I am a 56 year old, never married, Catholic. I enjoy the "Tridentine" Mass. I work in an active retirement community as a registered nurse. I am in a pious association associated with the Missionaries of Charity and take St. Teresa of Calcutta as my role model in life. I love to have discussions about Catholic Apologetics. I live in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas. My friends say I have a quirky sense of humour and that I'm a bit of a hippie, hmmm, wonder if the VW has anything to do with that, or maybe it's the beads...I love to read, especially books on Catholicism, Mother Teresa and nature/travel books. I also love music, both playing it and listening to my favourites. I love photography, in fact I've been published a few times in the past 2 years. I sponsor 2 foster children from India and would love to visit them someday. I love that country! I like to laugh and have a good time with friends, but I can also be serious...sometimes too much so!! I am a 'big kid' some of the time, so children are fun for me. I love to read to them and help with homework and art projects...or simply just to watch a movie. I take some time to "warm up" to new situations, though I am a faithful friend. My friends say I can also be a bit of a hermit at times, but I am learning again how to get out more and I'm enjoying that a lot! I take being a Catholic seriously and try to treat everyone accordingly. I'm always up for an adventure and I love to go "exploring" (antiquing, junking, camping, tubing, photo expeditions)...Thanks for looking at my profile.

I am a happy woman who loves our Lord. I teach at a Catholic elementary school. I enjoy art/oil painting, learning something new; gardening, hiking senic trails; visiting historical sites; exploring new places; exploring local vineyards and trying new wines; dining at out of the way cafes, fishing and much more. Family life is very important to me. I am from a large extended the second oldest...have four sisters and three brothers....born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley! I had the blessing of seven children (three boys and four girls) and now have seven grandchildren (four boys and three girls). Open to meeting for coffee/tea ....looking my best friend..... a relationship deeply based in faith and love for our Lord.

Hi I am Chris. I am looking to make new friends and possibly find someone that I would want to spend the rest of my life with. By nature I tend to be a bit shy when I am around new people but once I get to know you I become very talkative and friendly. I enjoy a laid back lifestyle around my family and friends. I grew up in a small hill country town and raised strongly in the faith. I attended Catholic school K-8 and then moved on to public high school. This was a huge adjustment for me. I attended teen formation on Sunday evenings and Confirmation. I am looking for a solid relationship, one that is build upon my beliefs and values. I have a BBA in Information Systems. I enjoy living out in the county, don't care for the big city traffic. My best days are spent out on the ranch helping my grandfather with day to day chores. Running tractors, varmint hunting or riding and checking the fence line it never seems to get old.

Hello! Thanks for viewing my profile. I would describe myself as a caring and loving person who finds great satisfaction in helping others. I come from a close knit family and have a great circle of friends. I enjoy doing many things from quiet evenings at home to watching movies, dancing and cheering on my favorite sports teams. I'm an easygoing person and enjoy the simple things in life. My faith has always been an important part of my life and hope to meet someone who shares the same interests as I do.

Want to start my life with somebody that means the world to me. That's what I'm looking forward to the most My junior high coach has been the most influential person in my life. I go to church with her and her husband weekly she is basically like my mentor . I like to play softball, fish, hunt. I love using the chainsaw. Have a cold beer on Friday nights, and listen to some music. I'm a very easy going guy. I've dated people that were Catholic before and I think that is a problem.

My personal philosophy includes looking forward to each new day as an opportunity to share my life with those God places in my earthly space in a positive way. I enjoy living each day to it's fullest...that means sometimes a day is packed full of interesting things to accomplish & other times it is just kicking back and allowing God to refresh my physical & spiritual self. I have been blessed with good genes and an inquiring mind, so a rocking chair is not in my DNA. My late husband (20 yr/USAF/Lt. Col) allowed travel to all of the states, with the exception of Alaska...he was overseas frequently, but I remained state side with our three children, as they were usually in school. My professional life included: Medical Social Work, Counseling, Hospice, & Adjunct Professor...all in Indiana. Have lived in Kerrville since 2005, having moved here for my spouse's health. We both have been active in our church and try to give back to whatever community we have lived in according to our Christian faith. Our 3 children (twins: son & daughter and younger son) have been a blessing, along with 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, all of whom live in other parts of this beautiful country, except our youngest son, who lives within 20 miles. To keep physically and mentally fit as we age, it is important to have a healthy diet, plenty of exercise (my favorite is walking), attend to ones spiritual growth & mental acuity & keep active socially. Life is a precious gift and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of the Trinity's Kingdom!
