64, Birmingham, ALWhat I love most is Jesus and my family. Four years ago my husband died suddenly and since then my whole world has changed. It is truly hard to go from having someone to love and being loved back to that all being gone except in ones heart & memories. It has been difficult to recover from only it has not been impossible. I have moved on and actually am very happy and thankful. I have two grown children - 1 married with 3 little girls and one little boy and 1 single. Even though I live with the married one I am financially independent. When she is tudoring I watch my granddaughters - 6 yrs., 4 yrs., 2 yr., and grandson - 1 year. I am looking forward to beginning again. In my life, I have been blessed with so many people of wisdom that played a part in me being the person I am. Most were family. I have two close friends who are especially good at agape love which inspires me daily. I enjoy going to the gym, walks, moderate hikes, movies, eating out & cooking at home, working at the church, spur of the moments, communication, honesty, new things, adoration, etc. It is a new beginning for me to have leisure time so I am feeling my way slowly through this part of my life. Working out well so far.

46, Daphne, ALI am a loving affectionate individual looking for a good Catholic man. A man family oriented, strong in faith. I look forward to hearing from you and hope you are out there.
53, Elberta, ALI am a visionary. I like to put things together. It doesn't have to be grand but I have organized 5K runs, weddings, benefits, showers and parties. I love to entertain. I love to have people come into my home and feel the love that is shared here. I have worn many hats in my life from farmer's daughter to being professionally educated. I enjoy a quiet evening on the back porch with a little fire and good conversation. I love to dance especially when a man twirls me. The most influential event in my life was making my cursillo. That was life changing for me.
50, Athens, ALHey, I'm trying to learn to play the guitar. I love to cook and I'm always trying to get better. I like working out but not as much as I should. Giggle
48, Trussville, ALI became a widow 3 years ago after 26 years of marriage. God and my catholic faith helped me through this difficult time. I'm raising 2 teenagers and I'm hopeful for my future. I love to take walks and practice Pilates. I've become physically active over the last year while strengthening my faith. I'm blessed with a wonderful support system of sweet friends. I'd like to meet a man I can develop a friendship with that will hopefully lead to more. My kids are in High School so they have to be my priority for the next few years, but I miss adult companionship and hope to add that to my busy life. I'm a Corporate Accountant and successful in my career though my faith journey is leading me in a different direction. My true passion is in volunteer work and helping others so that others can see God's love through me. I'm very active in my Parish (Ladies Sodality, Parish Council, Adoration) and have been focused on developing my relationship with the Lord.
31, Birmingham, ALI enjoy trying new things and meeting new people. I absolutely love being a mom, it is my biggest blessing to date that I have been given by the Lord. I am a photographer and Interior Designer. I like to read and I look forward to my daily devotional and getting to learn more about different parts of the scripture every day. I love to cook and I try to work out or do yoga several times a week- constantly working towards being the healthiest version of myself. I love to travel, try new restaurants, and watch movies. I enjoy watching college football and basketball, professional tennis, and the occasional NFL game. My absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and friends. My family is a huge part of my life and we do almost everything together. I am a southern girl at heart- I am always sad when football season comes to an end, there is always a fresh pitcher of sweat tea in my frig, and I would take steak and potatoes over almost anything- unless it's my grandmothers pasta and meatballs (I'm Italian). I think what I look forward to the most is moving on to the next chapter of my life. I am so ready for what the Lord has planned for me and I wake up every morning with excitement of the joy he will bring into my life that day.
46, Mobile, ALMy name is Lee and I live in Mobile, AL. I am a Catholic convert who came into the church in 2011. I fell in love with the Catholic faith through a series of unexpected events and I have a great conversion story to share. I'm excited to continue growing in my Catholic faith through Mass and Adoration, and in meeting others who wish to do the same. Whether it's friendship or something more which blossoms here, it's a win-win endeavor.
57, Fairhope, ALHello CatholicMatch world! Today is Mardi Gras day 2017 and I have taken a much needed day off from my hectic job. My coworkers think I'm entrenched in festivities downtown. (One magnificent Gala a few nights back was all I needed to meet my annual Mardi Gras needs.) In reality I have treated myself to a lovely day of cleaning, organizing, reading and cooking. Doors and windows are open on this beautiful, breezy Feb day in the Deep South. I've enjoyed a bit of N.O. Jazz on Pandora, 2 healthy meals and uninterrupted quiet time to check out the daily scripture readings on the USCCB website. It's a relief to have time to scratch off a few things on the ole to-do list. Unfortunately the words 'complete taxes' still remains on the notepad. But I did update my retirement plan, pay bills and delete 124 emails. That is when I discovered the 14 emails urging me to complete my CatholicMatch profile. Now, at the urging of one of my furry roommates to spend time on the couch with her, I've decided to use this time to write. Sunset on the bay is in less than 2 hours so I better speed things along. What am I passionate about? My Catholic Faith! In the past 5 years, I've become extremely interested in a deeper understanding of our great faith, and living it out daily. A greater peace an happiness has resulted. There is never enough time in my day for all the Catholic books, articles, radio and prayer I desire. I am passionate about loving my family, my country, and contributing to the music ministry at my church. A few of my secondary passios Include spending time outdoors, travel, sailing, hiking, snow skiing, cooking, reading, crafts, dancing, listening to good music, keeping fit, discovering good wine and art, sunsets, a cozy fire, honest conversation, laughing and sleeping in on the weekends! I look forward to living out God's plan. I hope it includes falling in love with someone to share the rest my life with. I also look forward to my children finding their perfect loves, and grandchildren?
