45, Vancouver, CAA person who is driven towards happiness, holiness and living her life to the fullest. I look forward to sharing and nourishing my faith through meeting people from different walks of life. I am most happy gazing at the beauty of nature. Fascinated with travelling and learning different cultures. Loves to eat and giggle:) I find time to do volunteer work in my community or share my faith and God's love through Cathechism. I am a cathechist for Grade 1 class in our parish. But most of the time I learn more from them. They have such a pure heart and they know the real essence of happiness and peace.
50, North Vancouver, CAI'm so thankful to God for reaching my half century in life. I'm just celebrate my 50th birthday and I'm so blessed with friends and family who surrounds me with their overwhelming love and support in me. This is how I keep life woth living because I can see God through their eyes. Simplicity in living is more than enough for me as long as God is with me I am happy enough. As I reach at my age of 50, I think I am too old to find my lifetime partner in life. I meet the deadline of my search. And I am not fortunate to find my partner in life. And this would be the signs that God given to me. At this point of time I would embrace my SINGLE LIFE to the rest of my life without any regrets. At least I've tried my best to find my soulmate but it never come. God must have a good reason for that. I would serve God as a Handmaid Of the Lord for the rest of my Life. This is my last subscription and as soon as it will expired you will no longer see me here. I would like to say thank you to all of you and to all the staff and to all the people here. I may wish you all the luck in your search. God bless and have faith.
64, Surrey, CAI have found this site to be excellent in discerning my direction over the past 15 years - really has enriched my life during difficult times - friendships have always been important to me - so rewarding to find such a loving group to include myself - I believe in 'Christian' church communities - how about you? - My hope is to develop my prayer life more through readings and listening to the views of our 'Christian' Theologians of today!!! - reflecting on the Christian Churches history is necessary to find direction and understanding - as my family never supported me in a faith journey I appreciate deeply those who did in my life journey - my family always put the dollar first, and 'what can you do for me!' - as difficult as this has been for me I will continue my faith journey as many do finding strength in prayer - God Bless you in your search for a 'life' partner.

29, Surrey, CAI was born and raised in Manila, and eventually, moved to Vancouver with my family when I was 19. Although moving to an entirely different culture at that age was difficult, I am grateful for my tight-knit family, friends, charismatic community and the coworkers I am blessed with here. These are relationships I truly value and invest in, so spending time with them is top priority. I have been working as a graphic designer and illustrator at the same company for over four years now and really enjoy it. Although I still do a little bit of illustration and design projects outside of work (mostly for family and community), they are very limited because I believe life shouldn't be spent in front of screens. ;) That being said, I make sure I go for walks everyday - whether it's because I'm taking public transit, needing to clear my head, going on walk-and-talks with friends or coworkers, doing groceries, exploring a new city or just being in nature - I absolutely LOVE walking. It's always more refreshing to go for a long walk in nature than to go window-shopping in a mall. My family has always been musically-inclined, so music, choir and watching musicals has been a big part of my life since I was a kid. There's something about singing together, blending in harmony and being attentive to those around me that is so much more enjoyable than singing alone. I still do enjoy singing by myself - while cleaning and while waiting at bus stops (when no one else is around of course). ;) Currently, I am part of one of the choirs in my parish. And I guess one of my "little dreams" one day is to be part of a chorus line in a Broadway musical. Haha! Maybe. God has truly blessed me with people who inspire me to follow and exemplify Jesus - more than anyone else - every single day. Whether that be through the talents God has given me, through my time, my resources or just a kind word or smile, my goal is to glorify God. I'm looking for someone that I not only can laugh so hard with, but do life with. And life can be messy, so humour, encouragement, quality time and acts of love matter a great deal. These are the ways that I feel loved and appreciated by those around me, and those are the same ways I do my best to express it as well. So, hi! We might meet through here. I don't know, really, but God knows. :)
37, Vancouver, CAI'm a professor of political science, currently a postdoc at Simon Fraser, but my favourite things are music and incredibly stupid humour. My work has brought me to some amazing places - East and West Africa, and the Caucasus - and I'm eager to continue exploring. I keep coming up as "melancholic" on the temperament thing but I think most find me fun and funny. I talked about zombies in my last faculty presentation. It was epic.
