I am the mother of three grown children (ages 25, 26 and 28). My Catholic faith is very important to me and I am involved in my local parish (choir, vacation bible school, lector, etc) I am generally conservative in my religious and political views. I have many hobbies (playing in community orchestra, singing in choir, quilting, knitting, sewing, hiking, biking, camping, travel) that I wish I had more time for.

I am passionate about being a servant for God. I look forward to daily Mass the most. There have been so many people whom have influenced my life, too many to name. I like to hike, swim, read, sew, camp, and dance. I also love rollercoasters.

I'm fairly unique and complex. I'm very much the creative type and I have a LOT of different interests, some of the major ones are: Books, music, movies, nature and animals, travel, computers, games, antiques, oddities other eras, old historic houses, Victorian, Gothic, punk, styles, etc.. Costumes, Halloween, cultures, history, caves, martial arts, the paranormal and occult, mythology, weapons, photography, art, reading/literature, learning new things, etc.. I'm very affectionate, romantic and sentimental, but also have an adventurous side. I am an artist and I create dark and horror art, I also write from time to time (usually dark poetry) and always have my camera with me. I like researching all sorts of things, especially the paranormal, I am also in the holistic health field (as an herbalist, CNHC, energy and massage therapist) and like to help people when I can. I'm currently trying to continue my always. I also have major interests in archeology, forensics, investigations and blood analysis. I'm Native American and believe in my Native spirituality and honor my Ancestors as well. (But I enjoy many cultures of course). As far as my faith, I'm definitely NOT a prude or a saint by any means but when it comes to the Mass, I ONLY attend the Traditional Latin Mass (the old way). I LOVE animals and nature, they are everything to me, so if you don't like them or don't like something I've said so far, particularly dark, Gothic themes or my taste in music, movies, etc, you probably shouldn't waste your time reading further, lol. I love music, but I'm pretty particular about it, I mainly listen to hardcore, metal, punk, gothic rock, alternative and classical. I'm also a complete movie junkie and love the classics. :D I'm not someone that will be changed, and though I'm pretty much open minded and easy going, I do have strong opinions about certain things and I can be passionate. If I wink or fav you and you put a G male after Crimson and Ink, we can chat.

Hi. I retired after 30 years as a court reporter in a criminal court in L.A. My mother is 93 and had a stroke two years ago, so, basically, my life revolves around her care and well being at this time. I have only recently received the miracle of faith again through the grace of God and the ministry of Mother Angelica of EWTN. I wish with all my heart to grow in the love of Christ, the Father, and the Holy Spirit and the love of others in what is left in this earthly journey. Since I feel like a new convert, even though I was born in the faith, I read a lot of Christian literature. More later.

  • Stasia, 27 from Corona, CA
    27, Corona, CA
Hello! I would love to discuss some of the "My Faith" questions below. My faith developed from being raised in a Traditional Catholic family, my good priest Fr. Melito, and reading The Baltimore Catechism and Stories From Heaven. I will proudly admit I'm a giant geek and a huge kid at heart. I love video games, reading, drawing, alpacas, old movies, and Disney. I'm also practicing Japanese and the violin. Admittedly, I do spend a bit of time on the Internet looking up funny pictures. My favorite quote that comes from my grandfather: don't try to be completely knowledgeable about everything; act in faith. I'm a bit shy but I am learning to get better at it. Once you get to know me, I'll be great for conversation!

Hello! Also know that I dread filling out things like this so I will happily fill this box up with some of the most generic info I could think of... So bear with me. First and foremost, my faith is absolutely everything to me. I'm striving everyday to grow and become the woman God wants me to be so that I may one day be the wife and mother God wants me to be. My biggest disappointment would be to not become a Saint. Everyday I'm running towards the Lord and if you think you're ready to keep up with me, by all means, say Hello! Now below is the generic info I warned you about: I'm passionate about my traditonal beliefs and conservative values. I work in right-winged politics so you can only imagine how dedicated I am now more than ever in promoting them. My work takes up a good deal of my time, but when I'm not trying to make America great again, I'm doing as many fulfilling things I can possibly do... I look forward to time well spent with family and friends, scenic drives and awe-inspiring adventures, and definitely trying new things--this excludes food that is spicy, onion or coconut flavored. I enjoy outdoors things like hiking and shooting (mainly for fun, I've never done so for game), and artsy experiences such visiting art galleries/ going to art walks, and educational ones like visiting history museums... I love sports (hockey, motocross, surf, baseball and football--in that order). I love most things that have to do with the ocean and marine life in general. I appreciate learning about different cultures around the world and hope to experience them in person one day. If you'd like to read one of my favorite bible verses, check out Micah 7:18.
