30, Maryville, TNHello. I am a licensed practical nurse (LPN), previously a State Certified Nurse Aid since late 2004. I went to Maryville High School, Class of 2004, and I have an Associate's Degree of Science(Biology and Pre-Nursing). I am currently enrolled in an RN Bridge program to earn my AASN and begin my BSN next summer. I plan to have also completed my MSN-DNP in the next 5 years and specialize in Neonatology as a Nurse Practitioner. I have two younger sisters, 3yrs & 14yrs younger. I love to read and music is such a huge part of my life! I'll listen to almost any kind; I have very eclectic taste. I am also a big fan of Classical and Latin choir ensembles. (It worked out great that I love Latin Rite Mass music since I have been singing them since before I became Catholic.) I love to laugh and be surrounded by my close friends. I have to dance everyday, its just awesome. I have 3 small Chihuahuas and love them like children. I teach 1st Grade CCD and sing in the choir at my parish. My Godson, who was born in July 2004, was Baptized at our parish when he was 6. I have raised him in many capacities for the majority of his life due to his mother struggling with substance abuse. He is an honor student, plays youth football, and loves being part of our church. I am so proud of him and it is wonderful to see him learning about Jesus and loving our Faith. He calls me "Aunt" Sarah and he is a major part of my life, often saying that I'm like another mom to him. I work hard to help him with whatever he needs and shield him from his mother's lifestyle. Needless to say, it can be a complicated mess, but God is working in and around our lives everyday. I was fully received into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil Mass 2009. I love being a Catholic! Everything I knew as a Protestant Christian was broadened and I am still learning about myself and my Faith everyday. I have such a deeper, fuller understanding of what God wants for me in my life. Becoming a Catholic has transcended everything I believe and brought it to a whole new level. God is Great all of the time! Even when I feel like everything is falling apart, I know He is there to walk me through it. Everything is for a reason and when life has setbacks, I know that God will use them as a lesson to grow from. I know I am tremendously Blessed, and I try to always be thankful for the many gifts I have, everyday!! If there's anything else you want to know about me just ask!

67, Knoxville, TNI am a life long Catholic, 65 years old, and widowed for 2 1/2 years following a 41 year marriage. I have three adult children and nine grandchildren. I continue to work full time and have no vision of retiring and settling in to an inactive or unproductive life. I am conservative in my outlook on life, religious and political convictions, and lifestyle. I am passionate about family, especially when it comes to opportunities to enrich the lives of my grandchildren. I am also committed to a number of charitable and community service endeavors. There have been a number of individuals who have been a significant influence in my life. My maternal grandfather, a young priest who never gave up on me despite his relentless but futile attempt to teach me Latin, and my father-in-law. What they taught me by the example they set will stay with me and influence my life forever. In my leisure time, I enjoy listening to various forms of music, going to plays and concerts, attending athletic events, and engaging in the wide range of activities sponsored by my KoC Council.
27, Knoxville, TNHi, my name is Randy and I'm new to the Catholic Church but it is nice to be home. I'm passionate about books, and politics and I absolutely thrive on a good debate. While I'm very close to my family, the men who came into my life, through scouting and school had the most impact on my formation as a man. While I enjoy camping and being outdoors, I also have no problem staying in and cooking dinner or zoning out with a good book and Netflix
22, Knoxville, TNI love to be outdoors. I love to camp, hike, fish, hunt, and do anything outside. I work as land surveyor, and im going into the kpd. Im a realist, i plan for the worst, and hope for the best.
29, Maryville, TNIt's probably best to start with: I'm a convert! I recently received the sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist on October 8th! I absolutely love the Church, and I finally feel that I'm home. I'm currently pursuing a PhD in philosophy.
23, Knoxville, TNI'm a laid back but motivated guy that is looking for the girl that God has set aside for me. My family lives in Pittsburgh, but I'm a graduate student at the University of Tennessee now! Whenever I'm not studying or working, though, I'm probably at the gym or just hanging out with people in a calm setting.
46, LaFollette, TNHey, I was raised in a parochial catholic school, but my family wasn't Catholic in any way, the opposite really even though many of my famous ancestors played a real part in Catholic history. So after about the 5th grade or so felt abandoned, as I wasn't on a church doorstep anymore and began to wonder the wild and wooly sides of life, though always cognizant of my Catholic roots. For instance thinking divorce scary at 8 years old for no remembered reason at all (but seeing all the bad that happened to my family when my younger brother got married a second time, I'm thinking it's a state of warning no that I'm a man of science), a quiet methodical study of religions, basic forthright, seeking and service to Universal Truth and really appreciate temples of all types. A So I was setting in some den of iniquity keeping order and higher ideals in mind like only I could among the barbarians and a priest walks in and orders a BBQ sandwich and announces himself as the to Pastor at OLPH. I mention I'd been thinking about going to church (some thirty years as that's how long it takes for a priest to cross one's path). He said sure, and later he said that he heard it all the time, but no one ever followed through with it in his experience till I did and I've been attending Mass ever since. That's when I realized I enjoy the Catholic lifestyle, thinking hey there might be something like nice women, nice able-bodied able-minded catholic women. Something I really hadn't seen as I'm fairly sure grade school doesn't count. I believe in Catholic more than I believe in online sites, but thought I'd post something anyways (it's close enough to be like work, while really not work. I am a physicist by trade and education, and I realized no argument against the rediculous is needed at Catholic, sensible people already, a soothing balm to my being. So while I'm enjoying my socialite God-Parents who've game night with 30+ people. I haven't met any singles and look forward to being matriculated into the fold. I'm 45th in Catholic Trivia here on this site... I know way more than I thought I did.

23, Chattanooga, TNHello world, my name is Anne. Hope this doesn't sound cliche ( it may) but I am blessed to have been raised in the Roman Catholic Church. With so many Saints as members, that had to struggle with sin and moral/ spiritual dilemmas; this gives me hope! With our Blessed Mother and Lord, life is meaningful.. I am an admirer of beauty (art, music, nature, the like), Absolute Truth ( religion and everyday life) , and the constant awe of God. I am Pro-life, and strive to be active by praying/counseling ( if an opportunity arises) outside of Planned Parenthood/ abortion clinics. I enjoy being a teacher to the preschool kids I work with, also to the darling 8 and 9 year olds I teach in Religious Class . Hiking, dancing, attending any classical/ musical concerts I am able, helping plan female parties with/ for my friends, are things I enjoy. I am fond of a good drink, hot tea, hot coffee, Greek/ Italian food, brie cheese, the list can go on! Take care.
32, Johnson City, TNI am passionate about my work as a librarian, my family and close friends, the books I enjoy reading, the recipes I try in the kitchen that turn out delicious. I am passionate about my faith, about deep and fascinating discussions, about traveling to new places, about music and dancing and breath-taking views and learning more about this incredible world and the people in it.
55, Gatlinburg, TNI'm an accountant. Contrary to popular belief, we do not spend our free time reading the tax code! I like live music, baseball, and neighborhood festivals, plus some down times of quiet evenings in front of the fire or on the deck. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I think people would say I'm friendly, loyal, and have a good sense of humor. I'm also trying hard to live a Christian life.
