I am a very positive caring lady. I have lived in Virginia for over 20 years and I think about relocating especially when it is cold here. I think appreciation, communication, faith, and respect are the key factors in a relationship from beginning to end. I like to travel and I have gone on 8 cruises to include 20+ days in Europe. I especially like waterfront restaurants and places to dance. My home here is on a lake and I enjoy living on the water. I have one daughter and two grand children who live in Ohio. I deserve a man who calls me baby, kisses me like he means it, holds me tight like he never wants to let go, doesn't cheat, wipes my tears when I cry, doesn't make me jealous of other women and instead makes other women jealous of me, is not scared to let your friends know how you really feel about me, and will let me know how much you really care and mean it. I am a extrovert and try to find positive things in people I meet. It would be nice to meet the person I deserve and the one deserving of me. I know it is possible but not always an easy adventure. I am flexible and can be ready to go anywhere in a short period of time. Do not like the fact of taking hours to get ready to go. Like a neat environment things in some kind of order. I have taken golf lessons in the past and I love the beauty/peacefulness of golf courses. I would like to get more involved in golf and do more golfing (a nice caring instructor would be nice or someone to advise). I deserve a man that can make my heart forget it was ever broken. Anyone can come into your life and say how much they love you but it takes someone really special to stay in your life and show how much they love you.

I love the outdoors fishing, golf, are 2 of my favorite things to do when the weather permits.I want to meet a lady that enjoys the outdoors also. I am a good cook and enjoy entertaining my friends . I have a good sense of humor and can laugh at myself (comes in handy on the golf course )and enjoy most things in life. I really do not like talking about myself or how to describe my self on paper it seems like bragging so I will leave it at that. Thanks for taking the time to read this and hope to meet you soon

I am retired after 35 years in law enforcement. I try my best to keep as active and positive as possible, while living my life in step with my religious beliefs. It is important to me to attend Mass on a regular basis and I find myself going to Mass frequently on weekdays. One of my favorite phrases is, "Live each and every day as if it were your last and someday you'll be right." I devote much of my spare time to volunteering and training for the Alzheimer's Association to include facilitating support groups, traininging first responders in the area of Alzheimer's/dementia, teaching stress management, etc. I enjoy spending time with my four grown children and eleven grandchildren. I try to attend sports activities (softball, baseball, soccer, field hockey for my grand children as often as is possible. I love boating, lighthouses, photography, trips to the Florida beaches to search for the unknown with a metal detector. I enjoy taking care of my house and tend to be a fanatic about keeping my car clean.

I try to live life to the fullest and in the positive. I'm educated, honest and upbeat. I think globally and vacation here and abroad; have lived across the U.S. and in Latin America. I'm crazy about my family and fiercely loyal to my daughters and grands. A life-long learner, you will find me in an evening class most semesters. Attend college basketball games, the Richmond Forum, concerts, and the occasional museum. Sailing and fishing was once a hobby; it would be fun getting back to that again.

I am passionate about doing, being, and becoming that destiny God chose for me. This passion came into focus over 25 years ago when I left what I call the "rat race" of greed and materialism and devoted my life to discovering what my role would be: "To do what I could do to help the most people." At that point and as a man of science, my gut was telling me that my role would have to go much deeper than just science. I would have to enter the depths of my soul, searching to find these answers. I knew I could find some good answers. I could feel it coming from depths of my body, my soul and my spirit. And they came, answers to questions I perceived God was asking me to consider namely: 1. Who are we? 2. Where are we now? 3. Where have we been? 4. Where are we going? By searching and researching with meditation and prayer answers began to emerge and converge. This revelation unfolded as an integration. The integration of science and soul evolving as a unity of the two and becoming a non-dual spiritual union focused on working together with God. It became clear to me that we needed to become more involved in seeking wholeness and healing not only personally but together with others. My personal transformation began in my mid thirties as I began reading scripture as a lector and then in depth using the Jerusalem Bible as my guide. As a scientist my hero was Albert Einstein. But the real fire in my belly was ignited as I began to read the works of the Jesuit Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. In concert with this effort the work of Carl Jung the noted depth psychologist played an important role. But the major influence in my work was a deep desire to more fully understand the mission and role of Christ Jesus. The seeds having been planted, by my late forties, growth and fruitful ideas began to emerge . I began to travel, interact and share the results with those who might listen or resonate with them. Writings in journals, stories, prose, poetry, and a multitude of research reports began to find their way on the internet. The essential message of my work is unity a unity based on a deeper understanding of the Archetypal Christ. Today, I am moved everytime I hear Pope Francis speak because the base of his message in my opinion is unity. Yes, I am a serious person with a serious mission. But I deeply love people and enjoy their company as well. I celebrate the reality of Christmas everyday. Looking for that special someone to share my joy!
