  • Colin, 30 from Colchester, VT
    30, Colchester, VT
I'm relatively new to Vermont, moving to the Burlington area at the end of 2014 for a job. I hail from southeast Michigan originally, and after a brief stint in Oregon, lived in Maine for several years prior to coming to Vermont. I'm definitely more of an introvert and can come across as overly polite at first, although I open up more once I know someone. I have a dry, somewhat sarcastic sense of humor, and love terrible puns. For fun, I tend to split my time between two rather different hobbies: gaming and outdoorsy stuff.

I'm passionate about social justice. I love the church and all of her teachings. Even those I don't understand entirely I trust Mother church to guide our reasoning and values. I like to chill and read, play soccer, learn new languages and eat lots of innovative foods like raw/vegetarian recipes. I'm in law school so leisure time is a luxury.

My faith and my family are two of the most important things in my life. Both have guided and helped to shape who I am today. Ever since I converted two years ago, my life has deepened in ways I never dreamed possible. I want to find a long term relationship with someone who is devoted to God and his family. I have learned that when God is put in the center of a relationship, then it will grow and become stronger daily. I am passionate about finding the right man for me and settling down and having a family together. I am a loyal, trustworthy, caring, energetic, open minded person who seeks to share her love with another. In my spare time I like to read, attend bible study, ride my bike, walk on trails and plant flowers in my garden. I have two cats that keep me company as well.

Hey, I'm Eric and I'm originally from Massachusetts. I attended Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont where I graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice. After a few short years, I decided that I did not want to leave the beautiful state of Vermont. I enjoyed the scenery and easy access to many mountains the most, but as well as all the personal and professional connections that I had made while in school. My faith life has played a huge role in my life, even more so while in school. I have met many of my friends through the local Newman center and they have helped me grow in my faith. I admit that without this connection, I probably would have fallen away from my faith in college.
  • Andrea, 27 from Burlington, VT
    27, Burlington, VT
I'm a girl who likes to laugh and enjoy all of life's adventures both big and small. You're likely to find me at a coffee shop with a chai latte, Or at a concert rocking out to something with a good beat or maybe I'm in the woods or a mountain on a hike. I love sunny days, longs walks or hikes. Anyplace that's green and quiet makes me a happy girl. I am passionate about growing, learning, and doing- I always set new goals. Ask me what my most recent passion is! Being Catholic is very important to me. I take my faith very seriously and it is apart of my everyday life. I'm also a family girl; I stay very tight with my parents and siblings though I live far from them now. I love traveling, roadtripping, and exploring. Let me know if you want to join me on an adventure!

I look forward to everyday and all it will contain. I look forward to work, rest, family, friends. I try to always be mindful and in the present. When I'm not doing what I need to I'm reading, playing with my pups, watching something on Netflix, listening to music, cleaning, looking up random things on the internet, etc. I am slowly working on my profile. I'm looking...trusting Our Lord to do with me what He wills. I would like to meet someone who cherishes his faith.
  • Jonathan, 33 from Rutland, VT
    33, Rutland, VT
Passionate and caring are words that would best describe me. As an educator, I strive to support the kiddos I work with with tools for their success. I work hard to learn about students, and care for their needs. I also serve an active role in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Helping the public to join the fight against cancer is an important part of my life. In my leisure time, I enjoy outdoor activities, including running, biking, hiking, and skiing. I often enjoy spending time outdoors whenever possible. Some of the most influential people in my life have been my family and close friends. Their guidance, support, and influence have encouraged me to work toward my goals. Presently, I will be Event Chair for the Relay for Life, and will be starting my second master's in education administration in the spring.
  • Brad, 29 from Burlington, VT

I'm afraid I haven't got as much to tell as some people on here. I've been Catholic most of my life, and come from the city of Burlington here in Vermont. I didn't have many friends in school, so I'm rather shy. But I do like meeting new people, and I love being able to share my interests and hobbies. I'm also not very good at writing introductions for myself, as you can see here! I'm a passionate reader! My favorite authors include Stephen King, Tolkien, George R.R. Martin, G.K. Chesterton, Neil Gaiman, and many others. When I've got some free time I'm usually reading or practicing my writing, hoping to be an author some day. I'm also a big music fan. My favorite band is Rush, but I'm also a fan of the classics like Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra. Honestly, most Prog Rock/Prog Metal appeals to me. The more meaningful the lyrics and talented the musicianship, the better. I'm also a huge movie fan! From Arsenic and Old Lace, to Star Wars, to the Marvel Movies (I'm a big comic book reader too!) to High Society, my taste in movies and tv is eclectic to say the least!

Hi Everyone, It's a little hard for me to meet single women in my age range who are practicing Catholics. I thought I'd give this site a try. I'm willing to meet if we hit it off.
  • Benjamin, 18 from Richmond, VT
    18, Richmond, VT
My name is Benjamin but everyone calls me Ben. I am not very good at talking about myself but I'll do my best. I am most passionate about composing music, programming games, drawing and painting, doing math, writing, and watching anime. I always put my friends and family first because I love being kind. I also love sarcasm and puns. I love kids and I spent much of my childhood with kids younger than me (cousins, neighbors, etc) in addition to my friends. I want to have at least 3 kids. I live for God but the one thing I want in my life for my own sake is to be married. I've wanted to be married ever since I was 2 years old and I saw how happy my parents were together. Everything else in my life I do to try to use the gifts God gave me to make the world better. (I will update my profile picture as soon as I take my senior picture in October)

I am moderately messy in my private life. (But I hear that's what intelligent people do) I'm inveterate with my hobbies and stubborn sometimes. I can't remember peoples names, like ever. And my biggest vice is I'm a House of Cards fan. I don't do the whole "romantic" fancy dinners on first dates, I expect some action, big time action-- like praying the rosary and hitting up the Latin Mass (What did you think I was talking about?) :P I work full-time, but I carve out all the time I need to enjoy the things that bring me happiness like travel, shopping, reading, praying, skiing, eating at restaurants, staying at nice hotels, visiting different Churches. (you know what to do)
