65, Yakima, WAHi!. I am a traditional Irish Catholic who grew up in a happy, loving home, the youngest of three daughters. I care deeply about my faith, my family and dear friends. I am loyal and thoughtful to others. I am passionate about the cause of pro-life and other issues in which I believe. I am a hopeless romantic and tend to be conservative in politics. I enjoy reading, going out for dinner, day trips and travel. I love walking along the beach, kicking through fall leaves or exploring new cities. I have a sense of humor. I am a former newspaper reporter who now does freelance writing. I believe that, even when times are tough, it's important to try to remain upbeat, to believe. I am slender, because I watch what I eat and walk for exercise almost every day. People have thought I'm younger than my actual age. And, oh yes, my chocolate chip cookie bars are a legend in their own time!
49, Cashmere, WAI am a fisheries biologist in Central Washington State. I have lived in Washington all of my life. I was raised in a traditional Catholic family and go to mass at churches owned and run by the Society of Saint Pius X. I mostly attend mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Post Falls, Idaho. I own a house in the country and take care of it with my canine companion, Spartacus. One of my aunts was a Mother Superior in the Sisters of St. Mary's order in Oregon. One of my uncles was a priest in Portland, Oregon. Both were tremendous, holy people. God rest them. My parents gave me the precious gift of faith, and I dearly love my faith. I deeply want to meet that special someone who shares the love of their Catholic faith. I have wandered this world alone for many years, hoping and praying to find that one special girl; looking for my "Red River Rose" (a song made famous by Red Steagall). It would mean everything to me to meet her, to win her heart, and to know true love.
29, Quincy, WAIm a nice guy. I am a gentleman looking for a lady. I am old fashioned and very traditional. I open the door for women, walk on the outside of the sidewalk, offer my coat to them when its cold. I take their hand and lead them on/off the dancefloor. (I love to swing Dance). I am very into my family history, and would like to teach my children our native languages (German/Irish). I work hard when work has a reward, but do not work just to work. I have to have a goal or a purpose. I am very goal oriented, and usually get what i want because i refuse to settle for less in most cases. I Graduated College in December, and have a degree in Agricultural Science and Technology with minors in Agribusiness and Crop Science and am going back for Foreign Languages this fall. I like Hunting, Camping, Horseback riding (Although i no longer have my horses) Boating, many outdoor things. I like Fishing, but do not find it as fun as other activites such as Hiking and going for Walks. I like 4x4ing, 4 wheelers, etc. I also like reading the bible, saying the rosary, and being in prayer. I am fairly strict regarding the sabbath. I own my own business, and WILL NOT even make a business related phone call on Sunday, it will still be there tomorrow. To me, that is a friends and family day. I believe in following the Catholic Bible and the teachings of the Catholic Church in that particular order. I am very theoretical. I look at things in Theory most of the time, The reason being is that I want to live in a world that is "Right" as opposed to "Fair". I view the world not as it is, but as it SHOULD BE and do my very best to try to make it that way. I'm not sure what else to say. I guess if you have any other questions, you're just going to have to ask. Well, talk to you soon.
