I'm active in my Charismatic Community in our Single's Ministry and tried to learn more about God. I hope to find someone not only to share romantic moment but also to share my Catholic faith so I could continue serving the Lord side by side with this special someone.

I'm simple, kind and a very organize person. During my free time especially weekend I like to go out with some close friends and co workers. I am an easy going person and fun to be with I do love children since my field of work is with the children, loving, caring especially when it comes to family. I like to travel and just want to explore other places but most of the time during long vacation I spent it with my family in the Philippines.

A person who is driven towards happiness, holiness and living her life to the fullest. I look forward to sharing and nourishing my faith through meeting people from different walks of life. I am most happy gazing at the beauty of nature. Fascinated with travelling and learning different cultures. Loves to eat and giggle:) I find time to do volunteer work in my community or share my faith and God's love through Cathechism. I am a cathechist for Grade 1 class in our parish. But most of the time I learn more from them. They have such a pure heart and they know the real essence of happiness and peace.

I love books, movies and good company! I love to laugh, have a good time and I surround myself with positive individuals and energy at all times. Faith is very important to me and I live my life thru my faith. My family is my priority, yet I make time for myself. To me that's very important. I admire Pope John Paul and St Jose Maria.

Hello there! Thanks for stopping to take a look at my profile :) So for introductions.... My name is Joanna and I'm just a happy-go-lucky university girl! Not really sure what you would like to know about me. Maybe I will go in this order: interests/hobbies, family/faith, and then future aspirations. If I had to list three things I love doing, I must say that my interests are traveling, cooking and trying new food (haha I am an enthusiastic foodie), and music. The aspects I love about traveling are exploring diverse cultures, meeting new people, tryin new activities, and LANGUAES! I love languages which is the reason why I am doing a major in French and a minor in Spanish. Did I forget that I am a bit of a dork? Well, I am. Also new culture means new food right? Let's just say that I have been cooking since I was 9 years old. I love trying different recipes and visiting new restaurants and bars with my friends and family. I prefer French, Italian, Japanese, and Korean cuisine the most. Meanwhile, my taste for music is just like my taste for food. I will try anything, though I must confess that I don't particularly like the opera. Otherwise, most people will see me singing, listening, playing, or dancing to all types of music. Yup, Imma massive dork. I love being silly from time to time. Life is good as God made it. I must also say that I am very family-oriented. I love my family and one day, I would also like to have a family with a husband I love :) Anyhow, I am very close to both of my parents and my older brother. Interesting fact: I am the youngest in my family generation so I am also the baby (haha). However, my baby is my lovely Havenese whose name is Tinkerbell! As for my faith, I am closest to Mother Mary. I pray and talk to her the most. I view Mary to be my Holy Mother while God is my father and Jesus is a lot like my older brother. Mother Mary and Jesus are my greatest role models in life. I wish to share these feelings and views with my future boyfriend too! Future aspirations include becoming a high school language teacher, graduating and paying off my student loans, be successful and enjoy my work and further down the path, have a family. These are my reasonable goals. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm running out of space soon, but I had fun introducing myself to you! If you think we can be compatible, please send me a message! Thanks

I enjoy music. I'm hooked on Spotify! I've discovered genres I didn't know existed and even more surprising to me, have developed an appreciation for country music. I've also lived overseas, spent a few years in a small village in the interior, raised a fine young man and traveled a fair bit. I've gone trekking in the Andes, enjoyed the opera in Venice and ate my way through the tapas bars in San Sebastian. What a blast! All of it. And yet in spite of all that living, I somehow managed to get lost in the trails on Cypress last summer and I wrestle with the Xmas lights every year. I still have much to learn. I care about being healthy, enjoy being outside, have a newfound curiosity about architecture, a weakness for shoes and am trying to master the art of baking a lemon meringue pie. I think shared interests are great and different interests keep it interesting. I'm lucky to have family and friends to love, enjoy and inspire me but there is space in my life for someone else. Someone with a zest for life. Someone who makes me laugh and makes me think. Someone thoughtful. Someone kind.

Hey! I work as a graphic designer by day and when I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and the charismatic community I'm currently part of. I also enjoy watching movies (from Marvel to Disney - oh wait, Disney owns Marvel now! - to hilariously cheesy Filipino rom-coms), learning how to cook various Asian dishes, going on long walks in cities (New York!) or in the midst of nature, exploring new places and restaurants, and of course, getting alone time and most importantly, time with God! It's a daily challenge, but spending time with Jesus has and always will be the best and most important part of my day. Music, especially singing in choir and music ministry, has been a big part of my life since I was in elementary. There's something about singing together, blending in harmony and being attentive to those around me that is so much more enjoyable than singing alone. (Believe me, I've tried. When I was 15, I volunteered to sing at my uncle's wedding SOLO.. and cried for 75% of the song because of stage fright.. and in front of 100 guests. I should have followed up with a "Don't cry for me, Argentina.."). I still do enjoy singing by myself - while cleaning and while waiting at bus stops (when no one else is around of course). :) My life is a mosaic of influences from being born and raised in Manila, establishing myself in Vancouver, having a tight-knit family, growing up in a charismatic community, learning about the Jesuits and Ignatian spirituality, being in choir, and working with other Christians. The list of influences is endless and God has truly blessed me with people who inspire me to follow and exemplify Jesus - more than anyone else - every single day. Whether that be through the talents God has given me, through my time, my resources or just a kind word or smile to a stranger, my goal is to glorify God. That's what really matters at the end of the day, right? I'm looking for someone I can laugh with, cry with, do life with and ultimately, glorify and serve God with. And hey, God's ways and His timing are truly mysterious and He never fails to surprise me, so who knows? I might just meet you here.
