46, Morgantown, WVLet's start with the obvious .... as you can see from my photos, I use a wheelchair.....but when you meet me, you'll see that it doesn't slow me down one bit. In fact I'm known in the CM forums as "Zoom" because of how fast I can move. I've been Catholic all my life, and I serve my parish as a lector and a member of the choir. I've been doing square and contra dancing with a local group here in Morgantown since 2006, and in 2014 I took up swing dancing. I also am a big sports fan, especially of baseball and hockey, and a movie buff. I also have traveled independently all over the country and even into Canada and Mexico. Like I said....I have challenges, but by the grace of God I have overcome them, and hope to continue overcoming them.
65, Charleston, WVI am a conservative Catholic, republican, pro-life, native West Virginian. I attend the tridentine Latin Mass but also go to the new Mass if it is in a conservative parish. A Catholic by birth, I was educated in local public schools and I have a bachelor's degree in political science and geology from James Madison University. I have received an A. A. degree in paralegal studies and have completed some graduate studies. Currently, I am seeking a masters degree in legal studies. My father, now deceased, was Methodist and my mother was a life-long Catholic. I have one sister, age 57, who is also Catholic and two nieces, one of whom is married. For the past 22 years, I have operated and worked in various capacities at, a pool equipment and design company. Hobbies include maps, reading, bowling, basketball, watching college sports, tennis, ping-pong, hiking, travel (anywhere), geology, Civil War history, and old movies of many kinds. My religion means a lot to me and I devote a lot of time to it and to learning more about it. One of these days I hope to embark on a great adventure or two but would like to have someone to share it with. Would like to someday start a family (with a wife, of course).

28, Philippi, WVI am a rather quiet, purpose-driven individual. I'm usually not one for small talk, tending to prefer deeper conversations. That being said, I'm on here to get to know people, so if you want to chat, feel free to message me. For five years I discerned and pursued a religious vocation, joining one community as a postulant and later visiting several others. I now know that is not my vocation, and I am looking forward to being married and having kids.

64, Charles Town, WVWith my leisure time I enjoy practicing my prayer life as a third order Carmelite and studying St Theresa's books for upcoming classes. I also enjoy reading books on St. John of the cross and other Carmelite saints. I enjoy catching up on some of my other retired friends lives by having lunch with them. I see my physicians on an as needed basis and belong to the Metro Maryland Ostomy Association as an ostomate myself.
48, Parkersburg, WVHello and thanks for checking out my profile. I am fun and energetic guy. Wanting to find a long term relationship but slowly build from a solid friendship. I like to stay active with running and exercising on a regular basis and I would like to find someone who enjoys the same. I am very close with my family and have three lovely children ages 26 (son), 22 and 19 (daughters). I really miss having someone to spend time with and share going to Sunday mass. I am a big sports fan and I help coach basketball at the local Catholic high school. I would also enjoy having someone to snuggle under a blanket and watch a good movie as well. I would like to travel more over the next several years. Hope to hear from you.
28, Morgantown, WVHi My name is Abimbola, I'm from Nigeria and I grew up there. I used to teach and I loved my job passionately but I quit it to pursue graduate studies. I'm currently studying at WVU. I'm pro-life, easygoing, friendly, and committed to chastity. I grew up working with the Salesians of John Bosco, volunteering at summer camps and youth centres. My mum is the most influential person in my life because she motivates me to be the best I can. I like to volunteer whenever I can. I watch TV or read interesting novels during my leisure time. I also love to hang out with my friends and family, they are the center of my world. I enjoy traveling and meeting people. I believe in prayers and trust so much in the love and mercy of God.
31, Ranson, WVI have always been steeped in the Catholic faith. Sometimes my relationship with God is as much wrestling with him as anything else. And He wrestles right back! The faith has always been the center of my life and God willing always will be. I enjoy literature and philosophy and politics. (Perhaps "enjoy" is a bit much for today's politics ...) I love music. (Sorry, Lady Gaga ain't music; more like a disgrace to music. My musical opinions are pretty mild, as you can see. At least we've gotten that out of the way, right?) I'm a choir nerd. For me it's mostly Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Tchaikovsky, and Brahms on Saturday and Eastern Chant or Renaissance polyphony on Sunday. Bluegrass, folk, and some country/Beatles/Billy Joel around the campfire is pretty great. I love being outside. Hiking, biking, canoeing, walking, running (sometimes), camping. Mountains, lakes, trees, sunshine and water. I think Chesterton/Lewis/Tolkien (the guiding lights of my life, along with the Fathers and Doctors and saints of more ecclesial canonicity) had it right. There is more magic in the emergence of a single green leaf from a tree than in all of Harry Potter combined. There is worlds' more truth in a fairy tale than in a soporific or "realistic" portrayal of the humdrum, bug-a-lug, gray life. Life is about people. Especially friends. To pursue the good together, to have frank conversations about the real struggles we all face as human beings, whatever our story, is where life happens. Meeting new people where they're at isn't my primary strength, but it's the only way to really encounter another person, so I appreciate being challenged by others and especially learning from friends. A life shared is a good life. I'm looking to share the pilgrimage of life with someone who wants to raise a family to the praise of the Master of the Universe and Lover of our souls--who wants to fill that proverbial glass to overflowing.
46, Falling Waters, WVHi! I am a 46 year old single man with a good sense of humor and often intelligent (have my moments). I have a crazy work schedule but it leaves me with a good amount of time off. During my down days, I live a pretty ordinary life but would like to explore more and create lasting memories. Looking to meet someone to share these memories with.

25, Charles Town, WVMy name is Eddie. I live in Charles Town, WV. I am new to Catholic Match and thought I should give it a try. I enjoy things like spending time with family/friends, going to concerts, bowling, singing in choir, traveling, and much more. It's always hard for me to say what I am looking for in someone. I can say that I am looking for someone who is down to earth, has good values, and enjoys doing many of the same activities as I do. I'm not afraid to try something that someone else is passionate about.
