60, San Jose, CAI have a warm heart and an outgoing personality. I try to live life to the fullest and improve myself as needed. I don't ask for much, it's just the little things that mean a lot. I am comfortable in jeans or dressed up. I love laughing, romance, sunsets, music, travel, cooking, sports, working in the yard and a quiet evening at home with that "special" someone. I enjoy exercising and staying in good shape. I think children are very special and to volunteer work in the community with some great kids! I am looking for a man who knows what he wants in life. Someone who is not afraid to take a chance in relationship. I enjoy a man who has a "Zest" for life and has a good sense of humor! I appeciate a man who has a variety of interest and is willing to try new things. I would like to meet some one who is not into playing games or the field. Just be yourself.
72, San Jose, CAMy education was a great gift to me. It taught me about God's generous love--giving me a realm of opportunity, beautiful children and healthy grandchildren. My early studies were in biology, aviation, and computers, reflected in my occupation. As children came along, I retired so that I could focus on them, while maintaining professional interests as a consultant. Later I returned to research. My time is mostly my own now that I have retired, but I keep an active interest in music and occasional writing. Always eager to expand my understanding, I continue to take classes through a range of interests. Activities in a few organizations allow me to broaden my horizons and contribute to society. Regarding exercise, I once participated in a half-marathon--mostly walking, some jogging--for the American Stroke Association. Although once was probably enough, I enjoy moderate exercise, including some tennis lately. Gentle meditation and prayer begin my day and see me through, while my deep gratitude to God quiets my concerns at the day's end. I am content to walk the way with Him--He keeps surprising me! My hope is that He is blessing you, too.
81, Palo Alto, CAI'm kind, honest, friendly and a good person with a great sense of humor. I have spent the last 10 yrs helping raise my grandchildren. Now I'm ready to live a very fun and fulfilled life full of love, peace and lots of humor! I'm very blessed with good health and youthfulness. I still have a lot of living to do and I'm looking for a good loving man to share it with in marriage. My favorite places are in the mountains by the pine trees, streams and rivers and log cabins
75, Cupertino, CAMy parents, sister, aunts and uncles, cousins, grandparents were Catholic. I was married to a non-Catholic, divorced. We have three grown sons, three grandchildren. My sons were raised Catholic but are non-practicing Catholics. After graduating from high school I attended a private women's two yr. college and received an AA in Communication. After 10 years of marriage I returned to college earning a BS in Interior Design. I found my passion. I taught at San Jose State University for four years, until the government funding stopped for the BS program which became a BA. At that time the part time instructors did not return to teach. I have been in private practice working for W&J Sloane and Ethan Allen, including my own business for many years! I was in a non-Catholic long term relationship and am ready for another long term relationship, hopefully with a Catholic who is a ballroom dancer. Ballroom dancing is not a requirement for my sweetie.I prefer men with a clean shaved face, slender, college educated, professional, who enjoy travelling and seeing historical sights. My requirement is trust, fidelity, warm, loving, handholding and definitely communicative and a like and appreciation for similar things. I do not like camping or travellling in an RV. If the Lord choses distance for us, so be it. He knows best!
62, San Jose, CAI wiork hard for happiness everyday. I have many special friends and family that are important to me and have influenced my life. I love to do yardwork, walk, bicycling, read or listen to music for quite time. Do have my favorite tv shows. It is important to eat healthy, cook and eat at home is preferred.
63, Morgan Hill, CAI have had a most blessed life...with a wonderful upbringing and close family. Living in Europe at various times between the ages of 8 and 20, opened my eyes to people and cultures other than my own, with an appreciation of our global differences and similarities. A love for travel, photography and non-American cuisine developed from these experiences. I began working on my "bucket list" right around my 21st birthday and it continues today. Matthew 10:8 suggests that we give as a gift, that with which we have been given and I choose to seek out others to spend time with, who have similar desires. To share the rest of my earthly journey, joined by a God-given love with a man of a kindred spirit and heart would be the fulfillment of my deepest dreams. I am usually not at a loss for words, but this "profile" request is challenging. To show one's depth and breadth, w/out producing a "resume" type of approach in 2500 characters or less, is not an easy or particularly comfortable process but thank-you for your attention and time. I far prefer a two-sided conversation to this one-sided monologue.
