62, New Britain, CTI smile and laugh alot. I am optimistic by nature and intellectually curious. My faith is an important part of my everyday life. I try to attend Adoration and pray the rosary frequently.I sing in our Church choir and in a Community choir and especially love Ecclesiastical Music.I watch EWTN and have several favorite programs.I especially enjoy British Drama especially some of the Masterpiece Theatre productions on PBS. I love shopping, day trips, being close to nature and activities revolving around the ocean. I spend most of my weekends down the shore in the summer and early fall. 61, Ridgefield, CTI am a practicing catholic for over 50 years. I have three children all who have moved on with their lives. I work full time in a hospital and have been a nurse for over 35 years. 69, Vernon Rockville, CTI am told that i should be able to get an annulment, but just haven't met anyone yet that would motivate me to apply for the process. I am a musician who taught vocal music in the public schools, gave piano lessons privately in my home, and have been serving as a church musician (organist, singer, and pianist) more on than off for many years. I also work as an administrative assistant when I have the opportunity. Besides music, I enjoy interacting with people, reading, the arts, cooking & baking, gardening, walking, being at the ocean and much more. Given the opportunity, I would like to travel some. Although I was not blessed with children, I am from a large family and love children. My family and friends have referred to me as gentle and compassionate. Hopefully the sense of humor comes through also. I am not a big TV watcher, but like many programs on public television. Along the journey of life faith, family, friends, and music have sustained me. If you are interested in knowing more, please email or chat with me.
25, Stamford, CTI'm an elementary school teacher, and my favorite subject to teach and to study is history. I also love languages - I studied French for ten years, alongside dabbling in Arabic, Italian, Latin, and ASL. Some of my favorite authors are C.S. Lewis, Victor Hugo, and Shusaku Endo. I'm also a big fan of science fiction.
28, Middletown, CTHello and thanks for visiting my profile! I'll start by saying that I have lived in CT most of my life. I have three siblings and like to spend time with them whenever I can. My faith and family are important to me. I'm also strongly pro-life and hope to get more involved with this in the future. I went to the March for Life a few years ago and it was so encouraging to see so many people there! I'm also very quiet and shy when I first meet someone new but I become more open and talkative as I get to know the person. I'm a shy introvert that is trying to be more outgoing :) I asked some of my friends how they would describe me and here are some of the things they said: Compassionate, sweet, loyal, down to earth, genuine, and honest. Some things that I like/enjoy/interest me: Poland (most of my family lives there and I love visiting them!), history (especially WWII Polish history), reading, TV shows and movies (I recently got Netflix and have to admit that I have been doing some binge watching of shows), long drives/road trips, visiting museums and historical sites, NYC, music, Easter (it's my favorite holiday) One thing that I don't like is filling out profiles like this :)
63, Meriden, CTLife is an adventure! Life lived from the perspective of the Catholic Christian faith, for me, frames this adventure. There has always been so much to learn, to experience, and to practice, that I have never yet found the right man to whom to commit in married life - - although I believe that if it is in God's plan for me, it will come to pass. The most influential persons in my life have been family: four grandparents (all living either upstairs or just down the street), Mom and Dad, two brothers, and the extended clan. Besides this lot, there are a few good friends, and, throughout all the years, always one or two very special friends whom I most admire. My interests range from ongoing learning (currently in philosophy) to fishing and beachgoing; gardening and cooking to bicycling; music (especially baroque and sacred classical) reading, classic films, travel, and more stuff than I can squeeze into this little space! I prefer understatement in this forum, so I'll close here, for now...
