54, Cypress, TXI am passionate about life and enjoying it to the fullest I just need the right person to join me on this journey. I enjoy sports and out doors and being around people or being alone together watching a movie at home. I belive in faith and family and happiness and would like someone that is happy in their own skin and can learn on me when necessary and me on them. I have spent too much time focusing on work and not finding someone that can make me happy and be happy with me.
39, Cypress, TXI am a independant, hard working person. I enjoy cooking, watching movies, hanging out with friends/family & traveling. I am a trustworthy individual. My faith is very important to me. I am a good listener. The rest you can find out as you get to know me.
56, Cypress, TXOkay, I am intelligent, educated, kind, articulate, engaged (in life, not to be married), intuitive, playful, successful, athletic, passionate, talented, skilled, attractive, clever, learned, witty, experienced, joyful, funny (in case you haven't noticed), devoutly Catholic Christian, and quite humble (no, really!). And although I am a long, long way from perfect, I don't, and I won't "settle," and I would expect that you would feel the same. In this my sixth+ decade of my God-given and graced life, I have come to the firm conclusion that I mostly enjoy the very simple things in life, that is, those things that contribute to uncomplicating our otherwise overly complicated lives---family, oceans, sunsets, friendships, vistas, rivers, the laughter of children, pets, sunrises, cool breezes, great meals, motorcycle rides, being in Hawaii, etc. At my current stage of life, although still a few years away from actual retirement, I am well along the way of retirement planning, with an intention to return to my childhood and previous home state of California as I have come to the firm conclusion that I really need to be close to the beach in order to be most happy and at peace (am wondering just how hard God is laughing at this one). Oh, and I am a very passionate defender and lover of all of our four-legged friends, so if you have "allergies" or specific feline or canine dislikes, there is probably no real need to reply. Okay, yeah, one more thing, I created what I think is a pretty good set of interview questions, so, if you dare, go ahead and answer them without undo trepidation or fear, as it's all in good fun---really.
65, Cypress, TXI am a fun loving person, easy going, with strong family values and am passionate about life and friends. I enjoy going out, cooking and entertaining friends and family, I like going to the movies, theater and concerts, love all type of music.
37, Cypress, TX***My status is officially annulled. Just wanted to put that out there.*** Howdy! I suppose I should start with what I hope and pray this site provides. Deep down I am a romantic, though I do an admirable job of camoflauging my "Disneyesque" romantic sentiment with humor and a country-boy facade. In addition to a good, practicing Catholic lady, I wish to find someone I can love with all my heart... a woman that wants to be loved unconditionally... a girl that will let me be her partner, her other half, her lifelong friend. I don't have a laundry list of things that are my ideal match, but I do believe when you meet someone, you just know if the chemistry is there. I'm hoping for "lightning to strike" to quote one of my favorite movies. For more on that I believe they have an ideal match section. I am currently 35 years old, but according to my students I don't look my age. They think I look like the James Bond guy.. haha... could be worse, I suppose. I have no children, but I do eventually wish to have children in the future. I am from a large family that is very close and..... well, have you seen "My Big Fat Greek Wedding?"... like that but Catholic. Our family has a "the more the merrier" mentality. Some of my passions: -History, Philosophy, Physics, Teaching (my current career), Reading, Astronomy, Star-gazing, Politics/Gov't, Theology, Catholic/Christian philosophy and dogma, I just like to know more today than I did yesterday. -Soccer, English Premiere League, Bundasliga, Aggie football, Houston Texans, Volleyball -Military history, the Army (To whom I gave 10 years), Veterans -Hiking, camping, karaoke, dancing (the two-step kind), trail running, Crossfit, Spartan Races, fishing, reading, cards, board games, movies, music (of all sorts) -Texas, The Constitution, Libertarianism, my land, friends, and Family, Family, Family! Its hard to describe what makes me unique other than everyone says I am unique.. haha. I'm a highly educated country-boy... a nerdy, "redneck". lol I am open and honest... I make my mistakes, but I like to believe I am a good guy who tries to make the world a better place. I believe in God and prayer... and that God puts the right people in our path to help make us better people. And just to be clear. I am seeking an annulement from my previous marriage; however, its taking longer than I envisioned. Should be any day now... fingers crossed and prayers welcome.
51, Cypress, TXA potential match must have a job and a planned retirement. I want to meet someone who is honest and values family and relationships and goes to church. I like to cook, travel, dance and hangout at home.

40, Cypress, TXI am a good looking nice well educated person open and outgoing. Like honest and straight people Now a days it is hard to find people who are honest to marry that is why. The best thing is to have friends And by time if it is a true and good friendship and relation it can end up by marriage
48, Cypress, TXI know a lot of people say this, but I really do love to travel and I have been fortunate that I have been able to do a lot of it; and I don't want that to end. I love exploring new areas and cultures and getting a different perspective on life. I'm into sports, especially college basketball (I'm from Indiana where basketball is practically it's own religion), and I'm going on three years of participating in a fantasy football league. . .just bragging rights. And when I moved to Houston, I felt I needed to give the rodeo a try (watching only!) and I actually enjoy it. I've worked hard in my career to get where I am and I take a great deal of pride in my job. I have a Journalism degree and started my career in marketing and public relations. About 15 years ago I received the opportunity to lead employee communication for a company we were acquiring and I was hooked. I get to be strategic and tactical while helping employees see how their job makes a different to the company. In my spare time, you'll find me with a book (mostly fiction - it's my escape) or floating in my pool. When it's cooler, you'll find me on the hiking trails. I've moved a lot with my career, so while I'm far from my family, we are close and we talk a lot. My parents are great role models for what a strong and faith-filled marriage should be.

63, Cypress, TXI'm newly divorced, new to the Houston area, and rusty when it comes to dating. I'm shy at first but open up when I get to know someone. I'd like to find someone with friends and an open heart. Whoever I meet will need patience as I would want to take it slow. I have two sons, four grandchildren, and two furry companions (dogs).
64, Cypress, TXHello...I am retired and am enjoying the simple things in life. It feels good to smell the roses![?] I have committed myself to making a difference in education for 40+ years and now that I am fully retired, I hope to continue as a volunteer and tutor. I have enjoyed traveling in and out of the United States and look forward to more travel within the United States.
