46, Morgantown, WVLet's start with the obvious .... as you can see from my photos, I use a wheelchair.....but when you meet me, you'll see that it doesn't slow me down one bit. In fact I'm known in the CM forums as "Zoom" because of how fast I can move. I've been Catholic all my life, and I serve my parish as a lector and a member of the choir. I've been doing square and contra dancing with a local group here in Morgantown since 2006, and in 2014 I took up swing dancing. I also am a big sports fan, especially of baseball and hockey, and a movie buff. I also have traveled independently all over the country and even into Canada and Mexico. Like I said....I have challenges, but by the grace of God I have overcome them, and hope to continue overcoming them.
65, Charleston, WVI am a conservative Catholic, republican, pro-life, native West Virginian. I attend the tridentine Latin Mass but also go to the new Mass if it is in a conservative parish. A Catholic by birth, I was educated in local public schools and I have a bachelor's degree in political science and geology from James Madison University. I have received an A. A. degree in paralegal studies and have completed some graduate studies. Currently, I am seeking a masters degree in legal studies. My father, now deceased, was Methodist and my mother was a life-long Catholic. I have one sister, age 57, who is also Catholic and two nieces, one of whom is married. For the past 22 years, I have operated and worked in various capacities at, a pool equipment and design company. Hobbies include maps, reading, bowling, basketball, watching college sports, tennis, ping-pong, hiking, travel (anywhere), geology, Civil War history, and old movies of many kinds. My religion means a lot to me and I devote a lot of time to it and to learning more about it. One of these days I hope to embark on a great adventure or two but would like to have someone to share it with. Would like to someday start a family (with a wife, of course).
55, Huntington, WVWhat's there to say? I'm uniquely morally conservative for a male, but in other issues I'm moderate and slightly liberal, favoring gender , racial, religious (I still value someone as a person even if we disagree), equality. Due to the moral conservatism, some would say none like me still exist. So much that I strongly identify with the life experiences of those women (often never married) and much younger than I. Bullying limited my confidence, though, as a crusading journalist you'd likely not realize this. Still, I have blended Catholic/Protestant beliefs, including influences from a Jesuit and an Presbyterian. I'm upbeat and generally confident - I have a moderate outlook on life and love to seize the day and see what it brings. friends would probably tell you that I'm a seeker, constantly curious, always open to new experiences. I like to be inspired. romance is all about sharing those amazing moments together, where it feels like the world's stopped turning. I I can be a bit shy sometimes (but you would not think so if you saw whom I'm interviewing ) so I'd probably like to meet up for a quiet chat over coffee rather than a really full-on pull-all-the-stops-out date.If you can come up with a one liner to make James Bond blush, you could be just about perfect. If love was a place it would be the buzz of the big city, a place to be independent but never alone.I want someone (without children) who will surprise and inspire me and make me laugh so much that my tummy hurts. Other plus points? I guess I'm really good at listening. I think it's really important to be there for people. I always take the time out to listen to my friends' problems. I hope it makes them feel a bit better anyway!I'm definitely a city guy at heart. My perfect life would definitely be living in the middle of a really buzzing metropolis. I have a real soft spot for animals - both pets and in the wild. Going for a long walk with the dog is my idea of a perfect afternoon. You are definitely my type if you insist on joining me wearing a pair of comfortable heels... and you don't take them off or complain the entire time, in fact, you want to go further. Other things I love doing whenever I get the opportunity include going to the theater and getting caught up in an amazing show. From gritty dramas to lavish musical productions, I'll try pretty much anything.I really enjoy going to the movies too! Nothing quite like chilling out in front of the big screen for an hour or two.
28, Philippi, WVI am a rather quiet, purpose-driven individual. I'm usually not one for small talk, tending to prefer deeper conversations. That being said, I'm on here to get to know people, so if you want to chat, feel free to message me. For five years I discerned and pursued a religious vocation, joining one community as a postulant and later visiting several others. I now know that is not my vocation, and I am looking forward to being married and having kids.

64, Charles Town, WVWith my leisure time I enjoy practicing my prayer life as a third order Carmelite and studying St Theresa's books for upcoming classes. I also enjoy reading books on St. John of the cross and other Carmelite saints. I enjoy catching up on some of my other retired friends lives by having lunch with them. I see my physicians on an as needed basis and belong to the Metro Maryland Ostomy Association as an ostomate myself.
35, Wheeling, WVI am happy, really happy. I am not saying I don't have bad days, but I still love life and want to find the right person to share it with. I love to cook, bake, paint and do crafts, read, travel, sing (poorly), dance (embarrassingly), try new things, exercise, spend time with my family, go fishing, watch football, use power tools, and sooooo much more. I am "girly", but not afraid to get dirty. I wear makeup, fix my hair, dress up, and wear heels everyday. I don't consider myself high maintenance, though, because I don't take two hours to get ready and I don't usually use hairspray. Lol. I think I am a pretty great mix. :) *I would like to add a brief explanation of my divorce: I was divorced in civil court 13 years ago. I am just now seeking an annulment because I am only recently Catholic and did not know I needed one.
