I am a long-time Washingtonian, having worked on Capitol Hill and in Public Relations, and am now enjoying working for myself in the real estate market. It's great! Socially, I've thought about taking the big step, but have learned that I want to spend the rest of my life with someone with whom I can share a similar religious/spiritual philosphy. As I am trying to continue to grow and be a better Catholic, I look forward to finding someone who can help me along the way, and I him; a partnership where we will help each other get to Heaven. I believe that when two people share their spiritual lives it provides a strong foundation and enhancement to their marriage -- something that a lot of people do not have today.

I'm a creative professional, never married, seeking someone similar. I enjoy being around individuals who are irreverent, fun, have a good sense of humor, and make me laugh. I tend to be animated and talkative, and respond to those traits in others. I am also quiet and introspective at times, too.

I love the everyday. It sounds so simple, but it is true, I am perfectly happy with a new day and all that it might bring -- good and bad. I look forward to going to new places, to making new connections with people, to trying new things. Of greatest influence in my life have been the very good teachers it has been my pleasure to know. Their words and encourage meant have had real 'staying power' for me. I am a voracious reader and am an avid watcher of great movies and television.

I am passionate about my family! Love art , photography ( especially) reading, yoga , walking and nature. I am a first time participant to catholic match . I enjoy having intelligent conversations yet also enjoy riding carousels, watching the moon and stars, feeling wind on my face and having snowball battles. I was a realtor for 20 yrs and an office manager for the last 4 of those years I have 4 children and 10 grandchildren ( three of them are triplets)!! How blest I am! I lost my husband of 47 yrs to cancer last July. We also dated for two yrs before we married. A loss that pierced your heart and soul. For those of you that have had to go through that experience my thoughts and prayers are with you daily.

I have a complex character and somewhat unusual range and depth of talents. don't mean to brag, just want to describe myself. Strongly humanitarian in outlook, tend to be an idealist. Am deeply concerned about relations with individuals as well as the state of humanity at large. I have found I can only be emotionally intimate and fulfilled with a chosen few/. I alternate between detachment and involvement in the lives of people around me. I am loyal. I am a listener. I am an introvert but often mistaken for an extrovert because of my empathy and interest in people I like traveling to natural places - hope to go to Costa Rica in a year! I am influenced by university types and also social service types. I like lots of communication. Would like to travel to various national parks. Friends first.

Outgoing, principled, enthusiastic and affectionate. Fearless (essentially...!), comfortable in intellectual circles but love home and hearth, and an over-the-moon grandmother. Looking for a man with intellect, integrity, openmindedness and a kind heart.

I've been widowed for enough years now. I have more children than most. I have lots of cousins and always wanted a large family - I enjoy being surrounded by love. My children are all young adults and taking care of themselves now so it's time for me to move forward and find my own happy again. I like to learn something new every day and I like to make things work. I like the outdoors (when the bugs aren't out), the beach, working out, taking walks, air shows and road trips. I also enjoy sitting around watching movies (action, sci-fi) and shows (NCIS is still my favorite). I'm not sure I should retire yet but, I'm currently trying it out so I have some down time to figure out what I want to do now and where God wants me to go next. To that end, I've done a little traveling lately visiting friends and relatives on the East coast and plan to do more.

My first name is Deborah and middle name is Ann, which both taken from Bible. My Dad and Grandpa named me. I was raised with strong Catholic values. Attended Catholic School from KK to High School. My High School Sweetheart also attended Catholic School too. We married in Catholic Church and from that union had 3 amazing children. Being a wife, mother and working in Higher Education, my passion was & is interacting with people. Grandparents and husband have passed away and I miss them dearly. My Mom, Dad, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren are my Joy. Everyone has their own homes, we all meet for family outings. I'm retired and looking for a special man to spend quality time with. Looking forward meeting that man.
