26, Kenmore, WAI enjoy any and all outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, camping, and skiing. When not doing this you can usually find me drinking or playing games, doesn't matter what kind of game as long as it is fun. I consider the experiences that I had in college to be the ones that most changed me, as that is were I found my love for the outdoors. The teachers there also had a very large impact on my life.
28, Bothell, WAI have a passion for photography, serving orthers. I love outdoor activities and travel. I have an amazing family and a great group of friends who I love spending time with. I currently volunteer on the core team at my church and I love witnessing youth grow deeper in their faith. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, sailing and exploring new places, but I also don't mind just hanging out at home.
20, Bellingham, WAI am a city girl living in the country side. I studied criminal justice and I love all that kind of stuff. In my free-time I enjoy volunteering in community and church, as well as spending time with my family and friends.
47, Spokane, WAI'm passionate about the Lord, the mysteries of faith, and life in general! I read and pray daily, and try to be best example I can. I enjoy family, friends, simple things in life. I value fitness and health. In my spare time I like hiking, spending time on the water, or with friends around a bon fire. A few of my resolutions for 2017: fly fishing, learn to dance, volunteer more.
29, Bellevue, WANote: I know my temperament test says I'm a choleric sanguine, but I've got a hefty dose of melancholy in there too. I think I was just having one of my saucy days when I took that test. For followers of MBTI, I'm a INTP. I'm a fun and intellectual person who enjoys all kinds of heady conversations. I am particularly interested in: literature as a means of influencing culture, the power of stories, the similarities between the political far right and far left, how to communicate Catholic truth to non-Catholics (Natural Law, etc.), caring for and educating youth, history, sustainable agriculture, and the beauty of the natural world. I feel very driven in my life to make a positive difference, which is mainly taking the shape of writing and establishing intentional agrarian Catholic communities. Regardless of whether we get together romantically, if you have any experience with such a community you should message me. I'd love to hear about what worked and what didn't! Something you should know right off the bat about me is that I have Fibromyalgia, which basically means I have low energy. Sometimes it's not something anyone would notice, and other times it's a very big deal - it just depends on how much stress I'm facing. I've been addressing it from multiple aspects of my life, and have made some progress, but it's a journey and one that requires flexibility and lots of understanding from other people in my life. However, this condition does not define me or prevent me from contributing to the world in meaningful ways, it just changes the dynamics a bit and forces me to have good self-care and not be a martyr. So if you're looking for someone who will be your mom and do everything for you, look elsewhere. I am totally open to discussing this more in the context of a relationship, but be aware that I can give very few absolutes on it since, as a condition, it is still very poorly understood, and my own personal experience with it fluctuates. I'm a fan of meeting in person fairly soon after connecting online, in part because I think there is something really special about what happens when two people meet "in the flesh" and partly because I try to circumvent my propensity for endless browsing on websites, including CM, by not being on them.
40, Tacoma, WAAlways Smile life is what you make it to be. Always be Happy... I am simple, hard working, I always take the positive side of life. No place for stress...
58, Seattle, WAI am passionate about my faith. Also health is very important to me and natural cures. Believe that one should take care of their health and not depend on Doctors. I am young for my age and interested in marriage and having my own biological children. Never been married and have no children would like to pass my family name onto the Next Generation. I have strived to live in accordance with church teachings all my life, which I think is partially responsible for me being young for my age.
28, Renton, WAI am one of those people you meet now and then who seem perfectly at home and happy in the public sphere - meeting and greeting, striking up random conversations about literature and movies and music with people I think look like fellow curious souls. I dig being passionate about one's fandoms. I may just have a set of Jedi robes. And my middle school classroom discipline system is set up on a Hogwarts point system (and I DON'T give random points to Gryffindor. Ever. I am a Slytherin). I'm also a homebody. I'm an introvert. I love staying home and reading a book, watching a tv show now and then, playing video games (though I'm reeeeeeeeally bad at it and entertain my friends and my students with my terrible skillz). I write poetry and young adult novels, and sometimes play my violin late at night. I come from a family of brothers and grew up a horseback-riding, rifle-hunting tomboy, but I have a special delight in beautiful scarves and hats and a good green tea cucumber smelly candle. (Oddly specific, I know... what can I say?). I probably annoy my family with endless stories of how my current class of 6th graders is figuratively putting me through all the circles of Dante's inferno, all at once. I still greet my childhood best friends in Elvish to honor our Lord of the Rings literature club. If you've made it this far down, then we might just be kindred spirits. In that case, I can also share that I feel emotions deeply, despite my flippant tone. I seek to live my life in a constant expression of faith, trust in Jesus, and last but never least, because all these are one: true, compassionate, marrow-wrenching love of others. So, I suppose the only thing remaining to tell you is this. Be brave and stout of heart. If any of these things ring true for you: speak friend and enter. ;)
