27, Dallas, TXThe first thing about my personality is that I love giving hugs and keeping people on their toes as much as possible, and love receiving both. The second is that, as a choleric extroverted introvert, often my natural tendency is to cut to the chase. For some reason I find deep/substantive conversation to come easier to me than small talk. Small talk to me is like salt. I tend to be crazy in a calculated way. I also want to execute enough skydives to where they'll let me jump by myself, preferably at 20k feet. I once rode in the shotgun seat of the primary police unit of a high speed motorcycle pursuit. Bucket list item accomplished! I tend to be very interested in a few things as opposed to dabbling in a broad array of interests. That's just how I'm wired, but I am more than willing to branch out if I have a reason to do so. I can be a bit intense about things I really care about, so don't let that scare you; it's just me being me. I believe exceedingly strongly that husband and wife should challenge each other to climb ever higher in holiness and closer to God. I think this starts with each spouse understanding and fully embracing the fact that they are actually a sacrament to each other--a primary channel of God's grace to the other. Each spouse should strive to be worthy of Christ, which should become manifest in striving to be worthy of each other because they see Christ in each other. H&W are really tabernacles of Christ to and for each other. Now, this doesn't mean changing each other. A jeweler doesn't change the essence of the stones which he cuts, but he does remove some the crusty edges and ugly bits, leaving a gleaming, beautiful stone which has been brought to the full potential of its beauty. God is the jeweler, the wife is the instrument, and the husband is the stone. Simultaneously, the husband is also the instrument while the wife is the stone. The stone (spouse) cooperating with the tool (other spouse), which in turn cooperates with the jeweler (God), results in the best outcome. Unlike stones, however, spouses also help each other to grow and add character that wasn't there initially. Isn't that beautiful?! That's a good snapshot of my personality.
28, Dallas, TXI want every day to be a wild adventure. I find that I have a very restless heart, but I think we all do if we get to the root of our desires. "The desire for God is written in the human heart, because man is created by God and for God; and God never ceases to draw man to himself. Only in God will he find the truth and happiness he never stops searching for." (CCC 27). I am passionate about truth and beauty, discovering new cultures, feeding my soul, and being filled with wonder. I am an extroverted introvert, an athlete, a world traveler, book lover, and beer/wine connoisseur. I believe in staying active, eating healthy, and loving passionately. I am both sarcastic and sincere. I deeply cherish my relationships with friends and family and have a great love of music. I play guitar, write both deep and goofy songs, and lead the occasional praise and worship session. I am striving for sainthood each and every day as I fail miserably in emulating the Blessed Mother and I am a champion for bringing back authentic femininity. We all desire to be known and loved, so that is why I am here, just trying to open myself to the will of God and all of the incredible plans He has for me and my life. Maybe you are supposed to be a part of it
33, Carrollton, TXI am what one would consider a strange mix of personalities, a little nerdy, a bit of a geek, jock, outdoorsy, bookish, and business minded. I am fairly shy and slow to warm up, but once i get comfortable my sense of humor starts and laughs begin. For an example of my quirky humour, if you get these references you have a good idea. "tis only a flesh wound"..."....we're men...we're men in tights..." I am a somewhat recent refugee from southern CA and am at a place in my life trying to get a career rolling, meet someone, and begin moving forward with God's plan for me. I am looking to meet people and try to find God's match for me since trolling bars and such is not what I consider enjoyable. As mentioned I have a number of hobbies I enjoy. I hunt and camp, love gaming, sailing, as well as building and painting small collectibles, high school and college football, enjoy art, history, and cooking good food for people who enjoy it as well. Got a favorite book or genre, want to try something new, I love it. I could find fun in going out to a show, movie, or meal with friends or just sit at home under the stars with a good book and soft music or sitting round the table having a deep discussion with friends. I tend to be a bit of a thinker and a major bookworm.
65, Dallas, TXI am passionate about life and the opportunities and blessings it holds. I love my family and my work. I have to say that in addition to my mother, my Catholic grade school teachers- lay teachers and nuns- were the most influential people in my life. I am also currently inspired by several of my friends that truly embody Christian witness in every day life. Msgr. Thomas Weinzapfel, pastor of St. Pius for 40 years, was also a good friend and constant inspiration. For leisure time, I enjoy traveling, visiting new places, reading, music and socializing with friends.
