30, Grand Prairie, TXI am heading into my 8th year of teaching and I still love my job. For me, it is what God has called me to do right now for my work vocation. I own my house (or, paying a mortgage), which still sometimes feels very surreal. I'm incredibly blessed in so many things, from my family and friends, to owning a house, to loving what I do every day. I also now have two dogs, whom I love very much, named Gandalf and Pippin. I went to the University of Dallas and have my BA in History, a minor in Medieval and Renaissance studies and my teaching certification. Teaching is my work vocation at the moment (it could change!) and God shows Himself to me in the students every day - and in challenging them to think - they challenge me right back. I also lead a young adult group at my church - we meet for a potluck dinner and book discussion once a week. I love to read and learn. I like to daydream and to take photos, both mental and real. I'd rather have more time than money. I love to cook and bake, and have an odd enjoyment of cleaning/organizing other peoples stuff. I lector, sing in the St. Cecilia Choir at my church, and volunteer when I can. I enjoy watching sports and love to watch movies, playing board games and card games, and I love a good discussion. I love being with my friends and with my family- my family is pretty up there! I also have a list of 5 important things: 1) God - I believe fully in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Three in One, and I wouldn't be who I am today without Him. 2) Love (platonic or otherwise) - Love is God, God is love, and from Him all forms of love, from love of a family to love of a friend. 3) Family - My family is one of the most important parts of my life. My mother and father, my grandparents, my aunts and uncles and cousins, my brother have always been there for me. They are incredibly important to me and shaped who I am. I try to talk to my parents once every week. 4) Friends - My friends (both current and past, because things do change) have helped form who I am. I value my close friendships highly. 5) Books - I love to read. I have also realized that I love reading old National Geographics. Plus, I love to keep learning!
33, Pearland, TXWell, hello there! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. So, where to begin? I'm a man who loves the Lord, serving others, good food, great company, and good tunes. I love to make others laugh and have a good sense of humor but I can also be serious when I need to. My faith is very important to me and I'd like to find a woman who is strong in her's.
45, Austin, TXI'm definitely passionate about my family and my faith, they are both a constant in my life and provide balance. I also enjoy trying out new recipes and restaurants, hitting the trail for a long walk and cruising through the farmers market on a Saturday morning with a good cup of coffee.
30, Dallas, TXI am a born and raised Catholic. I come from a large traditional Catholic family. It is one of the most important aspects of my life, I am ambitious and strong. I am hoping to match with a woman that can hold her own in conversation and isn't afraid to speak her mind. I look forward to meeting her and starting to building a strong relationship.
33, San Antonio, TXI love our Lord so much for Who He is and all the good things he has given me. I have been studying for a Master of Business Administration degree in finance as well as working at a Catholic store. I am going to finish my degree by the end of 2016. I like to read a lot about the Catholic faith, theology, philosophy, and especially its history as well. To pass on the faith is something that I love doing, and I like explaining to people the mysteries and beauty of the Catholic faith, the One True Religion. As for what I am like, I can be very intellectual, inquisitive, and analytical, but I can still be down to earth and friendly at the same time with patience. I enjoy talking to new and different people and getting to know them.
30, Fort Worth, TXHello! I am a French teacher and I love to travel. I speak Spanish as well , and I enjoy meeting different people and exploring. Hiking, fishing, camping, and sun bathing are my favorite!!!!!!!! Boxing, Qigong, and Yoga are part of my routine when I can squeeze in a couple of work outs. I love to laugh, dance, and eat all types of food. I have a Blue Heeler and a poodle/terrier mix. Teaching is a humble career, and I come from humble backgrounds which influence me to appreciate everything.
34, El Paso, TXMe encanta disfrutar de la familia especialmente de mis hijos. Me apasiona mi trabajo y me encanta vivir cada minuto de mi vida con personas positivas que me llenan de cosas buenas.
39, Houston, TXI am quietly passionate about everything that I do, primarily early childhood education, my Catholic faith and making happy memories for my son. I get to combine all of my loves because I teach kindergarten at a Catholic school and my son comes to work with me. I think I have the best job in the whole world, especially since I get to spend all summer in the pool with my boy and still get paid! But that's not why I'm a teacher! I have to confess that my favorite thing to do is daydreaming but that's not very companionable so I also like staying up into all hours discussing all things Catholic. I'm very relaxed and non-opinionated about everything else but... We are all entitled to be anal about one thing, right?!Might as well be the one thing that can make one a saint. I attend the Tridentine Mass; it is my spiritual meat and potatoes (Solemn High Mass at St Francis de Sales Oratory in St Louis, Mo is my five-course meal:). It's hard for me to imagine spending my life with someone who doesn't have a love for it like I do and have the traditional Catholic worldview.
28, Keller, TXI love life! I always have fun everyday. I'm in the Navy, so I've gotten to know some amazing people and see some amazing things. First love will always be photography. I started in the Navy as a photographer and told stories about all the awesome people who leave home to serve. But now, I'm waiting to start flight training as a Naval Aviator. I started at the bottom (enlisted) and worked my way up as an officer. I've found that making myself better and fulfilling ambition is a passion that I never realized I had, so I just ran with it.
25, Ennis, TX25 years old. I work for Anheuser Busch as a Marketing Manager. Love being around my family and friends. I enjoy working out, playing soccer and volleyball, going out with my friends, and watching sports.
24, Houston, TXI am a traveler who loves new experiences and adventures! One of my greatest passions is working with kids, which means I love my job as a teacher. My dream is to work with developing countries to ensure girls' rights to education. One of the things I love most about traveling is seeing the beautiful world God has made and meeting as many of its people as I can! My experiences abroad have really shaped who I am, what I love, and the things I love to do! When I can't travel (because traveling as much as I want would be a ridiculous amount of money), I enjoy reading, watching great movies, and going new places around town. I also love painting, doing casual research about essentially any topic, and cake decorating! Right now I'm a preschool teacher and am enrolled in grad school at Saint Thomas, and I like to keep busy!
66, Argyle, TXWidowed 4 years ago and after retiring from NASA over a year ago and relocating from the Houston-Clear Lake Area to be closer to family I am now looking to make my life more fulfilling having all my friends behind. I enjoy going to movies and out to dinner, spending time with family, casino trips, cruising, and discovering new and interesting things. I am not really looking for a husband; rather, I am looking for a companion who enjoys doing similar things in life.
