I'm fabulous. Ask anyone. I'm a down-to-earth, smart-mouthed, twenty seven year old with a dog and a burgeoning plan for traveling and drinking wine. I love going dancing - swing is my jam - and I'm a concert junkie. There's nothing like feeling the music in your ribs. I like taking my dog for walks and runs (I like the running BEFORE I find myself shouting, "THIS IS HOW WE DIE!") and I've found that I actually, really enjoy yardwork. Never would have guessed that one. I sing a LOT. And then I drink some tea or coffee. Usually while reading one of the ten books I have going - oh, words! I love puppies and babies, art, music, movies...the usuals. I bake a mean apple pie. I think that there's something funny to be found in most situations. I write, a lot. I love editing. I'm getting to be fairly not horrible at painting... Golly, if there's more you want to know, shoot me a line, cause I'm coming up short on this. Cheers!

I have a classic INTJ personality type (according to Myers-Briggs). I'm always thinking in terms of what's most logical and carefully planning before I act, and I have a dry, witty sense of humor. I've been told I'm very difficult to read, but I really am quite warm-hearted and well-meaning in what I do and say, and I can be quite bluntly honest, cheerful, or silly depending on the circumstances. I'm not very demanding -- I like people best when they're themselves, and I think they should not be forced to change themsleves to fit my own expectations. I love all things deeply intellectual and any and all ideas. I love reading, watching movies, woodcarving, painting, doing research, singing, and learning languages (French, Arabic, ancient Egyptian, Latin, etc), history and culture (particularly ancient through early medieval times from the Middle East, Europe, India, and Africa), computers, and the practical sciences (like astrolabes); and traveling. I've always wanted "house" rabbits, but I wouldn't mind having any other sort of pet, especially of the furry variety (but definitely not bugs -- so entomologists are out). I'm great with children and animals and usually get along well with everyone. I'm very close to my family, especially my brother who's my best friend and my feline "nephews" Connor and Murphy. I've lived in both my home "village" and downtown DC and like both atmospheres. I've worked as a librarian, computer tech, web designer, office assistant, and now as a Kindergarten paraprofessional (teacher's aide). I have been in a church choir, and have volunteered as a cantor. I am a devout Catholic who, as regularly as possible, prays the Liturgy of the Hours and goes to Sunday Mass, and is deeply interested in Carmelite spirituality. And I definitely want to start a family. I'm a most private person and can be hard to get to know until I feel comfortable with someone, but I do make a positive effort to interact socially with others. I loathe cooking, but I'm a terrific and more-than-willing dish-washer.

I am fun loving positive person, with a good sense of humor. I enjoy meeting people and traveling to new places. I am easy going and I like to look at the good side of things. I have a passion for good food, as well as good music. I do love to dance to all music. I have been able to travel to different places in my life. I have enjoyed beautiful beaches, majestic mountains, and wide open plains. I would love to travel to different countries someday, such as Italy, France and Spain.

I am told that i should be able to get an annulment, but just haven't met anyone yet that would motivate me to apply for the process. I am a musician who taught vocal music in the public schools, gave piano lessons privately in my home, and have been serving as a church musician (organist, singer, and pianist) more on than off for many years. I also work as an administrative assistant when I have the opportunity. Besides music, I enjoy interacting with people, reading, the arts, cooking & baking, gardening, walking, being at the ocean and much more. Given the opportunity, I would like to travel some. Although I was not blessed with children, I am from a large family and love children. My family and friends have referred to me as gentle and compassionate. Hopefully the sense of humor comes through also. I am not a big TV watcher, but like many programs on public television. Along the journey of life faith, family, friends, and music have sustained me. If you are interested in knowing more, please email or chat with me.

I like to dance, take walks, go to the beach, go to tag sales, poke around in quaint shops, sing, sit by the ocean, travel when possible, take tons of pictures, sing in our church choir, spend lots of time with family, knit, go out to dinner even if it's only hamburgers. My church family has influenced me and has taught me what faith can do when life throws you some tough times. I believe most of my friends/family have influenced me in many different ways. I love children. I also love to read and do crossword puzzles

Happiness in life is based on faith, family, and following your passions with great zeal. While we are all faced with challenges and successes, grief and joy, how we handle life's ups and downs with our loved ones and with our lord, gives us the strength to persevere. As a giver, a healer, and a lover, I look to find a match who can give And heal through their love and their love of Christ.

Hello and thanks for visiting my profile! I'll start by saying that I have lived in CT most of my life. I have three siblings and like to spend time with them whenever I can. My faith and family are important to me. I'm also strongly pro-life and hope to get more involved with this in the future. I went to the March for Life a few years ago and it was so encouraging to see so many people there! I'm also very quiet and shy when I first meet someone new but I become more open and talkative as I get to know the person. I'm a shy introvert that is trying to be more outgoing :) I asked some of my friends how they would describe me and here are some of the things they said: Compassionate, sweet, loyal, down to earth, genuine, and honest. Some things that I like/enjoy/interest me: Poland (most of my family lives there and I love visiting them!), history (especially WWII Polish history), reading, TV shows and movies (I recently got Netflix and have to admit that I have been doing some binge watching of shows), long drives/road trips, visiting museums and historical sites, NYC, music, Easter (it's my favorite holiday) One thing that I don't like is filling out profiles like this :)

Hey everyone! I run a family advocacy group working to improve services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to use my experience in legislative advocacy to help those in need, and I'm really looking forward to this new chapter in my life! In my spare time I like to go running, meet friends for lunch or coffee and enjoy good conversation. I'm always open to try new things and love spontaneous adventure! Ultimately I am looking for my best friend who I can love God with. I imagine him being kind, patient, and not one to take himself too seriously :) In the process I hope to meet new people and learn more about myself and others. Thanks for stopping by my profile!

I have an infectious personality and love to laugh. I value integrity, trust, and honesty. I thrive when I feel safe and with someone vested in the relationship and resolves conflict devoid of anger. I consider myself a faith based person.