75, Gilroy, CALooking for the right man to be with & to grow with for the remaining years of my life here on earth. A shoulder to lean on & share life 's up & down. Watching tv,reading ,listening to music and singing
88, Sunnyvale, CAI am passionate about living my life, doing my best with my abilities, seeking and finding what is most meaningful and worthwhile. Passionate, too, about the arts and self expression. My family is very important to me and weekly, if not daily, contact is the norm. I am upbeat, optimistic and enthusiastic and to me each day is an adventure, always something to experience and always best when shared. I volunteer, garden, read a lot (non-fiction and usually adventure stories, i.e., Everest and K2 climbs), keep up with friends and think about my bucket list. I would like to travel more, having done some European travel already (so much left to see and do) and maintain my home. Having said all that ponderous stuff, I'm game for fun and ad-lib adventures..
69, San Jose, CAMy daughter says that I'm goofy, full of energy, funny, fun to be around and her pride and joy. She might be a little biased, however. Despite my young age, I am still very active. I exercise daily, and like to keep myself busy. Of course, I enjoy my down time too. I enjoy traveling to places that I've never been to. I've traveled a bit so far, but look forward to being adventurous and traveling more! (Who doesn't, right?) I enjoy keeping in touch with long time friends. I am passionate about cooking, and take pride in it. It's also very good, so that's always a bonus. I hope you're hungry! And on special occasions, when I let my daughter take me, I enjoy going out to eat. I moved to San Jose in February of this last year, from Phoenix, Arizona. I lived in Phoenix for 19 years. I lived in San Diego, California prior to Phoenix, for 16 years. Before San Diego, I lived in Oklahoma for 1 year. Before the USA, I worked and lived in the United Kingdom as a Nursing Assistant for 7 years. I'm originally from Manila, Philippines. I do travel back home to the Philippines to see friend and family as often as I can.
63, San Jose, CAFamily, food, religion and friends and not necessarily in that order. Being in tune with my friends' and family's needs within a kind and Christian perspective is very important to me. Food, well I love good food, all types and am willing to try anything at least once. Keeping our minds focused and fresh through mind stimulation (i.e. work, outside interests, community service, etc.) and physical exercise is also a priority to me.
64, San Jose, CAI love writing poetry, and I am an avid reader. I look forward going to Starbucks on Sunday mornings with my toy poodle; this is the time I set aside for just us. I enjoy spending time with my friends and I like to shop especially this time of year even if it's just window shopping. I am thankful and fortunate for all the good things in my life and never take one day for granted. I keep a positive attitude and try to always make the best out of a not so good situation. Everyday life can sometimes be challenging but there is always a new tomorrow, a new beginning, and maybe a wonderful surprise just waiting around the bend !!! The saying, Experience Is The Best Teacher is "golden" and I am a better person for all I've encountered in life, thus far. I don't dwell on the past and live in the present; enjoying each day. Stay safe and healthy and I pray you have a reason to smile each day!!!!!
63, San Jose, CAI am single, never been married and no children. I was born and raised in the Philippines. Some people may wonder why I'm still single until now. Well, to make it short, I worked while studying and when I finished my studies, I got busy from my career and just enjoyed my life's success and was blessed to travel a lot of places which I did not dream I could do. God blessed me enough that I was able to help my family, and now I realized that it is time for me to explore and find my own personal happiness. I am hoping to find that special someone I can spend the rest of my life with. I am very loving, hard working and passionate person, kind of reserved and a pleasant to talk with. I'm looking for a man who is of course single, passionate, loving, and have the same interest as mine but most of all must practice his faith seriously.
