58, Luray, VAI fell in love with Jesus in my 30s and my life has never been the same. I am a simple women, i consider myself a honest and loyal women, who enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling, cooking, working out, all types of music, shopping, reading, praying the rosary every early morning and helping others. I care about what others think of me, I am very passionate about my faith, and God has a special place in my life.
31, Hanover, VAI am a down to earth, easy going person who loves hanging out with friends in my free time or just relaxing at home. I bought my first house a couple years ago and spend a lot of my down time doing projects and fixing it up. I also enjoy travelling and have a list of places that I want to go. I was lucky enough to get to spend a month in Australia doing volunteer work in college. It was a great experience and hope to go back someday. I have been to Europe quite a few times but have never had the chance to make it to Ireland, so that is probably next on my list. When first getting to know people I can be a little reserved but it does not take long for me to open up. I can be pretty sarcastic at times and enjoy making my friends laugh, sometimes with me and at me. I am looking for someone who is laid back, honest, has a sense of humor and enjoys to have fun. I am looking for my better half, someone to share adventures with. Growing up I was very active with my church youth group and inside the church. I assisted with retreats for other youth members and led them my senior year. When I left for college I still attended mass with my family when home but did not find a church to join on my own until recently.
34, Arlington, VAI find it hard to describe myself because it feels like tooting my own horn. But I will try to do it as simply as possible. Here are a few words that describe me: fun, passionate about life, feminine, attentive to what happens around me, ALWAYS willing to help, hardworking, active, curious. Here are a few more: sometimes hyperactive (until the goal is reached), honest, both introvert and extrovert depending on the context and who is around me. I have been a Catholic for as long as I can remember, but my faith has grown with time and thanks to teachings and Bible study, but also thanks to real life experience. All of this led me to recommit my life to Christ a few years ago. I rely on His help to meet someone who also wants to follow His will, so we can grow together. My hobbies include movies, dancing, adventure, being active and trying new recipes. One of my passions is learning/studying. This is partly why I like what I do for a living. I am a conference interpreter for French, English and Spanish. I also speak an African Language and have been learning Portuguese for over a year.
28, Newport News, VAHi, my name is Nathaniel. The section about carriers on these sites is always hard to fill in. I am a Metrology Technician. That's why it says, "Other." I am the oldest of six. I grew up in Gloucester. I am a closet nerd. I like movies, most of the music that exists, and I love food. I mean I can cook pretty awesomely.
44, Centreville, VAHi :) I am from a large and close extended Catholic family. My family is what I am most passionate about, including my children. They are mostly grown and out of the house, I am just starting to be able to enjoy the free time that having young adults provides. I prefer being more rural over the city and hope to end up in a mountains/country region eventually.
26, Mt Vernon, VAI'm a full time graduate student, pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology, with a special focus on cognitive assessment. When I'm not plugging away at my dissertation or working at a psychiatric hospital, I enjoy spending time with my friends, playing guitar, and reading. I'm an introvert, in the sense that I find parties and group activities tiring; but, I've recently determined to develope my sociability. So far so good ;) .
20, McLean, VAHi, I'm Ian. I'm 20 and have one younger brother. After taking a post-high school gap year to earn some money and show I can hold a job (check!), I'm currently in full time college planning to major in government. I'm doing this because I want to find a way to serve my country and community after I graduate. So who am I? I am someone who thinks that the most important things in life are my faith, my family (the one I was born into and the one I hope to have someday), and love for others. I try to keep things in that order, but nobody's perfect, right? I'm a lifelong New Englander, but I was born in the Bavarian Alps when my parents were stationed there, and I love that part of the world. I'm a proud Eagle Scout and love doing things in the outdoors in any season. I also love movies and live performances, especially musicals and operas. My favorite restaurants are Asian. I love sushi and the hibachi show never gets old. Perhaps my favorite thing to do is to share my interests, and explore new ones, with people I care about. I enjoy talking about current events, history, and books, and I also like to learn about what other people care about. I also savor a good joke or riddle. The cornier the better! Oh yeah, I also love to dance, so it would be great if you want to close down the dance floor with me.

I also like all kinds of animals, like dogs, cat, horses, etc. I'm a very good cook. I used to work in a restaurant and my dream is that one day I'll open my own restaurant.
59, Midlothian, VAI've recently relocated "back" to the Richmond area, after a brief stint away I decided to return and finally put down some roots. I love traveling and exploring new things, but after spending most of my adult life moving from place to place, I'm ready to look at the wonders here close to home. I enjoy music, theater, and anything outdoors. My favorite time of the year is fall and spring. There is nothing more satisfying to me than being able to prepare and host friends and family for a big home cooked Thanksgiving feast, followed by preparation for and celebration of Christmas. I get excited just thinking about it!!
39, Ják, HUI am an ordinary girl.Mostly in my day off i will do my hobby or just visit my nephew and niece. So they still remember that they stiill have youngest unty..Growing with traditional view that my parents alwys put in my mind make me admire my parents and wish to be like them in my future.I believe the good man that bring you closer to God is the right man to spend life.
76, Portsmouth, VAI am passionate about doing, being, and becoming that destiny God chose for me. This passion came into focus over 25 years ago when I left what I call the "rat race" of greed and materialism and devoted my life to discovering what my role would be: "To do what I could do to help the most people." At that point and as a man of science, my gut was telling me that my role would have to go much deeper than just science. I would have to enter the depths of my soul, searching to find these answers. I knew I could find some good answers. I could feel it coming from depths of my body, my soul and my spirit. And they came, answers to questions I perceived God was asking me to consider namely: 1. Who are we? 2. Where are we now? 3. Where have we been? 4. Where are we going? By searching and researching with meditation and prayer answers began to emerge and converge. This revelation unfolded as an integration. The integration of science and soul evolving as a unity of the two and becoming a non-dual spiritual union focused on working together with God. It became clear to me that we needed to become more involved in seeking wholeness and healing not only personally but together with others. My personal transformation began in my mid thirties as I began reading scripture as a lector and then in depth using the Jerusalem Bible as my guide. As a scientist my hero was Albert Einstein. But the real fire in my belly was ignited as I began to read the works of the Jesuit Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. In concert with this effort the work of Carl Jung the noted depth psychologist played an important role. But the major influence in my work was a deep desire to more fully understand the mission and role of Christ Jesus. The seeds having been planted, by my late forties, growth and fruitful ideas began to emerge . I began to travel, interact and share the results with those who might listen or resonate with them. Writings in journals, stories, prose, poetry, and a multitude of research reports began to find their way on the internet. The essential message of my work is unity a unity based on a deeper understanding of the Archetypal Christ. Today, I am moved everytime I hear Pope Francis speak because the base of his message in my opinion is unity. Yes, I am a serious person with a serious mission. But I deeply love people and enjoy their company as well. I celebrate the reality of Christmas everyday. Looking for that special someone to share my joy!
