66, Salinas, CALife is for loving and adventure! I'm basically dedicated and loyal to family, friends, faith and profession. My favorite activities are hiking, gardening, travel, reading, movies, dancing, touring historical sites, camping, board and card games, and just hanging out with friends and family cooking favorite foods. I enjoy both rolling up my sleeves to take on projects as well as fun and formal times out on the town. My faith is very important. For me, it is the source of the spirit of life, it's a joy and freedom. Serving on committees and volunteering in my church and community are just a natural extention of myself and also provides me with a well rounded life. My profession is in education...it has taken me near and far over the years. I like to prepare healthy foods, this along with regular walking and Jazzercise for exercise have kept me in good shape in both body and mind. I'm basically a spontanious, generous, financially secure, educated person who enjoys both the simple things of life: evenings at home, laughter, friends; and some special events as well. I enjoy people, so go ahead and message me!

62, Freedom, CAPLEASE NOTE: My membership expired Nov 3, 2016. I can view but not reply to messages. Thank you. I place a great deal of value on common everyday courtesy. It speaks volumes. Some things I could not do without: God, family, prayer, music, love, consideration and respect, great food, comedy, coffee, newspapers, books and my iPod. EWTN Foundress, Mother Angelica continues to be an impressive influence and inspiration to me. I often find myself inside an empty church full of God's love and mercy. The visit renews me and fills me with hope. What's your story? What things do you think you can't do without? I look forward to meeting you.
61, Arroyo Grande, CAI am honest, caring, empathetic, and have a good sense of humor. I love the ocean, mountains and anything outside! Absolutely adore animals, and love to take my Golden Retriever, Sophie on walks, and just stare at how gorgeous she is. Volunteering for animal groups, whether it be for animal rights or protecting and rehabilitating sea lions, dogs, cats, pelicans, animals at the zoo, etc. has always been a big part of my life, as is standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves, such as the elderly. I try to make a difference in this world, as small as my contribution might be, helping others. I enjoy others who want to take care of others as well, and not be selfish in their own world, thinking of just their own happiness. It gives me pleasure to help an injured animal, or an elderly person who has no one in their world caring about them. I was a college professor as one of my professions and I truly enjoyed working with students of all ages and derived great satisfaction and joy from their learning and eventually reaching their goals. I am very passionate about whatever I commit to and work hard to be the best I can be. It's very important to me that others know that I care about their well being, success and happiness.
