49, Broomfield, COI have no idea who I am or what I'm looking for... Well, that's a total lie. But I do know that I'm not a digital profile. And neither is the man I'm looking for. I'm a single mom to the most amazing, nerdy, funny 13-year-old boy God ever made! :) I'm in my 20th year of teaching music in the public schools. My students (K-5) have described me as weird, funny, talented, nice, pretty, and old. I'm an intellectual -- master's degree, ABD on the doctorate (which I have no plan to complete at this time). I'm a musician and composer of fairly simple songs for my students. I love to laugh. Who doesn't? I love to go for long walks... or short walks. I enjoy crocheting, knitting, sewing -- lots of hand crafts. Blah, blah, blah. If you made it past the part where I said I have a 13-year-old son, then you are obviously a real man -- God's grace in action there. Feel free to take a look at my photos and say hello. I've had just enough bad experiences on CM to not take anything here seriously. :)
30, Denver, COHello, and thanks for reading my profile! Here are a few things I find interesting, exciting, or fun. If you find any of them interesting too then perhaps we could start a proper conversation. 1. Spring and summer, living out of doors (i.e. camping ;-)) sunlight, hikes, the ocean. I went on the Chartres pilgrimage in France three years ago, and can't wait to do something like that again. It's a great feeling to awaken at dawn and put your boots (or sandals) on and just start walking, and walk and walk..... 2. Country life. I grew up on a farm. I love growing plants and raising animals...I actually even like the smell of cattle and horses ;-) 3. Languages. I study French with a passion, and would love to master Italian also. 4. Books. My most prized of all books is "The Diary of a Country Priest" by Georges Bernanos. I read it every year and I learn more every time. But I also read a lot of modern European history, classic mystery stories, spiritual stuff (e.g. "Introduction to the Devout Life") and kids' adventure stories. 5. Gardens! I once had charge of a rose-garden with thirty seven rose-bushes in it, climbing roses and tea roses and old-fashioned roses, all with their own special scents. My favorite was a climbing rose called "Joseph's coat" because as it blooms it changes from red to pink to orange and yellow. It is madly beautiful. 6. Philosophy....I'm an Aristotelian. All them Platonists and Phenomenologists and what-have-you can go stand on their heads and spit wooden nickles.... Actually, I'm kidding ;-) I'm getting my feet wet with Dietrich von Hildebrand right now, and it's great stuff.

46, Colorado Springs, COI am a devoted divorce Mother to three amazing children, they are the center of my life. I thoroughly enjoy watching and helping them explore life and encounter new adventures. I'm a devoted catholic and my faith in God is a very important part of my life. My family and friends would say that I am a loving mother, family-oriented, honest, trustworthy, loyal, hard-working, positive/optimistic, active, and stable. I would rather spend money on educations, adventures and creating memories than on acquiring material things. I mostly enjoy being outdoors but am also content with being at home. 25, Pueblo, COIn my leisure time, I enjoy watching movies, crocheting, reading and spending time with my son. I work full time as a social caseworker, so I value the time I have with my family. I am always looking for fun activities to do in my spare time and am always up for new experiences. I come from a military family, so traveling is something I am very accustomed and interested in. I love to meet new people and hear stories about their lives, because I believe that knowing others helps you to reflect and appreciate your own life and experiences as well. In my life, I've been heavily influenced by my parents, positively of course. They are a huge part of my life and are a constant support system for me and my son. I am very outgoing and always try to be optimistic about what life holds for me!

25, Denver, COHi there! First off, I am a seeker of beauty and a lover of truth. A wise friend once told me that as much suffering as a soul encounters, they must also seek out an equal or greater amount of beauty to heal. This is how I live my life. Just the other day, I laced up my shoes, set my Spotify to shuffle on my soundtracks playlist and went hiking for two and a half hours by myself through the red rocks. I try to never take anything for granted. Whether its the same 25 minute drive to work every day, or a hike I've done before I think there is always new and ever changing beauty to be discovered. A couple months ago I moved to Colorado which has been my dream ever since I was 13 years old. I live close to my best friends in the whole world, I love my work and, I am the happiest I've ever been! For my 25th birthday I had a Cigar, Whiskey, and Vinyl night if that gives you any idea of what I like to do on lazy Saturday evenings.
