45, Irving, TXHello, I now live in Lewisville. I have a few more recent photos, but this site won't take them. They don't have enough pixels. I like to be with my friends. We watch sports, go to Six Flags, party, go to Ranger games, etc. I love sports; especially college football, pro hockey, NFL, etc. I work out a few times a week. I love sand volleyball. I enjoy cooking; especially Louisiana food. I really like to barbeque, and fix drinks. I like all kinds of movies.
45, Irving, TXI am a kind and caring person who thinks of others before myself. I try to be the best person I can but do stray from the path more often than not. I feel that I need someone special and long term in my life. I would like to start family, I want to make my father proud, I want to begin a new with a free heart and solid base. A base built with the teachings of my youth. I like all kinds of music. I like to go out once and awhile. I would like to travel Europe one day. I like all kinds of ethnic foods. I would rather someone know me by meeting me than try and describe myself with type. I guess I am just a nice guy and I am looking for that nice girl.
53, Irving, TXI was born on Long Island, New York and my family moved to McLean, Viginia when I was 8 years old. I went to high school and college in Virginia. My college degree is in Accounting. I moved with a job to Texas when I was 29 years old. I was in a long-term relationship with a women until about two or three years ago. I have not dated anyone seriously since that time.
53, Irving, TXSo... here is where I am supposed to elloquently convince you in a few words that I am 'the one'... or at least one worth getting to know... hmmm... no pressure! Well, I guess it is very simple: I am a laid back yet interesting guy who is entering the dating scene as a consquence of a divorce. I have a good sense of humor, and if you do not appreciate sarcasm then I am definitely not for you. In the long run I would like to find my best friend, that someone special with whom to share the rest of my days; in the meantime I am sure I can get to know interesting people and make meaningful friendships. If you are still reading (and I don't blame you if you are not!) then maybe you are interested in at least getting to know me better. I certainly am :-)
21, Irving, TXI'm from the lovely state of Texas, but currently attending Benedictine College in Kansas studying Evangelization and Catechesis (Youth Ministry). I'm terrible at short answer, love Buzzfeed, and might be addicted to Netflix.
46, Irving, TXI am passionate about my children. I want the best for them and I want to be a great example for them. I love to travel. I like to talk, dine out, watch a movie.
50, Irving, TXI am not so new to dating online anymore, but still do think I can meet some nice Catholic men through this site. As I have gotten older I have realized how important faith is in a relationship and how your religious beliefs can affect the way you lead your life. I have been a flight attendant for 26 years and have seen many parts of the world, which I have enjoyed immensely. Since I travel so much for work and to see family, I spend a lot of time reading, relaxing, exercising, and spending time with friends in my off time. I started flying before I finished college and then went back to finish at The University of Dallas, with the intent of changing fields and going to medical school. It was an experience I will never regret. I met some of the most wonderful, intelligent, dedicated, and well rounded people there who have made a significant impact on my life. I am truly thankful for the wonderful experience I had during those years and of course, the education and information that have helped me to be who I am. Of course, my mother and father and siblings have also had an extremely important impact and have strengthened my belief in the importance of strong families, education, hard work, and helping and thinking of others.
52, Irving, TXHello and thanks for reading my profile. Im attempting to use the guidelines provided. There is a lot. I tried to summarize and that is not one of my gifts. Please forgive run on sentences or imperfect grammar/punctuation. Passions: Honesty, Loving and being loved, Faith, Hope, hard work, good health, rest, TRAVEL, OTHERS, Family, friends, technology, GOOD IDEAS, a pretty garden, history, being part of a team, or the many teams I'm on, freedom of choice, Grace for previous poor choices. What I look forward to: See above...I would love to be in a healthy marriage. Seeking someone very special and worthy with whom to share passions and a common purpose. BUT meeting friends first, and along the way is ok too. Ya have to play the game if you want to win and I very much enjoy meeting new people. Experiences and people most influential in my life: family, parents, siblings, in-laws, nieces/nephews, so many educators, priests and professors throughout 12 years of Catholic education as well as college professors, mentors and managers, colleagues, co-workers current parish priests, my patients and their families. I read a lot. I appreciate simplicity. I love the richness of our faith and am constantly learning, seeking better understanding( but obeying when I don't get it). Experiences: I have had a personal epiphany of travel since 9/11. Airfare became affordable and my eyes were really opened. I VERY much enjoy learning and speaking other languages, learning about and getting to know people from other cultures. The latin based languages are my favorite because they seem the easiest to pick up for me. I've learned some Irish and German, though it's probably forgotten through non-use. My Spanish is somewhere between conversational and fluent and I'm working hard to become fluent. Unfortunately, each time I start learning a new language and think I'm able to speak phrases/converse it mysteriously reverts to Spanish. Leisure time: I enjoy all the things I've been blithering about above, and spending time with family and friends. I grew up w/ a very horticultural mother and have been labelled a 'plant person' by many friends. Texas poses some real challenges in this regard. I love antique roses, herb gardening, perennials and strive to always have something blooming indoors and out.
26, Irving, TXI love daily mass, working hard, having fun, helping out, socializing, playing music and being outdoors, and striving to be a saint. I value my friends and community and try to use the saints as examples
29, Irving, TXThe podcasts I like- Rich Risen, Catholic Answers, TWiT, and Dan Carlin. I could small talk on those podcasts for days. Really, you only need 2 pictures of yourself, one when you graduate high school and then the distinguished portrait, grey hair. The kind that would end up on money one day. I like Netflix. For small talk, bring up Edward Sri, Dave Ramsey, and if you dare, C.S. Lewis.
