I first want to say that I have been blessed with 5 wonderful children. They are 23 - 18 (3 boys and 2 girls) all are athletic and very smart (honors students). This being said, I am willing and open to adopting. As I believe children are an awesome gift, and I am still so very young vibrant and energetic. I am an awesome work in progress.. destine for greatness; As I believe we all are. With a strong passion for learning, and seeking God's will first in all things. Being strong in character and morals has been a journey, and one that I have taken on willingly and with fervor. Lessons learned are meant to be passed on, not kept to oneself, and being a CCD teacher since I was 15 has helped me be able to share with many children such qualities that are of the utmost importance. I have obtained great knowledge and love for our faith, by studying Theology of the Body, written by our late Pope John Paul II. Having embraced TOB and making it my own, It has now become my desire to obtain such deep, passionate and loving relationships, with the goal to always seek God's will for my fellow man as well as for myself. Always keeping my eyes on heaven first. Matthew Kelly has authored many books and two of my favorites being the "Seven Levels of Intimacy" and "Building Better Families". (This is not a book endorsement by any means) LOL. These books have challenged me to be open to learning, and seeking out the best version of myself. This is a life long journey, and I am so excited about the person I have yet to become and willing to share that journey with someone else. I am also excited to be apart of someone else journey as well. Each of us is not meant to be alone, God desires us to fellowship with others, to learn and to grow. I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking, and always up for a new adventure. I enjoy volunteering, cooking, baking and service to my parish as often as possible. I look forward to the day when I can go on mission trips, and provide education, and serve in any way I can to those in need. I enjoy the simply things like life... a nice walk and good conversation... and good company.

I love playing cards & board games, hiking, singing to the radio, watching classic movies, and just hanging out with friends. However, reading is my absolute favorite thing! I never read the backs of books--I just trust my gut and read a random one, without the expectations and spoilers (however small) the blurb leads us to. I love just going into books with an open mind, the way the author intended us to. So many people just stick to the comfortable authors and genres they know: fantasy, suspense, myth, biography, mystery... But I just read it all. My favorite book is Tolkien's Silmarillion.

Well, this will take some courage, although it's not exactly running into a burning building. My dear friends have graciously described me as trustworthy, loyal, funny, and kind. Of course, I gave them a substantial bribe to say so. Aside from that minor detail, honesty and integrity are important to me. I've been fortunate to have a profession that has allowed me to travel and experience many different countries, cultures, politics, current events, and meet lots of people along the way. It has presented many opportunities for personal growth and given me a taste for variety and adventure. More importantly, it has also allowed me to be of service to many people and extend hospitality to them. I am a hard worker who is independent and a team player. I want good things for the people around me and appreciate the accomplishments of others. I love my Catholic Faith and my country. Being Catholic these days is an adventure yet it's crucial to the way I live. Enthusiastic about design and remodeling; creative and artistic (Fine Arts degree). Love books and intelligent conversations, following politics and current events. I have many interests and love to learn, attending conferences, lectures, and happenings to further that.Good manners and decency are always appreciated and I enjoy reciprocating gestures of goodwill. I love to laugh and enjoy making even ordinary things fun. Humor: dry; prefer stirred, not shaken. Tender-hearted; low maintenance, considerate, practical (from hardy pioneer stock), imaginative, articulate, intellectual, refined, a little sassy when called for (gee, and modest too, couldya' believe it?). I well understand the difference between stuff and people. Usually active at something, and not afraid to get a bit messy when involved with a project. Most days seem too short to contain all the good things. A bit of a foodie; enjoy cooking and nice table settings simply for a quiet evening, or a party. Love beautiful surroundings, gardens, animals, extraordinary and ordinary things, & yes, people. Any Medjugorje devotees out there? It would be wonderful to find a great guy to share fun things, food, good conversations, a good sense of humor, Faith, travel, teamwork, and more. ...Whew, ...well, ...after all that! Thank you for taking the time to look at this. May God bless you abundantly.

A sense of humor and the gift of faith have enabled me to enjoy life and most of the adventures that it brings each day. I appreciate simple pleasures, time with family and friends, travel to distant countries, racquetball, dancing, cooking and learning something new.

I am not the best at writing about myself online but I can tell you that I can be shy at first but once you get to know me I am more outgoing. I enjoy any adventures, being outdoors, and hanging out with friends. On weekends or free time I enjoy outdoor activies, a good book, watching movies or just hanging out. I know that does not cover who I am as an individual so feel free to ask if you have any questions or if you want to know more about me.

I don't like talking about myself but I guess I have to. My religion and family are very important to me. If you don't have faith, you have nothing. Would like to find someone that is Catholic and shares my religion. My Mother was a wonderful woman and taught all 10 of us how to respect others! Dad wasn't there for us like Mom was. Would love to be half the woman she was! I love being outdoors! Enjoy riding my bicycle and my motorcycle. Really like to hike and camp! Going to the symphony and concerts are also on my list of fun things to do. I like doing Habitat for Humanity. It feels good doing things to help others that are less fortunate. Makes you feel proud! I like to help people. Try to make a difference in the world.

Hello, I am a career minded spiritual women. I'm interested in the theater, movies, and comedy clubs. I enjoy traveling when my schedule allows. My one true hobby is photography. One I have enjoyed from a very young age. I have recently taken up ballroom dancing and would love to find a man who enjoys dancing. Not a great dancer but with the right partner my skills might develop. I'm a very loyal person to my friends and family. Although it was not in God's plans for me to have my own children I love children. I am the proud aunt of two handsome nephews and two beautiful nieces. I absolutely adore my godson who is a toddler. I have a great respect for life, which includes animals, children, and elders. I have worked in the social service field for 29 years. Currently working in the field of corrections as a mental health therapist. I have old fashion values but in many ways I am a forward thinker. I am at a stage in my life where I am comfortable in my own skin.

I am ash blonde hair, hazel blue eyes, fairly intelligent, a middle of the road Democrat, divorced since 1990, and can't be around smokers as am allergic. Am cooperative rather than competitive, am artistic, like to sing and write, and enjoy photography. Am a bit claustrophobic, so need my space sometimes. Additionally, I believe that it's important for adult partners to be adult partners, not a built in Maid Service for the relationship. Re. the survey questions presented, Raised By : the M in mom should be as capitalized as the D in Dad, and, though not a choice option, I prefer Saturday evening Mass to Sunday morning Mass because it's less formal and people are less judgmental at the former. Also, re. peoples' profiles, do they know that they can go to the gear icon at the top right of the page, open it, go down to Settings, click on it, and choose to show their birthday in their Profile?