25, Dallas, TXI have a passion for music. I like almost all kinds of genre of music from rock to rap to soul to whatever! I also make music myself. I enjoy a good walk and the outdoors, I also enjoy being at the ranch shooting my gun or doing a cook out. I only party with the family I rarely go out with my friends. I've experienced the hand of God in different ways I have been saved serveral times and I recognized all the times I was saved. I like to make music in my spare time of hip hop or rap instrumentals. I watch movies but only if they are good. I like to cook, but cooking is a hobby im not serious about it, but if you want something cooked I will do a good job at it.. Maybe! I also bake a little from cakes to bread. All from scratch.
25, Dallas, TXHey there, I'm Anna. Here is a little about me: Fall and winter are my favorite seasons; I love being cold! I am up at 3:30 every morning and go all day. Living the life of a pastry chef is tricky, but completely worth it! I am shy at first, but once you get to know me I am completely different. However, I am not shy when it comes to singing at the top of my lungs in the car with the windows down! Also, I'm a big woman - this is who I am and I love myself for it. If you have read this far and want to message me, mention something totally random...I like fun facts!
26, Royse City, TXHi my name is Stanley and I'm 25. First and foremost Our Lord and my Catholic Faith comes first. I grew up in one of the suburbs of Dallas before moving out to the country and am the second oldest of seven children in my family. I am looking for a good Christ centered relationship with a Catholic girl. My desire is to find a Catholic girl who I can encourage and who will encourage me in our walk with the Lord and who will put God first in the relationship. For activities, I enjoy going to Mass, hanging out with friends, and working out at the gym. My family has been most influential to me especially my parents.
30, Allen, TXHello my potential Catholic Matches! I'm Eric. And truth be told, I have never particularly enjoyed talking about myself, although, that might come as a bit of a shock to my friends. I consider myself to be a hard-working, ambitious, and clever guy. For a lot of my life I have been a rather introverted person who doesn't like to go out and try new things. Maybe it was due to my sheltered, home-schooled, upbringing. You know, homeschoolers never get any kind of socialization! ;) However, as of the past few years, I have found that I've really started to branch out and become more outgoing and extroverted. A few years ago I even went skydiving, spelunking, and bungee jumping. So apparently I traded in my introvertedness for some sort of daredevil behavior. I am always willing to try new things. I'm a big fan of camping and hiking, and I love to trail ride on my mountain bike. There are still some of my earlier tendencies still lingering in me, though. For instance, I really don't care for clubs. Really loud bars aren't my favorite either. Given the option to go out on the town or stay in with a movie, I'd most likely pick to stay in. However, everything in moderation! Gotta mix things up sometimes! I find myself to be humorous and have always had the ability to make myself laugh...although not necessarily other people. Regardless, I take solace in the old proverb: "Blessed are they who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused." That definitely applies to me! I can be sarcastic on occasion, almost to a fault, although never mean spirited, only in good fun.
50, Greenville, TXI am an animal lover (cats, dogs, you name it - except snakes!). I enjoy sports - I love college football (especially Texas A&M), tennis, bicycling, and just being outdoors. I like to read mystery novels, history, and biographies. I enjoy all kinds of music - pop, rock, country, classical (don't like rap). I enjoy learning about other cultures, especially through their food! I am always open to trying new cuisines.
21, Alba, TXNot much to tell about me! First, I am Scottish...and of this I am fiercely proud! I wear a kilt with pride, and listen to any Celtic music I can get my hands on. I am also obsessed with horses. Like obsessed. I learned how to ride from a very early age, and have worked on multiple ranches ever since. I love riding, and I love working cows with a passion. I am also very old fashioned. I love anything antique, and my truck (an old '60s ford pickup) shows it! I also love black powder weapons, and spend a lot of my free time practicing trick shots with my old single action revolver.
21, Dallas, TXHello, My name is Hannah. I am Catholic, 5'9, a Zumba/Dance Fitness Instructor, and a Co-Owner at my families Learning Center. I enjoy being adventurous, trying new things, and going to new places.
