39, Houston, TXI am a very easy going free spirited person who likes to try new things and adventures. Although I haven't done as much as I would like to, I love to travel to new places and just learn about new cultures. I truly just enjoy spending time with loved ones whether it be making a nice home cooked meal or painting the town red. I wear my heart on my sleeve and am very honest, so if there is anything you want to know, just ask! Oh yes, I love sports...football and basketball, although all of my teams tend to just break my heart, I am loyal 'til the end!! I work hard but believe you should play and enjoy life with even more vigor. I am a simple person who likes to stay away from or keep any drama to a minimum, life is to short to sweat the small stuff. I like to give back and help others whenever I can. Like most, just looking to find someone to share life's adventures with, continue to grow with both as a person and spiritually, and to share some good laughs with.
42, Humble, TXHi my name is Martha. I am a Hispanic / Latino female living in Humble, TX, USA. I am 5'6" tall with brown eyes and black hair. I would describe my body type as Average. I was previously married and am now divorced and I have children. . .
54, Houston, TXIts a little bit hard to me expressing in English, so I feel more comfortable expressing myself in Spanish. I am very passionate about reading and music. Religious and spiritual person, with virtues and defects. A virtue: loyalty; a defect: a little bit impatient. The principal experience in my life is the death of my wife ... it showed me to see the life differently. Im trying to increase my spiritually and religiosity every day... to live my life according to the Lord. My free time is mostly dedicated to my family (my two children) .... live together and enjoy those moments with them, either: in home or anywhere.
54, Houston, TXNo more waiting until I feel financially ready or have lost more weight. A man shouldn't be alone and I know this romantic old fool could bring some joy into some woman's life. I pray all is well with you and want to be as open as possible right up front. I'm Hispanic, but grew up in a "Leave It to Beaver" type of family. English is my primary language, but wish I could speak Spanish better. I'm a very Conservative guy and an Army officer/vet from the Gulf War and see myself as very patriotic, and a strong believer in the Constitution. I'm deeply religious, but by no means perfect. I often wish I could be closer to God and even before getting married I thought of being a priest, but knew I really wanted children and felt that was my calling. I was married for about 28 years. My ex walked out on me and my 3 boys, but took my daughter ~4 yrs ago saying she just wasn't "happy". I told her I refused to give her a divorce as I didn't believe in them, as I married for life. She and her attorney let me know Texas is a No-Fault state and it only takes one person to file to get out of a marriage and they don't need a reason. I was the primary breadwinner and worked, sometimes up to 3 jobs so their mom could homeschool our 4 kids who all turned out absolutely wonderful. I don't like to lie and prefer someone who will be open with me and tell me the truth even when they think it will hurt me. I like being happy and wish the same for others. Having 4 kids, I was a Cub and Boy Scout Leader, as well as a coach for most every type of sport there was. I loved being with my kids and doing things with them. I watched Disney movies and anime with them for years and even though they are out of the house now, sometimes still watch them. I was one of the original computer gamers, I played "Pong" growing up and the kids used that to get me to keep playing all types of computer games with them though the years. Growing up, I didn't believe in dating a lot. The couple of girlfriends I did have, I stayed with for at least a year or two, usually until their dads thought we were getting too serious. My dream to marry a woman, have kids and grow old together didn't quite go as planned. I still would like to find a woman to develop a relationship with, to become friends first and after that, am definitely open to marriage. I hadn't planned on having/raising more kids, but if that was the desire of my mate, I really enjoyed raising mine, so I would welcome it.
30, Houston, TXHi, I'm a environmental scientist who stumbled into Texas last year. I'm originally from New York but have lived all over the east coast, so I think I'm officially classified as a nomad. I like to read, go to cultural events, watch British documentaries, play Pokemon Go, draw, and sleep. Not necessarily in that order, though I should probably do more of the last one. I also enjoy analyzing movies, books, and theoretical situations that I will hopefully never have to deal with. If you had to know just one thing about me, it would be that I'm one of those crazy idealistic people that believes people are intrinsically good and that we can change the world. I also think sharks may be conspiring against us, but that's just a hunch. Given a choice between the beach and the mountains, I'm definitely a beach person. Not sure what you can do with that information, but it seems to come up on quizzes a lot. I like 80's music. I don't/can't dance. Some of my favorite saints are St. Jude, St. Francis of Assisi, St. Joan of Arc, St. Therese of Liseux, St. Kateri Tekawitha, and my homedog, St. Anthony of Padua. I think there is a special place in hell for people who talk in libraries, walk slow, smoke in crowded places, litter, and don't put their cart back at the supermarket. I'm not sure if any of this has helped you get to know me, but don't be fooled by the length of this post: I hate talking about myself. Especially in 2500 character boxes where I can't see if you're bored or not. In reality, I'm just looking for a companion for the journey. Except that I find meeting new people incredibly awkward, but if you got this far in my profile you probably guessed that. But, I'm going to give it a try because life is all about starting new adventures!
30, Houston, TXI'm a fun, outgoing 30 year old Colombian. Love to travel and watch movies (a lot of movies). After years of adventure, I've decided to settle down as a 3rd grade English teacher in Houston. Love to meet new people a drink a cold beer. I'm a great listener! I'm understanding and openminded. I've seen enough of the world to know that I don't have all the answers and but my faith has always steered me right. And on a more fun note, I'm awesome at movie trivia!
22, Houston, TXBorn and raised in Texas. I'm a small town girl who enjoys the some of the simpler things in life. I love being outdoors in the sunshine and can usually be found out tending to my cows or working on a project.
37, Houston, TXI live in Houston and I like to try a variety of cuisines, be active from playing soccer during the week, running, hiking, go to the gym, bicycle rides, to relax and go to the beach or fishing to a lake or a picnic at a local park.
45, Houston, TXFaith - Family - Friends - Fun I enjoy going to church with my family. Everything I do most of the time for fun involves my family one way or another. I tend to travel quite a bit with one of my daughters who is in a competitive sport. When I have some time I like going out with friends. We go and a glass of wine, and hear music.
36, Houston, TXI love my job, I would like to start a family. My parents have been the most influential in my life. I love them. I like to stay at home resting or watching movies, traveling to know new places, I like languages, playing video games, reading books, studying to improve the things I do at my job. Hang out with some friends occasionally.
55, Houston, TXI am a down to earth normal lady, no drama. I spend my week working for an oil and gas equipment company managing logistics. It is very busy and hectic and I love my job and thank goodness I still have one. (that is what I keep hearing) I have 4 grown daughters and a grandson that I love spending time with. We do a lot together, but they tell me it is time to get back in the dating world, ha ha. So here I am. I am not a petite lady, but I try to take care of myself, and looking forward to a new healthier year. In my spare time, I bowl, meet friends for dinner, or at the casino for some blackjack. I like to go to the movies to watch action or to be scared and especially for the popcorn! Any suggestions? It so hard to explain yourself when you have to put it into words! I would say it would be wonderful to find a good man that would like to laugh with and create new memories together.
34, Houston, TXHello everyone, I'm just here hoping to meet someone who is open to a serious relationship. I know its cliche, but I really am terrible when writing about myself lol. I'll write more at a later time.
