My name is Craig, I live in Trempealeau, Wisconsin. I pretty much enjoy doing anything outdoors, fishing, biking, canoeing, hiking, or camping, but most important I love being Catholic. I try to stay active and healthy. I can't say I'm very good at composing a profile, but I can say I'm a honest and loyal person who's passionate about the Catholic Church.

I am a person who believes that honesty is the best policy especially when it comes to a relationship. I believe that there is a reason for everything God puts in our lives and that includes the trials of life also. I believe FAMILY is important and the core of life. I am a hard worker and always willing to give more than expected. I love interacting with people and I believe to be a very likeable person. I am kind, fair and very understanding. I am creative!!! I enjoy watching people enjoy the simple things in life like a smile from a friend or lick on the face from your favorite pet. Corny, I know but I am trying to say that it is not money that makes me happy or what I have or wish to have in my lifetime - it so much simplier. The best gift for me is appreciation, received and given. I do not like storms or most insects. I hate lying, I know that is a strong feeling but I really do not see any reason to lie. I like things orderly and clean but not a freak or out of hand with it. I believe that anything is possible when you work hard and play fair. I love to hug and cuddle and just sit in silence with someone special. I am a good person and all that I have in my life is a blessing. I am a positive person - I always look for the good in others

I'm passionate about the great love I have for my Catholic faith and my desire to continue to grow in that great love as well as to teaching it to others. I could list many people who have been an influence to this. In my spare time, you'll find me out running, biking, going to the movies, catching up on a good book.......

I just returned (9/16) from my son's wedding in Germany. All three of my children were married in the last 16 months, all in Catholic churches! My two daughters, their husbands and my ex-husband and I were all able to attend the wedding in Germany. One daughter is pregnant. It has been a busy and happy time. My recent trip has inspired me to get out and explore. I am no longer a member of Catholic Match, but will participate in the Fall Colors Trip in southern Wisconsin in 10/16. I look forward to meeting new people, touring Amish country and sharing Mass with everyone. I like the arts, being outdoors, sunshine, strong coffee, talking with friends, pretty things, social justice. I am a good person who has sought to live an authentic, honest life. Love science fiction books and movies; Netflix is the best! I am a licensed psychotherapist who works with children, couples, individuals and families. I have worked hard to build, then rebuild, a unique and balanced life. It's a keeper. I also own a business unrelated to my profession. I'm in the planning stages for writing a history book. I married at age 24 and was divorced at age 39. My children are all in their 20s. I have had one deeply serious relationship since my divorce. I graduated from college at age 22 w/a degree in journalism, was a newspaper editor and reporter in three states for 21 years. I was accepted into graduate school at age 43 and became licensed several years later. My right arm is disabled due to a car crash in 1999; I have grown so comfortable with that I forget I'm disabled.

Last year a month before it ended I began reading Amoris Laetitia by Pope Francis, it was unusual because I was drifting away from the church and was not reading any spiritual book nor was I praying. As a side note it says nothing about allowing divorced or re-married couples communion and it is not misleading either as many Catholics have claimed. Any way back on topic it was here that my faith was set to the question. The book is hard to accept. It occurred to me that if we are willing God will make us ready. That being said my goal is to be a better person, not just one who prays, reads the bible or catechism, attends mass on Sundays and holy days. Rather I also want to be someone who sees the good in things even when cynicism leads me to see the negative. I desire to see all reach heaven but I do not think bringing others to heaven is done with a self righteous attitude but through good works. It is in mercy that I was led to God so I firmly believe that is mercy which will lead others back to the fold. Yet how far we have to go to reach such perfection! Besides working on being better I'm also a cinephile, I'm currently building a blog based on film studies and appreciation for cinema's history and it's present. For me this has become a job and a career so I'm making the most of it.

Well, here is me in a nutshell. I grew up Catholic and really took to my faith a few years ago. At that time I tried doing a small business with my father, which ended up failing and brought me to where I am now as a warehouse worker. I work full time but have plenty of time to do things that are fun but also challenging. A while back I took up learning martial arts (which has taught me how to get hit in face pretty well :D), snowboarding, and playing the violin. I can't say that I'm really good at any of these yet, but everyone starts somewhere so why not start now? I am also pretty well traveled. I've been to Europe 3 times, and speak pretty good German. If there is one thing I took away from that, it would be that the only way to truly grow into oneself, is through leaving your comfort zone. I am a pretty busy person, and do my best to keep it that way. I don't think it's so much because there is so much to do in my life, but I just become a lazy pile of crap if I don't. I exercise regularly so that I can be less regular with healthy eating (I mean, if I run for an hour I'm definitely gonna have a big bowl of mint ice cream later), and make sure to go to Mass regularly. I do value my down time though. I LOVE watching movies (like kind of a lot), and if there is a chance to go for a walk or lounge around on a beach (even though there aren't many around here) that's where I'd be. I also love entrepreneurship and the idea of starting another business in the future. There is something about knowing you've carried an idea into reality that just get's me going and consumes a lot of my mind.

Hi. I am divorced with two children that are 22 and 19. My family is important to me. I recently moved so I could be close to my family after living 27 years away from them. I work full time for United Health Care, a pt job at a grocery store as well as go to college half time. I love beaches, sun, reading and relaxing with a great movie. I enjoy great eateries and exploring new places.
