35, Montrose, COWhen I imagine my ideal life, I picture a family gathered around a cozy fire on a cool fall evening. My husband is stretched out on the couch reading The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe to a gaggle of children draped across various chairs and corners of the floor. Left overs from dinner are put away and the dishes are washed, but a faint scent of roasted chicken and homemade apple pie lingers in the air. I am sitting in my rocking chair quilting a baby blanket to donate to the local pregnancy center and enjoying the story quite as much as the children. When the chapter is ended, we light the candles and pass out the rosaries. About half an hour later, when the Rosary and night prayers are concluded, the children are tucked into their beds, my husband and I will slip out hand in hand for a peaceful walk under the stars. (Don't worry, by this time, the oldest is more than capable of babysitting.) What does life look like in reality? Well, I do sit around the fire on fall evenings, but its the disembodied voice from a book on tape that reads the Chronicles of Narnia. Sometimes I sew, but you might also find me working on illustrations for my sister's beginning reader series. The smell of homemade apple pie may be in the air, but you may not always find the dishes washed and put away, and I usually say my Rosary on the way to work in the mornings. Instead of being a stay at home mom who makes cheese and butter with fresh milk from the family cow and cans hundreds of quarts of fruits and vegetables each year, I teach third grade during the winter months and grow a modest garden in the summer. I do always manage to feed the chickens, cows, and foster kiddo's, but I must admit that I occasional resort to frozen pizza. I have a secret ambition to run a marathon, but I mostly only make it to the gym two or three times a week. Weekday nights are filled with appointments for my foster kiddo's and sometimes volleyball or basketball games for me. I reserve Sunday afternoons for relaxing things like fishing and hiking in the summer and watching football with Dad in the winter. I like entertaining friends with brunch or dinner every so often, and I enjoy their dry subtle humor as well as their silly jokes. Ask me to tell my favorite joke sometime. i will laugh, and you will roll your eyes.
43, Westminster, COMom, technology geek, and happiest in the sun. I love sports(Go Niners and Dodgers), outdoor activities like camping and hiking, and spending time with my family.
23, Loveland, COSome of the things that I would say define my life are God, my faith, family, life, and a desire to grow in all of these areas. I was born and raised Traditional Catholic, so my beliefs are the basis of my life and goals. We are all created for heaven and I am looking for someone to share the adventures on the journey there with. I love to learn and experience new things. I'm very optimistic and love to laugh. Traveling is something that I enjoy a lot. I have been able to travel across a lot of America on roadtrips with my family and I have even been blessed to visit Europe. Reading is one of my passions and I love any books or tv that stimulates deep and creative thinking. I am a bit of a nerd/geek and love shows like Doctor Who, Sherlock, and Merlin. British television is so fun! Another show I enjoy is Psych. Because it combines mysteries with psychology and fun! Having fun is something I enjoy, but I also love to have intellectual and deep conversations. I find science, especially biology fascinating and I love learning about all the life in God's creation. I enjoy doing active things, something which with work and school I have not been able to do recently. Hiking, skiing, climbing 14er's, biking, camping, whitewater rafting, soccer, ice skating, and roller blading/hockey are all things that I would like to have more time to enjoy again. Message me if you are interested in getting to know more. I love getting to meet new people!
55, Arvada, COI am a Catholic mother of three. I love the Catholic faith, and am very close to God. Mother Angelica and EWTN has been very influential in my life. I enjoy adoration, quality time with my family, swimming and nature. I also enjoy any opportunity to gently evangelize about the many truths of our Catholic faith.
47, Lone Tree, COI am passionate to know, love & serve the Lord. I find great satisfaction in helping others. I would very much enjoy being with a Godly man who works at having a loving relationship with me. I do not do well just merging into somebody else's life. My wish is to create a new life together. That takes compromise, understanding and a great deal of love for one another. I also still desire to have a child, if it's God will. i have so much to offer the right person.
31, Fort Collins, COThe most important and influential thing in my life is my faith. There is nothing I am more passionate about than God and faith. I try to do everything in service of Our Lord and Savior and try to be mindful at all times of all His Gifts. I am an avid learner and education has been a dominant part of my life, so much so that I am still in school finishing up my PhD studies. I find so much in this world fascinating, past and present, and cannot imagine a day where I am not blessed with new insight. School has probably been one of the most influential things in my life and I have loved it ever since I began kindergarten. The most important person in my life is my mom. She is my best friend and we have so much fun together. I love to laugh and not take things too seriously when I am away from my work. I enjoy going to cultural events like the theatre and ballet and one of my most favorite things to do is to go to the zoo. I love animals and believe they are one of the most precious Gifts.

I am mostly a happy and outgoing person but have a quiet and thoughtful side too. I have three adult children, all married with their own families. My siblings are all living locally which is lovely for me to have them close. Not sure if I am looking for marriage, more a lovely friendship where we could be at ease with each other and share outings or walks or maybe a trip to the cinema. It would be nice to share some time in prayer or attend Sunday Mass.
