Hi I live in the Interior of Alaska. Looking for a friend to laugh with and talk about life... An honest, down to earth type person, with a good sense of humor. I am a person with a good sense of humor, and I don't sweat the small stuff. My 3 sons are over 30 now, and are pursuing a life of their own. I am healthy, and good natured , and can laugh at myself. I recently heard they changed the grounds for annulment and so I will look into it. Right now I am studying the Rule of St. Benedict. I also am meeting with others and discussing Fr. Guissani's Liberation and Community Movement. A student at heart of life and spirituality.

I'm a preschool teacher on a small island in northern Alaska. Due to my location I am a long distance Catholic, the nearest church is more than 100 miles away! I try to maintain a strong faith knowing that someday I'll be able to resume regular Masses, until then I try to view it as chance to grow in my personal faith much as the religious hermits of old... I really enjoy writing and painting but also love the amazing outdoors! I tend to lean towards more disorganized but have been paring down on the amount of 'stuff' that I own. I am a cat person but have had pet dogs as well. My favorite author is C.S. Lewis. I prefer family films to most other movies but will go for the occasional action/ adventure film. Background: When I first started college I was going for a degree in theology. That period of my life was my darkest spiritually speaking. All of a sudden faith wasn't in my heart, it was in my head. I even stopped attending Sunday mass. After changing majors I worried about what I had done until a FOCUS conference where my heart was touched in a very profound and painful manner during Adoration. After Confession I felt a lightness I had not had since childhood. I am a more soft-spoken individual at first, but once I know someone I'll open up, I feel that listening is one of my strong suits. I love traveling, I've done long road trips since childhood and think nothing of an eight hour car trip! There is so much of the world to see and so many wonderful peoples and cultures to meet that I can never stay put for long! This past summer I spent seven weeks in Europe going from Portugal to Poland in order to attend World Youth Day. I travelled solo for the first five weeks and had an absolutely amazing time visiting Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Vatican City, Austria, Slovakia, and Poland. I had a rough idea of places to see but also made up a lot of it as I went. There were misadventures to be sure - but now I miss the spontaneity of never being exactly sure what was going to happen next.

Heyyyy! My name is Caitlin. I'm a solid Ravenclaw, which probably tells you more than you want to know...Currently, I'm living the island life in Southeast Alaska, but was raised in the Bluegrass State. I'm a bibliophile and all-around nerd -- I didn't choose the nerd life, but I do enjoy discussing Doctor Who to anyone who will listen. I may (or may not) have a small Netflix addiction, but not to worry, I love the outdoors and hiking, which is good because I live in a rainforest. I enjoy the finer things in life like a well-aged bourbon, reading, and the smell of fresh cut grass. Humor is a huge part of life and love and I enjoy laughing and making others laugh :D I love to travel, because I am a cliche, but really travel has been an important part of my life and career. I'm shy but like meeting new people---so any questions just ask :)

Greetings from Alaska! My name is Kathy. I consider myself 100% Alaskan, even though I haven't been born here. In the thirteen years of my time here, I've learned to embrace the cold winters and enjoy the warm summers. I like to go fishing, swimming, and snow machining. I've always enjoyed drawing. It is one of my favorite hobbies. I particularly enjoy sketching portraits. I like good movies and music, especially classic rock. I also like to make costumes for fun events, parties and conventions. It always makes me feel creative watching my costumes come to life.

Thanks for stopping by :) I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. I was born and raised in Alaska and I absolutely love it!!! I have a three year old son, he is my gift from the Lord. For fun I love skating, and hanging around with family and friends. For my future, I would like to have a happy close family and a best friend who loves my son as his own. I hope to grow in my Faith and enjoy the everyday life.

I am a young lady who loves God, and I find that I love to praise God through song; and Art, as well as through the conventional methods like prayer and mass. I'm a huge fan of musical theater and choral music, and I love DIY projects! You can usually catch me reading a book, drawing, or painting. I've been working as a choreographer for a community theater, but currently am working as a nanny, which is great because I love kids! My greatest wish in life is to be a loving wife and mother, and to have a large family, because as I said before, I love children very much! I'm thinking of training to be a Doula or a Midwife, but I haven't quite decided yet. I know that I'm young, but I've always been told that I have an old soul. I live in a relatively small town, with a relatively small church community, so meeting new people and getting to talk about my faith isn't something that I get to do a lot, which may be one of the reasons I'm on this sight! if you want to talk, or ask any questions, feel free to send me a message!

I'm in my 30's and have been single for most of my adult life. I'm a homebody by nature, and I had a moment of clarity that I'd never meet new people if I didn't break out of my introverted shell. So, here I am. I'm the fiscal officer at the local university bookstore. I love my job, my coworkers, being around a university, and the ability to take classes. I'm an adult convert to the Faith, and am Byzantine by rite. I am currently making a Roman parish home for now, but my Faith is grounded in Eastern Catholicism. That said, I enjoy experiencing the vast breadth of the Catholic patrimony, from Eastern to the Ordinary Form, to the Latin Dominican Rite. It's all beautiful. My parents and older brother are local, and I see them fairly regularly. My extended family are on both coasts of the lower 48. My parents have been together for 42 years, and my prayer is to meet a man that I can build a marriage like that with, God willing. As I mentioned I'm somewhat of a homebody, so my hobbies are more of the indoor type... cooking, reading, cross stitch, action movies. That said, I'm breaking my shell, and exploring other interests.. performing arts, walking, gently getting back into shape. I like to travel, but also like to plan far in advance, so I don't do it often. I'm not big on camping/fishing/etc, more of a city girl by heart. I am focusing now on integrating my Faith into my everyday life. If my schedule permits, I will go to Mass/Divine Liturgy daily.

Hello! Here's a bit about me. If you'd like to know more, or to tell me about yourself, please feel free to send a message. I enjoy seeing the world, but also appreciate my unique home. Meeting people of all different backgrounds and beliefs has enriched my own faith life. In my leisure time I enjoy a good mix of spending time with family, friends, and solo. Skiing is currently my favorite outdoor activity, in addition to whatever walks I can force on my poor dog. My profession is social work, and I spend most of the day counseling kids. :) I have always had a calling to meaningful work helping others, so I made sure to make it my career so there was no way my laziness could get in the way. Men really need prayers nowadays, so you have mine!

I like to do a lot of things and have a lot of passions. I most LOVE to travel, laugh and have good conversations. I also love the challenge of whipping up something delicious in the kitchen. I am new to the area and would like to meet new people and we will see what happens from there. No pressure, but the hope is to eventually find the man I want to spend my life with. :)

I was born and raised in Wasilla and have a sincere love and passion for Alaska as well as the great outdoors. My family and friends are extremely important to me and continue to play a fundamental role in my life on a daily basis. I grew up competing a multitude of different sports by which gymnastics and diving were the highlights of my young athletic career. I have a passion for learning and taking advantage of new opportunities that come my way. I am very goal-driven and work hard to accomplish my own personal ambitions. I would love to one day find a truly committed life partner with whom I could raise a family with and tackle life adventures. I enjoy running, working out, and wandering around in the wilderness. I like to dance and love to sing along to country music. In my spare time, I like to relax, bake, smile, laugh, and find new things to do.

I am your average girl who is anything but average. Lush brown hair and eyes, quick warm smile, loyal, hard working, independent, fun spirit, adventurous, willing to try new things. loves good drinks, food and great company, open minded, accepting, and kind. I have lived a few different places and love to travel. Actively involved in youth ministry at my parish. My schedule can be crazy at times, which sometimes makes it hard to meet new people.
