Hey! Thanks for stopping by to check out my profile. My faith is very important to me and I thought it made sense to sign up to meet like minded people. I am very close to my family. I love music and watching a live band is one of my favourite things to do. I like to travel and take 2-3 trips every year. Learning new things is important to me and I like to keep busy. Feel free to drop me a line if we have something in common or you just want to say Hi! Cheers!

I have a grown up family so my time is my own more or less. I have always volunteered my time in the past delivering meals on wheels, teaching reading one on one, working within the parish. Being a foster parent I still love to foster children of various ages and find this very rewarding. I have two grandchildren and would love to have more to spoil. I love to listen to good live music at our local venues or in the big city. Stage shows at the Royal Alex or any of the other theatres in Toronto are always a great pleasure. Would love to have a game of badminton again. I was always a poor player but gave it my all. I'm a great Corrie fan though some of the lifestyles in the programme and attitudes towards moral issues can be upsetting. I travel to the UK almost every year as I have a lot of family and friends there. It is great to get to the coast and smell the sea and feel the sand on my feet. These times with my family in England are very precious. I try to keep active and that's not too difficult as I have a large unruly lot to take care of. Cutting the grass is quite a chore. Sorry if this is disjointed - needed more time to think !

I am passionate about experiencing life through travels that I have been fortunate to have taken. Some have been spiritual and some for vacation (I love the warm ocean!!) Always though it is great to experience different places, meeting new people, enjoying food and drink! I can be a 'homebody' too and spend leisure time in caring for my home. I love music and enjoy concerts and theatre.

This sums up pretty well what I want to be and what I'm trying to do in this lifetime, through ardent prayers. " People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway. In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway." ~ Mo. Theresa

I am kind, caring, a good listener, and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I have a great profession which allows me to witness big changes in people's health, but it does come with its challenges, which have helped me grow as a person and in my faith. I enjoy spending time outdoors, long walks, and hiking.

I always strive to be a Proverbs 31 woman. This bible verse speaks to me of what a godly woman should be like. :) "A woman of noble character who can find? She is worth more than rubies and pearls. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings, she plants a vineyard. She opens her arms to the poor and extends her arms to the needy. She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."

Hi, I enjoy the simple and sweet experiences that life has to offer. I prefer keeping things simple in life and look forward to finding some one who cherishes the same. Growing up, I was very active in the church and was a part of the choir and altar servers. The most influential people in my life has been my family whom I consider to be my real treasure. I am fond of music, dance, adventure activities like trekking, river rafting and have a friendly nature and a good sense of humor too. I am looking for a well educated and well settled boy. He should be God fearing with good character and have a good family background. He should have strong family values, no vices, responsible and of loving and cheerful disposition.

I am a happy, positive person who tries to grow from the hard knocks that we all face in life. I am fiercely loyal, family focused, compassionate, generally even keeled (though with a definite wild streak and stories to tell), my humor runs towards the goofball, I tend to be insightful and open minded, and am not ego driven...I have no problem saying I am wrong or apologizing if need be :) I would love to do more travel, and I love adventures....but more the kind where you hop in the car for an impromptu road trip, fly to Kauai to raft the canals or try paddleboarding than jumping out of planes. My days of snowboarding and rock climbing are behind me, I'm afraid. If you are into that stuff that's great, I'll gladly cheer you on! I'm more about finding those hidden gems than going to the latest greatest spot, though those can be fun too. I love corny things like mini golf and bowling and tipping canoes. Camping is a summertime must, even here where that oftentimes means camping in the rain. I used to love fishing, even though I never caught anything. Now I am a fish owner and I am afraid I *might* catch something, so I've retired the fishing pole for the time being. Gah, I am just now realizing that I still eat sushi. It's a good thing I didn't say I have integrity ;) As a child and family therapist I make a decent living and at the end of a good day I can say that I have helped some people, so that's worth a lot. Plus my kids love to come visit me at work because I have toys :) I am a regular church goer, my kids (son, 8 and daughter, 6) go to Catholic school. My religion is important to me and I would love to find someone who shares this, or is open to it. As a Catholic I am pretty rule bound, unless I am scaling fences or breaking into the Showgirls theatre in Vegas...but y'know I don't let my kids put their fingertips all over glass cases or anything reckless like that ;) I am looking for someone to adore, a partner to stand beside. I feel like my life is already so great, but finding that person to share it with will make it even more amazing. A man who is loyal, has integrity and shows compassion is what I am looking for. Someone who is looking as much for a spiritual connection as a physical one.

Hello gentlemen! Thank you for viewing my profile. Most importantly, I am here to meet a special friend first. Someone who is strong in their faith and understands that God as well as friendship is the foundation to a solid relationship. I am passionate about my faith as well as my vocation as a mother. I have an 18 year old, 13 year old and 4 year old daughter as well as a 1.5 year old son. I love the outdoors...bow hunting, camping, quad rides, horse back riding are just a few things I like to do. I love my evening prayer time and going to mass as often as I can. It's not my style to join a dating website to meet like minded people who share the same faith as I do but unfortunately it is difficult to find such people now a days. If you wish to know more about me, please just email me with any questions you have and I will be happy to provide the answers. Blessings to all of you!

I am single and happy! I'm now looking for a relationship, but I'm not looking to jump into anything without getting to know someone first. I've never been married, so I'm pretty sure it won't kill me to take things slow and make sure we are compatible. I am known for my positivity and cheerfulness. I have this way of always finding the good and believing in everything despite all that I had seen. I am always surrounded by my inner thoughts but I never let them overwhelm me. Giving up is not in my vocabulary as I believe that life is beautiful and there is always a hope. I can brighten your day with my smile and laugh. I won't take you along shopping at the mall or make you sit in the waiting room of beauty salon because they are not my cup of tea. I am very easy to please. I know how to appreciate the small and simple things in life. There's nothing like a good dinner and then going for a walk in a park or just sitting with a great companion while watching sunset! It would be nice to have someone who would enjoy traveling so we can explore the world and experience a ton of breathtaking escapades together. He must have a wit and charm to make our conversations more fun and engaging.

Hello Fellow Members! I feel I am a warm and compassionate person and I am looking for a companion with similar traits to share time with. I attend Daily Mass when I can and act as Sacristan twice a week. I also volunteer from time to time in my parish. Currently, I am President of the Serra Club (international club devoted to vocations to the priesthood and religious life). I live alone and except for friends, who I count as family, I do not have any close family in Canada. I have always been independent but now that I am retired I would like to share my days with someone who has similar interests. I feel healthy and intend staying that way for a long time by taking care of mind, body and spirit. When I was in my early 30's I had a rare cancer and wasn't sure I would survive but I did and thank God every day for His blessings and miracles in my life. I enjoy walking (I love everything to do with nature, animals, children and creation), going to the gym - usually twice a week (I should go more but never seem to make it). I love the simple things in life: reading, anything to do with history, going to art galleries, museums, cooking, meeting friends for lunch in neighbourhood bistros, travelling and catching up with old friends, both here in Canada and the U.K. where I am from originally. I still keep in touch with old friends in England who I have known since I was a toddler and visit them from time to time. I did return to the U.K. to live for a couple of years to live but felt like I had a foot in each Continent at the time and felt like a transplanted plant! The experience did show me that I did want to be a Canadian and so I returned and now I only travel there for vacations. I sometimes go on international pilgrimages - last one was to France and Israel. However, I am just as happy to stay home, listening to music or watching an old movie.
