Hi, I am a Roman Catholic who is absolutely on fire about my Catholic faith. I love the Blessed Virgin Mary and have a special devotion to her. I read her messages to Fr. Gobbi every day. I read the New Testament from the Jerusalem bible. Currently I am reading the Acts of the Apostles. I have been to Medjugorje, Croatia twice which brought me to my love and devotion to Our Lady. I enjoy music (I play guitar), hiking, tennis, gardening, and discussions on current events and the breakdown of morality in our American/European culture.

Hi there, I am passionate about my Catholic faith and helping a team of volunteers provide winter overnight shelter for people without homes during the coldest winter months. I love to dance and go to movies and other venues. I am a retiree from a Fortune 500 company where I worked for 35 years. My husband of 30 years passed about three years ago. I'm not real comfortable exploring this process but I thought I would "put my toe in the water" so to speak. I do value my faith so sharing time with someone else who values their Catholic faith seems like a "win-win". I stay pretty busy helping to run the homeless shelter program but I do miss having someone to go to movies with, dance with, etc.

I am most passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle. This includes triathlons, mountain biking, running, and swimming. I am passionate about eating healthy and being well informed. I believe that it is very important to give back to the community in which we live. Lastlly, I enjoy woodworking. This allows me the satisfaction that I have learned to create a unique piece of furniture that will stand the test of time.

Once you get to know me, you will realize I am the person you first met. I truly have a love for life. I like the outdoors, sunshine, watching people and just wondering about the world around me. My passion is music. I love the masters but I also love rock. Music is seated deep in my heart and soul. My favorite sport is auto racing in pretty much any form. I really want to find a woman that will help me reconnect with my faith and the church. I was raised in the church and attended Catholic school thru high school. Please ask any questions. My answers will be honest, that I promise. Thank you for reading my profile. Contact me if you feel any connection.

Most importantly meeting that special woman who I can be at ease with and can challenge me and who loves and trusts in our Lord and will take the journey with me being my helper knowing that he loves us and will give us whatever we ask his name this I truly believe .

I am a person whose Catholic faith is the foundation of who I am, how I live my life and make choices. I practice my faith daily by starting my day with prayer, including saying the Rosary, reading scripture, daily reflections, attending mass via EWTN, or when possible, my church. Some other things about me: I value relationships - I enjoy spending time with my sons, grandson, extended family and friends; I am kind, caring, dependable, honest, trustworthy and follow through when I make a commitment; I enjoy interior design and working with color, walking, even in the rain, road trips to explore new places, laugh-out-loud comedies, and seeing a project through from beginning to end. I look forward to meeting someone who shares the same values and commitment.

I moved to the Seattle area for work about a year and a half ago from the East Coast and am still enjoying exploring the PNW. As hobbies I enjoy kayaking, travelling, listening to or playing music, building/constructing things, visiting wineries/breweries, skiing, watching TV/movies, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and reading.
  • Geraldine, 61 from Renton, WA

I am very passionate about literature, music, and ideas. I love the outdoors and hiking in the mountains. Road trips are the best! I read a great deal and enjoy intellectual discourse as much as I love casual conversation. Animals are very important to me. I have two cats and I love dogs, though I don't currently own one. I spent the first half of my childhood in a rural area and the remainder in Seattle. I really love my home parish there, Blessed Sacrament. A few of the Dominican priests there had a profound effect on my life, and I really miss going to Mass there now that I'm in Renton, although I have become very fond of my parish here in Renton, too. I have an eclectic background in my education as well as my chosen profession. I received my BA with Honors Distinction in English and Creative Writing and spent a year in grad school in Comparative Literature (Russian and Polish) but was employed as a construction worker for 24 years in Seattle. I am Irish Scots and love my Ireland!

Hi...I am at a time in my life that I wanted to develop some new friendships and since my Catholic faith is very important to me, I thought, why not this site? I am very social and enjoy meeting people. I grew up with 8 siblings on a farm (7 boys and 2 girls), our poor mother! We are an extremely close family. In fact my faith and my family are the two things I value the most. Growing up with all those brothers, I loved playing sports, but now limit my participation to x-skiing and some golf. I also enjoy going to Ireland every year as my grandparents came from there and we have many relatives there. I have been self employed most of my life, first as a dairy farmer and the last 23 years as a financial coach/investment advisor. Because I have had to pretty much take of myself all these years, I am rather independent. For now, I am just looking for some nice guy to go out to dinner with, maybe take in a show, converse over a glass of wine or a pint. If it evolves into something deeper, then that is okay too. Because my family is so important to me, I would be hard pressed to leave the Pacific Northwest. (See above, faith and family are the most important to me) Anyway, thats enough for now. Looking forward to meeting some fun people.

I am a retired health care professional and I enjoy keeping up with the latest in holistic medical advances, homeopathic and natural remedies. I live by a bay and consider the water to be spiritual - love to fish and crab in season. In the past I had considerable experience in power-boating and loved it. My present activities include Eucharistic Ministry, volunteering at the local hospital, Hospice volunteer, and helping the unfortunate folks I meet. I enjoy walks with Brandy, my min-pin puppy. She loves to snuggle. I love nature and the out-of-doors activities; loved camping and hiking. Looking for someone who is intellectually curious and who is interested in keeping up-to-date with life.
