movie or getting ice cream or coffee are fine with me. If the weather is nice I do occasionally enjoy spending time outdoors
24, Tyndall, SDMy family and friends that I met at the Newman Center at SDSU have been most influential in my life. They are helping me to become the best version of myself and challenge me to grow in trust in the Lord, as well as helping me laugh when I take myself too seriously and lifting me up during difficult times. I enjoy playing piano and singing and help out where I can with accompaniment at school, church, and the nursing home. I love to bake and cook for my own enjoyment but especially to share with others. Writing people letters and playing cards/games with family and friends is also a great pastime. I delight in walking and taking in the beauty of God's creation.
24, Spearfish, SDHello my name is Taylor, I love life and living it to the fullest. I am always up for a adventure big or small. I love hiking, camping, swimming, going for long walks, and just being in the great outdoors. If you have any other questions just ask!
70, Brookings, SDMy life has been full and gratifying. I was married for 35 years and then divorced by a man who felt life wasn't fun any longer and that I must be the reason! I thought I would not be able to carryon as a single person and prayed for support from somewhere. I found it in a support group of friends who had similar experiences and with them was able to rebuild my life. I helped start a singles group at my church which has become known as Senior Catholic Singles! I spend time with my children and their families every summer on a family camping trip, I think we are going the Pickstown on the Missouri this year. We usually stay in SD and choose State Parks. I really enjoy this as I like to camp and having family around is a bonus! I also like to tend my flowers, cook, travel, fish and do craft projects. I have made a cool footstool from a tire and rope and a coffee table for the deck by rebuilding it and inserting broken dishes in mortar and then grouting it...fun stuff! I really enjoy repurposing items. I play Mexican Train Dominoes and am just learning to play pool. My home is a duplex, I live on one side and rent out the other... I sell Real Estate in SD for 9 months of the year to supplement my income and spend 3 months out of the year in AZ to recharge my batteries. I would like to have a man in my life who respects women and would like to share my life.
48, Pierre, SDIndependent person looking for friendship.....My grandchildren and children very much part of my life now and forevermore. Love family time and alone time in balance.
27, Rapid City, SDI am a laid-back, semi-organized person. I am a planner, but i am open to spontaneity. I love to travel, but I also work a lot, so those two can clash often. I am often mistaken for a pessimist, but I am actually a realist. I am passionate about my job, traveling, and my faith. I look forward to new experiences that can further my knowledge of humanity. I like playing video games, gardening, hanging out with friends/co-workers, and playing with my cat. :)
